Disappointed only by the fact our 2BR suite only had one bathroom and a mini fridge that opened in the wrong direction. The housekeeping and maintenance services were outstanding. On site secure parking was also convenient.

It's an older property but clean and fairly well kept. There's a faint smell of cigarette in common areas, but not in our room. There's a nice grocery store nearby. Comfortable bed and room was spacious. Don't expect breakfast... It a juice dispenser, coffee, and possibly a muffin. If you need a clean, quiet place to sleep, this is it. No real common space outside though. Just a bench next to the trash can and cigarette can. We sat outside on the grassy area in our own lawn chairs and and had our morning coffee.

I had a mix-up on dates for my stay, and reached out to Expedia customer service. After a couple of days, they sent me assurance it had been fixed. I brought that email with me; neither the reception nor the manager had any clue about this fix. Rooms were in high demand being graduation time, but they took care of us. Room & property clean, in good condition, but bare bones. I wouldn’t recommend for a family with young kids unless your know you'll only be sleeping there. No trace of a recreation area - not even a bench outside. Teens will be ok - wi-fi was fine. No place to hang up clothes, no kleenex, no lotion, but they had a large fridge/freezer & microwave. Breakfast is adequate, but no restaurants close by. There is a Chinese place about a mile away that does a booming carryout business. A grocery store & Starbucks (no seating) not far. They do clean the rooms & change towels without begging for it. The window opens - a bonus for fresh air. The rooms all lost power it 3 am the final of the 3 nights we were there - pity the poor reception workers.

Good stuff: clean, decent bed, helpful staff. 2nd level stuff: missing furniture, but front desk went and found a recliner taken from room next door. Breakfast food was very basic. Overall dated appearance. Bad stuff: bathroom fan had loud noisy grinding sound. No elevator to 2nd floor so had to do multi trips to get stuff up stairs and then downstairs. Couldnt use the luggage cart. Analog TV in room. Very limited channels and no high def. Price was very high for this property quality.

This hotel doesn't have an elevator. Bathroom in lobby was locked and they didn't have a key. Had an AC unit in the room but nothing to heat and it was very cold in the morning. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. I only stayed one night and thought it was ok for the one night stay. I wouldn't have booked it for longer.

The room was dirty, we found ants, and it smelled terrible, probably because the small refrigerator in the room was unplugged. The back door to the property, which should be accessible only with a room key, was unlocked 24/7. Breakfast was meager to say the least. We will not be staying in a Super 8 ever again!

I had a two night reservation but canceled the second night. This was due to seeing two roaches in the room and the property in the process of replacing the carpet. The carpet replacement made it difficult to get in and out of the room. Discarded carpet was piled up in at least two places outside.

The whole place smelled of smoke, room was felt so dirty and nasty that I had to sleep with my clothes on, and definitely wouldn't take a shower there . Wouldn't stay here if it were free. Stay away .

The entire place smelled of smoke, even in a nonsmoking room. The door to the room was open when we checked in. Room, especially bathroom, was dirty and lacked towels. Noisy all night. Smoke smell was so bad one member of my party slept in the car.

Awful accommodations! Room was dirty, hair found in the bathroom upon arrival. Toilet and tub need to be replaced or repainted as paint was peeling making it feel even dirtier. Upon arrival we were told the King rooms we reserved were no longer available and were given double rooms. We didn’t pay for doubles we paid for king beds and were never refunded the difference. I understand it’s an economy hotel but it should still be clean and I should get what I pay for. Not good, do not recommend.

The staff was friendly but did not have extra pillows as both beds had only 2 flat small pillows. Also, the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke even though we had requested a non-smoking room. The room itself had an unpleasant odor initially but improved as the AC was turned up and we got used to it over time. Also, there was some insect activity late night as I got up with a flashlight. That’s all I want to say about that.

Im pretty sure our room had bed bugs!! I had 22 Bites on me the next day! All in a row on my exposed skin. My boyfriend got bit by something also and swelled up and m son had bites also. I had to wash EVERYTHING from my trip and spray down our bags with bed bug spray i should have read other reviews first. Breakfast consisted of cereal and bagged muffins. Everything outdated. Not worth saving a few bucks.

I come very often to visit family. Overall the visit was great, quiet and comfortable. I stayed in room 121, my only issue was the shower. Absolutely no water pressure! Id love to take a pillow home. They are the best!

The facility was neat and clean. Staff was very courteous and ver helpful. There was only one small problem the television in room 100 needs to be replace. Horizontal band line traveled up the screen.

I was given a king-size bed, so that was a nice move. It was a corner room so I liked that. That said, the room had a faint smell of smoke, with the window cracked open for fresh air. There was a non-smoking sign on the credenza so not sure what happened. The furniture is old with cheapo microwave & fridge, but the armchair is plush & the mattress is thick, quiet & not too soft. I had a good night sleep. The bathroom was subpar. One could tell the cleaner was rushed. There was an old urine stain behind the toilet seat, plus hairs & stuff at the bottom edge of the shower curtain. Breakfast was bare-bone, with some cereal, a bowl of fruits & coffee.

Got there was last minute stay an their printer was down. Desk person wanted me to sign my name on blank paper advised him I didn’t feel comfortable with that and that I’d sign it at check out.. he wasn’t happy about it..I went to my room and tv shut off in middle of program.. I called down he proceeded to say sorry that had been happening and ooh by they way I have paper I need you to sign now.. I had already got ready for bed and told him I would in morning.. asked about tv he said nothing could do and was very short with me. I don’t normally say anything but customer service with Alex was NOT on point… and I feel they shut tv off in room on purpose. ON TOP of that the BED was like sleeping on a slab.. I barely slept at all. The room had one positive the shower water was HOT and great water pressure. I did sign paper at check out.. as I said I would.

I don’t normally say anything but customer service with Alex was NOT on point… and I feel they shut tv off in room on purpose. ON TOP of that the BED was like sleeping on a slab.. I barely slept at all. The room had one positive the shower water was HOT and great water pressure. I did sign paper at check out.. as I said I would.

The toilet was running when we checked in. The staff said the prior guest had stated the same. The common area rakes of smoke. However, the worst part was that when I went to take a shower, the faucet literally fell right out. When I told the manager, Aaron, the next morning he offered to refund me. However, he rejected the refund when I followed the steps he asked me too. Very bad experience. The window was I locked on the ground floor as well. Did not feel safe.

The workers have the worst attitudes I have ever seen.... They took my ID from me and held it because I booked and paid for a room online and didn't know the pet fee was paid at the property nor did she ask me if I had a pet... I didn't mind to pay the fee just didn't have the money on my card at the time, I thought we had a deal that I was supposed to pay before 11 on the day I was checking out..... She locked me out of my room at 9 in the morning called me ignorant and said I couldn't have any of my belongings until I paid the fee... So obviously that triggered me and I got rude with her so she banned me from being able to rent there... I didn't threaten her or anything I just told her she was being highly unprofessional and that she wasn't going to talk to me the way she had been! But this is the kicker for me!!!! My boyfriend and I found drugs in our room!!! I have pictures of it!! They need a better housekeeping crew and to get rid of the company they are allowing there! This place is trash!

Late to booking and found this place for reasonable cost for VT weekend. Room was smelly of smoke but expected as I looked at my reservation and it stated smoking room. They provided snacks which was a nice surprise and enjoyed them. 25 mins away from campus. Decent for the overinflated cost of VT weekend.

This room was good for the 1 night stay. The front desk person was very friendly. Didnt get in until about 11pm and they were great. Basically, checked in, went to the room and slept. Got up early and continued the trip. Would stay there again. The grab and go breakfast had minimal options.

It's an older property but clean and fairly well kept. There's a faint smell of cigarette in common areas, but not in our room. There's a nice grocery store nearby. Comfortable bed and room was spacious. Don't expect breakfast... It a juice dispenser, coffee, and possibly a muffin. If you need a clean, quiet place to sleep, this is it. No real common space outside though. Just a bench next to the trash can and cigarette can. We sat outside on the grassy area in our own lawn chairs and and had our morning coffee.

Good stuff: clean, decent bed, helpful staff. 2nd level stuff: missing furniture, but front desk went and found a recliner taken from room next door. Breakfast food was very basic. I was given a king-size bed, so that was a nice move. It was a corner room so I liked that. That said, the room had a faint smell of smoke, with the window cracked open for fresh air. There was a non-smoking sign on the credenza so not sure what happened. The furniture is old with cheapo microwave & fridge, but the armchair is plush & the mattress is thick, quiet & not too soft. For the most part this was a good hotel, friendly staff, friendly neighbors, and quiet!! VERY DOG FRIENDLY! Only issues was a room that wasn't completely clean in the corners or places easily looked over but necessary and some cobwebs in the stairwell. An elevator would be helpful!

Parking was limited. There was no drop off/pull up to front door. We are seniors,and there was no elevator, but front desk was able to get us a room on the 1st floor. We changed out from a King to 2 doubles. That was fine.

The entrance I was told to use has a door with a broken lock and the panic bar zip tied open with a sign simply saying door lock broken don’t use. Had to walk through a smoke party at the door to even get to the room that also provided a contact buzz. If this is your last option to stay in Radford, buy a tent instead.
