Cottage was perfect for a girlfriend getaway to see the Rose Bowl floats at Float Fest. It was dark when we arrived and the access code wasn't working.When we messaged the hosts they didn't reply until several hours later. It was New Year's Eve and they were likely out but it was tense until we realized we were trying to get into the wrong property! We figured it out on our own but the host didn't reply to our text for over 4 hours. We also had to ask about any check out instructions. Communication could be better. But we loved the property and hope it survived the fire. Iwas New Year's Eve but
