Quality Inn Radford-West Blacksburg I-81

If booking through Expedia-beware of this place! Might look like a good price, but they charge an extra $100 for a deposit. I saw 7 other reviews claiming the same after I already booked and checked in. It felt suspicious and it took an enormous amount of effort for a receipt. A week later I still have not been reimbursed. They are running a scam on travelers!

Connected to other buildings, little weird

I had a reservation for the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving and was hit with travel delays. I made a stop at Buc-ee’s and called this hotel after 11:30 at night and let the person know I was hit with travel delays and that I wouldn’t be there until after 1am. I was then told that they were already onto Thursdays business and that I wouldn’t be able to check in. I went to the Holiday Inn in Staunton VA and they were able to accommodate me with no problems and said that anytime a guest calls ahead of time on a late check in that they will check them in over the phone. I did purchase travel insurance for this trip so hopefully I’ll be getting a full refund.

Very clean. Nice indoor pool/hot tub area. Hot tub could be warmer. Also, no clear directions but figured it out. No issues. Washer/dryer available. Do NOT try app. Didnt wirk and staff unabke to help with. Staff great. Breakfast decent

The room was in good condition and clean. The bathroom was slightly dirty.
