This is rated average because there is not a pool and the line at Starbucks and cost of breakfast made it not possible to eat there. One thing that would bring me back to the property was the front attendant, Joy!! She was absolutely a breath of fresh air!

The elevator was out and after having an ankle issue and hand/wrist surgery within the last year climbing 2 flights of stairs i was exhausted and sore. There weren't any rooms left on the bottom floor when I checked in at 3pm on my check in day.

The hotel was nice. Check in was easy. They charge $10 for parking, but they do not tell you that. They ask for a credit card for "incidentals", then charge you $10 for parking. The fan in the bathroom is not optional if you want light in there. It is so loud i was concerned it would wake the people two rooms down. I spoke to the lady at the front desk; she said several of them are like that. The bed is great for sleeping.

The amenities need to be updated for this location. I booked this for me and my spouse almost solely on the fact that the location had an indoor pool. We got there with our swimming gear and hopes up and the desk attendant stated that they remodeled the pool area into another common area. This was very disappointing as we very much settled on this location because of the amenities that were shown to us. Also it should be noted that the facility does not have free parking in their own parking lot

Hotel was under major construction so entrance was a bit difficult. Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. Paid extra for breakfast which was disappointing. Discovered at 11pm that the sheets had not been changed on the bed. No one answered front desk phone. Had to go downstairs, ring service bell to get assistance. Was handed clean sheets. Had to make our bed ourselves at 11:30 or so.

The property was clean and well-maintained. We only interacted with the check-in staff and she was very sweet and professional. The lobby has a fireplace which was very inviting and cozy, quiet too. Our room and bathroom were very clean and there were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. My only suggestion would be to bring your pillow. We prefer pillows with a little more support and the ones here are very soft/flat. Definitely will stay again.

Shower floor was stained and hasn’t been scrubbed in some time. You know that brown stain from dirty feet in white fibreglass tubs. Yeah. That. USB-a port was broken and unuseable. Sink is clogged and wouldn’t drain effectively. Hair conditioner was empty. And our room reservation was for a king bed, but we got two queens. These are basic upkeep things, and to see them as described above is quite disappointing.

This was the second time this summer that we stayed at the property; we were there both times for a baseball tournament. The first time, our room was fairly clean, but this time it was not. There was hair in the bathroom and mold around the shower door and faucet handle. The shower, as well, definitely needed a good scrubbing. Also, we were on the second floor, and the a/c unit in the hallway didn't work and looked like it had leaked recently, and the smell in the hallway was moldy.

When we arrived we were not greeted or made to feel welcome the first. After that the service improved. Our shower door was broken and did not shut properly, the sink did not drain properly and the shower floor was stained. Otherwise the beds were comfortable. The best part was the breakfast and coffee downstairs. The servers there were great!

Internet was spotty and TV buffered making anything to watch impossible. In addition, the TV is on a wall that requires your neck to be at a 90° angle to try to watch anything. The front desk was fantastic and may check in a breeze. Gave us the choice of which floor we would like to be on. When we open the door to our room, there was a haze and a very strong, distinct smell of marijuana. We turned on the bathroom fan and opened the balcony door to air the room out. Not wanting to make a fuss. We did let the front desk know, but did not request to change rooms. Overall decent stay but very disappointing in the odor that seem to linger the entire stay.

Bed sagged in the middle, water pressure wasn’t great, the bathroom fan rattled really loud, the A/C made noises like it was on its last leg, the blow dryer vibrated so hard it was hard to use and it smelled like it was burning hair. There is no continental breakfast or coffee or tea. You have to pay for it when other hotels are offering it. Including the other Marriott which is newer. We left the following day even though we paid for two nights. The staff at the front desk were nice but for the money stay somewhere else.

The check-in process was horrible. The front desk clerk was rude and disrespectful and we struggled to get into a room after we arrived. We were first assigned room 300, but the keys we were given didn't work. Second set also didn't work. Clerk's master key didn't work. She tried giving us another room but when we went in it only had a single king and we had reserved two doubles. She gave us keys to a third room that ended up already having someone in it--surprised guy came to the door when we were struggling to get the key to work. Clerk got an attitude about giving us a fourth room, as if all these issues had been our fault. We just wanted a room that (1) we could get into, (2) had 2 beds like we'd reserved, and (3) didn't already have someone in it. Not a lot to ask. It took us almost an hour from the time we arrived to get that.

We just wanted a room that (1) we could get into, (2) had 2 beds like we'd reserved, and (3) didn't already have someone in it. Not a lot to ask. It took us almost an hour from the time we arrived to get that.

Great stay!! We have stayed hwrw before and it was great but we spent 48.00 on breakfast. If we stay again, we wont eat here but will go our for breakfast! The clerk who checked us in was amazing! Very friendlya. Very helpful and kind!!!

The food I purchased at the Bistro was terrible! My 1st order was for a burger but it looked over cooked and crunchie. I don’t believe that it was originally hamburger meat? Then I ordered fried chicken wings but weren't fried well. I won't eat there.

This is rated average because there is not a pool and the line at Starbucks and cost of breakfast made it not possible to eat there. One thing that would bring me back to the property was the front attendant, Joy!! She was absolutely a breath of fresh air!

Loved that they have an EV charger there. The shower floor was disgusting. The elevator was inoperable at the time (I get it, it happens). There was no food to speak of either in the morning so that wasn't great. The people were nice though!

Hotel was under major construction so entrance was a bit difficult. Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. Paid extra for breakfast which was disappointing. Cold breakfast sandwich which we had to heat up ourselves in a nearby microwave and a latte that was not drinkable. The approach for breakfast was not explained well by front desk at check in. Room was fine and clean.
