Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The parking lot is full of nothing but broken glass and cigarette butts. The room is disgusting, the fridge has mold. I don’t even understand how this is allowed as a hotel. The people who give it good reviews are probably people who smoke in the rooms and are glad they didn’t get charged a smoking fee.

We had 4 rooms. Heat didn’t work in 2 of the rooms. Smeared blood on the counter. Poop in the toilet. A map in a drawer on where to get drugs… yes, a literal map on where to go. Receptacles ripped out of the wall and lying on the ground. And pretty sure based on the amount of cockroaches that were crawling around with the lights on, it would have been 10 times worse with the lights off. No idea how this place has remained open!

The hotel had mattresses and garbage laying around. I got in late and checked in but had prior engagements so I was not able to check out the room until late. Upon entering the room, it has this very pungent odor. The floors were not swept and there were droppings from bugs. Next to the bed there were cockroaches, that's when i called the front desk. When i arrived to speak with the staff, he began offering another room to which i checked and that room was just as filthy. I told him that I would like to cancel my reservations with them as I do not want to bring any bugs home. This took hours and staff made the statement that they had to wait until their manager came in to process the refund. I do not recommend staying here. It is not clean nor bug free.

Our room was dirty. There was what appeared to be dust and crumbs all over the floor. The room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a few weeks. There was cigarette burns in our blanket on the bed. The room had an odor when we entered the room. I definitely would not stay here again!

We've stayed in worse and better, so it was ok. The rooms dont have carpet so bring some house/slip on shoes because the floors are cold. They dont use full size pullows which we throught was strange, but I brought my own from home so that helped, because if I hadn't I would have been uncomfortable with the smaller ones. The bed was amazingly comfortable and wish mine at home was as big and comfortable. The family running the hotel was super nice.

The hotel was clean enough and the staff was friendly enough. In the room, I went to turn on lights and bulbs were missing. Do people steal them now? At 3 a.m. a man banged on our door, looking for Joe. It was Super Scary. The hotel needs to complain to the town council or something. The area was bright enough, and we were on the 2nd floor. This should NOT happen. Guess what? The man returned 45 minutes later. I called the desk. They said someone came to them as well!! I’m thinking security system? We hurriedly checked out and we’re scared getting into our vehicle.

The front desk person never spoke a single word throughout the check in process. I walked in, he just looked at me, I told him the reservation name. He typed in the computer, shoved a pice of paper under the glass, then my key. All without a single word. I know he can speak because I came back to ask about the heat and he answered me. But just the absolute most ignored I’ve ever felt while looking straight at someone.

I had to ring the bell several times to check in. Even though i was in and out the reception area several times, i did not see any staff again. Even for checkout. The breakfast was a joke. Coffee and prewrapped muffins. No attendant.

The bed was comfortable, the room seemed clean. The refrigerator in the room was very noisy. The blow dryer in the bathroom didn’t work and when I checked out there was no one on the desk to tell this to so who knows it if will be fixed. The breakfast was pretty much nonexistent because there were only a few peach yogurts in their small refrigerator and some blueberry muffins available. So if you don’t like peach yogurt or blueberry muffins you were out of luck.

The bed was comfortable, the room seemed clean. The refrigerator in the room was very noisy. The blow dryer in the bathroom didn’t work and when I checked out there was no one on the desk to tell this to so who knows it if will be fixed. Beds were comfortable. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Breakfast was minimal. Did not even offer a piece of fruit. Coffee was made and then put in a carafe; we prefer the coffee machine that provides fresh coffee with every cup. Decaffeinated coffee was not available.

It is ok to stay for one night while travelling. Room was clean, breakfast was simple coffee, juice, muffins and yogourt but enough to eat something before continuing the trip to Florida.

The biggest issues were only 2 towels for 5 people. No sheets, blankets or pillows for pull out voracious for 5th person. Only coffee, yogurt, muffins and Juice for breakfast. TV did not work. Just a screen saying low data.

It was OK if you don't mind staying in a dump. Very limited breakfast, but there is coffee. Don't expect much.

Supposed to offer free breakfast had family there on different days who to get the breakfast as early as 7 and byt there was nothing and no one at the desk.

The bathroom had hair in the tub and around the sink. There was a hole ( the size of an orange) in the wall behind the bathroom door from the door handle. The chair and ottoman were in terrible condition. Very badly worn. I couldn't sit in it because it scratched my legs. The refrigerator/freezer was not clean. The free breakfast was a joke. There was coffee, sugur ( no other sweetener options) , and a orange/apple juice machine. There were oatmeal packets but no milk or water available to mix it . There was yogurt. But there were no spoons! There were individually wrapped blueberry muffins ( again only 1 choice) that looked pretty beat up. The breakfast hours were 6-9 am, but when my husband went at 8:40 am to get a yogurt, EVERYTHING was gone. Very bad experience . We will not be staying here on our return trip to Pennsylvania.

There was nothing unique or special about the stay. My husband has a service dog which the proper documentation was provided at check in a waiver was signed as well, the next morning the room phone rings asking what type of service did the dog provide, that shouldn’t matter what type of service she provided you was shown proof. So my husband went to the front desk to clear up the issue the employee behind the desk(Male) cursed my husband told him sign the damn paper at this point they’re going back and forth I simply told my husband to call the police to the property. The police arrived listened to the complaint and told us there was nothing staff could do to or stay of charge us for the animal. This was a very horrible experience not only did we have a issue the female staff got into a very verbal disturbing disagreement with the quest in the room next to ours to be mangers it was very unprofessional…

The room is very clean, I am very impressed by that, the sofa was a lil wrinkled but it’s fine. Staff was ok, it was late but everything worked out just fine. I’ll definitely recommend. Never had breakfast there as I was too busy so I can’t comment about it but my stag was well spent. The air conditioning was perfect
