I let the staff know that my TV wasn’t working in the room when I first got there no one ever came to replace the TV and it was infested with roaches really bad

Room had roaches and bed bugs

There were no towels wash clothes or bad tissues in the room, bed mattress wore out The face sink was broke no running water. Roaches running over the floors and the walls. The place was Disgusting . I will never Stay there again or Recommend anyone to stay there..

The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that the receptionist was very kind and friendly. The room I was given was disgusting. The floor was sticky, room smelled of cigarettes, the A/C was held together with duct tape and had mold covering the vents, the toilet seat had pee on the underside so I know it wasn’t cleaned properly, the bedsheets were stained, the curtain had holes on the backing side so light still came through, there were stains on the desk and dresser that could have been easily wiped away, a dead fly in the mini fridge…the list goes one. As for the building as a whole, it was also dirty and reeked of cigarettes. Hotels.com needs to remove this hotel as an option because this was far from the bare minimum of expectations of a safe and clean place to stay. I only stayed in the room for an hour while I made arrangements to stay somewhere else.

Very annoying that I cannot get refunded. I checked in, there were holes in the wall everywhere, the hallway had a terribly strong vinegar smell, light switches did not work, pubic hair in the tub and sink, uneven floor, the bed had dog hair in it, and the pillows had black marks on them. I know I only paid $47 but there’s no excuse for the staff to just be lazy and not clean the room.

I had to check out due to the their room having roaches in the bathrooms and walk ways.

The building was disgusting. The carpet was grimy and had crumbs and stains on it, the walls were tinted a grotesque color and the smell was horrendous. A true insult to my senses. The bathroom seemed to not only be looked at and outwardly abandoned during cleaning but the floor had a film of grime. Almost oily like the mop didn’t clean it right. The front desk wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately though the toilet still had urine in it and who knows when the tub was cleaned last. On top of that the bathroom mirror was also nasty. Now to get to the beds… also had crumbs, which lead me to believe that it wasn’t cleaned or the linen wasn’t changed out.

Filthy. No towels. No toilet paper. No soap. No sheets on bed. Filthy pillows. Filthy comforter. Bed collapsed. Lights didn’t work (except in the bathroom). Smelled like pot everywhere. Not suitable for even a crack den. Beware beware beware.

This is absolutely the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Gross towels, unvacumed floors, no trash cans, urine in the toilet, bed bugs and a bunch of cockroaches!

No sheets in the bed. One pillow in a king size bed. Dirtiest room I have ever seen.

the room was supposed to be ready at 2:00 it was not .smelled like smoke and canabus .water did not work air conditioner was blowing hot air. floor was stickey. we were sent to another room with a full size bed instead of a Queen .it had food on the floor and was not clean the bed was not made. people in the hall were yelling and smoking. were not even offered a discount for the inconvenience. checked out the day before we were supposed to and not offered a reimbursement for the other night . was not happy at all .also found bugs . would not recommend this to anyone

No towels or rags in room. Tv stopped working. Only fitted sheets on bed and no other sheets. People playing loud music.

Everybody was nice but the place is very run down and dirty. Bathroom didn't have a door on it. Bed looked slept in blood stains and burns on the sheets. Hairs on the pillow case. Black mold in the heater unit.

I could not stay there and cancelled my reservation after the first room didn't have a functional door lock, then upon walking to the 2nd room which they switched me to, the entire floor reeked of marijuana and the entire facility was extremely unkempt and filthy and was in dire need of intense maintenance throughout.

Needed a place for 3 days for work. Reserved online. Showed up and payed $126.00 and went to room. The had been kicked open and the door barely shut and locked. No chain or bar lock. Just a deadbolt that bare held door closed. No cover on the heater/AC. Just rusted coils showing with a visible gap showing the outside. No chairs, table, no towel, soap or coffee. No coffee anywhere on the premise. After we decided that it would be easier to stay than to try to look for another place that late we had a knock at the door and apparently they under charged me and I had to pay another $22. This isn’t a traveler friendly place. Long term renters. Most of the hotels around are long term. Lots of caos at night. Would not stay again. I’d rather pay more for better atmosphere.

The rooms weren’t as pictured, you had to put a $10 deposit for 1 towel. The mattresses were old the room was very empty and depressing.

There was an interesting clientelle in the back sitting on the curb, but they did not bother me, just sat there. I was not afraid. I’m a little disappointed in the room. It doesn’t look anything like the photos on Travelocity, and the wi-if isn’t very strong. The deadbolt also doesn’t lock.

Room don't have seat, table. Nothing have soaps in bathroom. Shadow messed without binding. Some walls damaged

Stains on everything! In every drawer! Every surface was suspect. Staff was nice but no chance Id stay there again

nothing is clean start from the stairs and the entrance, and I was shocked as I thought that Best Inn is one of the best Hotel and I was blindsided by Expedia for making it looks good in the photo and even stated that there is a free continental breakfast, but it was not. My room was not clean nor could find something decent and the lady ( Stacy ) she was very helpful and very pleasant but not much she could do to help me . Door had so much issue that I have to go back and force to her and she went with me twice to help. I did not have any choice because I arrived late from the airport and very tired. Several cucarachas were seen did and alive on the floor and crawling in the bathroom, only two pillow very old and flat, Bed sheet is dirty, mattress cover was ripped off and not intact. I do request a refund as I will never book ever again by Expedia, and I am planning to share my experience across all social media. I have taken all the photos to support my claim and I demand a fair and reasonable response and compensation to what I had to go through and live it.

The lady at the front desk was cordial and a pleasure to deal with, but the facility is dangerously ran down, dirty, smelly (cigarette smell on the hallway). You get what you pay for. I didn’t get anything because I checked out immediately.

Arrival 1:00am At first, the receptionist did not want to give me 2 rooms although I spelled our names many times. 20 minutes later, he finally showed me his screen and I could point out my Uncle's name, and he gave me the second key. We went upstairs, the hallway was dark  and dirty. We tried to open the 1st bedroom without succeding. Went back at the reception. He checked on the key and gave it back to me. Second try... not succeeding in openning the door...  Back to the reception ! He gave me 2 keys per each bedroom. None of the worked either !  Went to the 3rd floor where the 2nd bedroom was located. Tried all the keys on that door and after a few tries, one key finlly openned the door. But to be honnest, I wish I had not openned the door!  The smell in there was unbearable, awarful just as if there was a dead body in there !  No lights at all in the room... no water at the tap... cockroaches on the ceiling... How can such a place could be selled on your website and application ?!?!  I expressed that my 7 years old kid was with me !!!! She was scared out there !!! Anyway, we did not stayed more than 5 minutes in the bedroom ! A shame to propose such a place ! Hopefully we found another hotel a few miles away to rest and sleep before going back on the road this morning! And FYI, the bedroom was less expensive and smelled good, and it was clean ! The staff was very friendly,helpful and cooperative. I enjoyed the visit and hopefully we will be baca again

Staff insisted we didn’t have a reservation despite showing them the booking. They said the reservation was canceled but I showed them the current booking and the email I got the day before confirming the reservation. We had even called before hand to confirm the reservation.

Bad neighborhood and filthy hotel.

This places needs fumigated, new carpet,new bedding and a new cleaner. Beds weren’t properly made and the general location feels very unsafe. When I ask the clerk if the area was safe I was told “we make it safe” like they put special work into making sure your car didn’t get broken into. I never got my money back for the room-I was in it less than 5 minutes-but that’s okay. It was worth a loss to learn never to reside here again. The staff were friendly though not very professionally dressed.

This place was awful, I felt like I was in a crime show. Very unclean and smelled awful, floors were sticky and I was afraid of being robbed while I slept

We had a horrible experience, there were broken windows in the hotel, the curtains tied, very, very smelly of cigarettes, dangerous environment, we couldn't stay, very ugly, we lost our money, I don't recommend it at all

Convenience to my job

This place was terrible, felt unsafe, and dirty. I ended up not even staying here and booked another hotel. What a waste of money and time.
