Nice variety of food for breakfast. Coffee was very good. Well lit parking area. Staff was friendly and was quick to give us more towels as we had 4 people in the room.

The elevator was out so we had to take the stairs. The whole hotel looks a little bit tired to me, and the sheets towels ETC were all cheap.

As always, had a great one night stay at Sleep Inn! Especially love that they are pet friendly AND have a friend staff, guest laundry and hot breakfast options! Thank you!!

The elevator was out of service when we were there so we had to carry our luggage to the 4th floor. Everything else was fine. Great breakfast waffle.

The gym equipment was terrible and outdated. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good location, but beds are too soft, and the elevator sounds and feels like it will break any minute.

This hotel fit our needs perfectly. We were travelling from Canada to Florida, and this was on the way. We were travelling with our two dogs. They were very accommodating with them coming in. The beds were super comfortable. Sheets were very very clean had nice hot coffee upon arrival. The only down point is the bathroom was a little outdated tiles were a little loose chair in our room look like it has been scratched up by a cat But other than that, the price fit the bill I would stay here again …

There is laundry facility on site. Plenty of parking and well lit lot.

The elevator was not working properly, so was slow and making a lot of noise. The sheets and pillowcase were definitely not washed . The bed was mot very comfortable.

nice property and would have given it 5 stars but the caulk in the shower was moldy.

First room was not clean. Bed was sort of made, pillows scrunched like someone slept on them, bed wasn’t fully made inclining me to pull back covers and sheets had hair and what looked like crumbs in it. Front desk staff didn’t even question my request for new room. Just made key and said sorry. Not sure if that meant a frequent occurrence?

The building exterior and grounds were very nice. The lobby was welcoming. Our room had dark colored carpet with a few stains, the bathtub had a big rust looking spot in the middle of the tub. Some of the grout on the tub was missing and can lead to bigger issues with water damage! This to me is careless. Maybe housekeeping staff should write down the room issues and give it to maintenance for repair/replacement. People have to take ownership of their jobs and will be a win-win for everyone! Management needs to loosen the purse strings and provide the funding needed to maintain the hotel. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and squeaked when you sat down on it. The mattresses on the bed need to be replaced but was adequate. The pillows were good and had a couple of choices for the guests comfort. I had complained about the rust spot at the front desk, and while we were out for the day, housekeeping came in and scrubbed it, and may have been painted with enamel spray (?) since 98% of the spot was gone! The staff did mention that the rooms were being refurbished; I believe that was the word? I was surprised there was a hot breakfast since I thought the description said "continental." I don't mean to be negative, but it was just "ok". The sausage was too greasy and needed something to soak up some of the grease. The thin, round eggs needed to be a bit thicker. This can be solved by pouring more of the yolk mixture into the mold. A well maintained hotel should be #1!

A just fine, no frills room that smelt musty upon entry but got better by turning up the air conditioner.

Disappointing. The room was very small for the price. The bathroom was disgusting. The floors were filthy and the bathtub/shower had mold and rust and looked as though it had not been cleaned. The elevator sounded as though it was breaking down at any minute.

The reason for the bad reviews is because our room was gross, bathroom floor tile was cracked and loose, people can easily cut their feet if not careful. Floor by tub seems like it was completely rotted through and would give by 2-3 inches when stepped on. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The whole place seemed dirty and staff doesn’t seem like they care about providing guests with an enjoyable experience.

Very clean and easy check-in, room was supposed to have queen beds but they were full and a little small for two adults. Otherwise, would stay here again.

Check in was quick and painless. The gentleman who checked us in was efficient and friendly. Room was good size, bed comfortable and clean and price was quite a bit cheaper than nearby properties without sacrificing comfort. Breakfast had plenty of options and was included in room price.

The room was ok, some noticeable age and damage on some of the furniture. Microwave didn’t work. Bed was comfy, but the couch was extremely hard.

Check-in was easy! I had a very helpful chat with the woman at the front desk about the area. My room was just what I needed. My main complaints is the tub looked gross so I did not shower as I’d planned and also the walls were too thin, as I was able to hear people speaking loudly in the hall, the woman next door also speaking loudly and the children running around above me.. but overall I Did enjoy my stay:)

The manager/front desk , Becky was so friendly and helpful. Took time to call me when we accidentally left a backpack in the lobby. Great breakfast staff as well!

The staff were excellent. There was quite a bit of dog hair on the chair in our room; obviously, wouldn't want to sit there.

Locked out of room for three hours. The key pad battery stopped working in the back of the door. The front desk did not have a master to let us in to get in our room so they had to wait for a manager to come to the hotel. Took three hours.

Service at check in was friendly and efficient. King room was good size and clean. Breakfast better than average with good variety. Overall, excellent value for money. Good location off of highway and plenty of nearby food/shopping options.

The helpfulness and warmth of the staff is what hit me first. I am big on customer service and the staff here hit the mark. The hotel isn’t super fancy but it had everything that we needed for the price we paid. We slept well. The area is nice , safe and quiet.

The front desk clerk greeted us pleasantly and had us all set in very quick order. I’ve stayed at this property before, which he acknowledged and asked if we needed anything else. Nice quiet night, and easy checkout in the morning

Twice we were locked out of the room we had already paid for. Keys were reset and we were billed for resetting. Never informed about not putting key card in my purse near my phone or credit card.

In town for a JMU event, and glad to get a room here. The room was spacious and the manager, Angela, was super-helpful and friendly. Very convenient location.

Breakfast was great/plentiful and restocked quickly when items were low. Housekeeping graciously found a valuable item of ours that we left behind and we were able to get it 5 days later!

Affordable and the room was clean and fit the 6 of us fine. We got in at 10:30pm. Girl at counter acted like she was annoyed about me checking in and then when I asked for a roll-away bed I got a lecture on how she was the only one working and she had to take care of a bunch of other things and then go and see if she could even find a bed and then she could bring it to us. Upon observation I noticed she responded much better to men so when we needed blankets I sent my daughter’s boyfriend for them and he returned quite quickly with blankets.😊 online said that breakfast was at 6:00am. When you arrive they hand you a paper that tells you that breakfast is at 7:00. We missed breakfast as we had scheduled to leave at 6:30.

Was able to check in early which allowed us to get to our football tailgate early. Very well located with many food options nearby. Bed was comfortable and the carpet was cleaned before our arrival. Good overall value.

Love that this is up on a hill off the beaten path, but close to restaurants and shopping and anything else you would need. I hate being on a main road when staying on a hotel and just hearing the cars Wys by. This place is very quiet. Staff is always great and breakfast is good too great value.

Clean hotel, it’s quite outdated, and pillows could be better. The worst part was the breakfast. Even for hotel standards this breakfast was terrible. We went downstairs right after breakfast started and “food” was out. 3 pieces of sausage was all that was there, no other meat, and eggs weren’t even full. Nothing else even really existed.

Check in was easy and the room was clean. The main issues were the "free breakfast ". We went to the dining area at 9. There were 2 pieces of sausage and two egg rounds. Almost everything else was empty. Breakfast in this hotel is open until 10am. We barely had enough waffle mix for two waffles. I don't normally eat waffles, but that's pretty much all that was available. There was a wi dow over the breakfast area where the "cook" stared at everyone in the dining area. But did nothing to help the people who came in the same time we did. One person asked about biscuits. The cook never spoke, just watched as everyone entering grabbed a juice and left. This was by far the worst breakfast experience in a hotel offering breakfast that I've seen.

Staff was good, showers not washed from previous use. Hairs all over. Linens clean but beds are super firm. Free breakfast was prob the worst weve had. Coffee muddy water. OJ 2/3rds water. No milk for cereal and had hot sausage gravy with biscuits but no eggs or butter for toast. I understand free but damn dude

Need to be up front that the elevator was broken and guests need to carry everything up the stairs. Breakfast was indicated on line that eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles etc would be there—BUT no protein was there, only breads, muffins, waffles & cereal was available— only carbs to eat. Disappointed with the breakfast- we went to Sheetz each morning instead.

Check in staff was friendly and provided info about the area. Convient from the freeway and decent price for the room we had. Our room was very clean. The shower had good pressure and nice hot water. The breakfast had a nice variety. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, bagels, fruit cocktail, waffles. Only negative comment would be that the breakfast attendant played on her phone and never came out to wipe any tables in the hour i was down there nor did she wipe up minor spills around the milk and coffee area. But i would definitely stay here again.
