Staff was rude! The hotel overall is old and wasn’t what I was expecting

There was trashcans that were overflowing with trash

Breakfast was a muffin and a bar they don’t honor reservations and force an upcharge ie Order 1bdroom queen -> 1bdrm king

The worst hotel i have ever stay in. Service horrible, smoking odor even room says non smoking, door locks not working properly. A disaster

The carpet was unvacuumed, there was one very thin blanket on the bed during an 11 degree cold snap and no additional blankets in the room, a mattress on a platform rather than a box spring, one tiny bottle of shampoo (no conditioner), one trash can in the kitchen where you were also supposed to dispose of your bathroom trash, very old and threadbare towels, and most significantly for a woman staying alone: the door opens out to the open air (not an interior hallway) and the deadbolt had been removed. The breakfast had no utensils or napkins available. I realize this is a business and not a charity, but the relentless focus on saving every single penny veered toward ridiculous.
