Loved this hotel! I was nervous about finding a clean hotel right on the beach, but this place did not disappoint! Our room was incredibly clean and spacious! And you definitely can’t beat the oceanfront balcony! The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful, breakfast was delicious and this pick made our short beach trip very pleasant!!

The hotel itself was very nice, the room was a good size and clean. They stock the room with your toiletries which was very nice. Breakfast was a plus and very good. We were here for a very short trip. The issues I had were more to do with the neighbors beside our room and the hotels inaction in response. The hotel is a non smoking place inside as well as the balcony. Our neighbors in the adjoining room were heavy marijuana smokers and our whole room and balcony smelled like this the entire stay. Day and night. We told the front desk. They confirmed it was accurate even had pictures from inside the room. They compensated me a little for our inconvenience but never offered to move us or move the neighbors. It was more than an inconvenience to me. Possibly because I was only here for 3 days it would’ve been to much hassle to make other arrangements. I know the neighbor was fined but it didn’t stop after they were. My husband and I usually spend a week in Virginia Beach every summer it’s about a 5 hour drive from our home and most times we rent a house. I will never waste my money on another short trip after dealing with this.
