The man who "greeted" me at the desk said "ID" - no hello, nothing. It was hard to communicate through a glass window with a hole in it but he kept pushing papers in and out and we eventually figured it out. To be fair, the two ladies who worked there were helpful but the man was very off-putting. Tiniest soap "bars" I've ever seen and how can a bathroom in 2026 have no safety railing in the tub-shower? The morning coffee was... not coffee. The room and bedding were clean and there were no problems with check-out but the experience could be so much better.

The reception staff were rude when I was trying to check in and asked me if I was at the right place. Unfortunately, I felt this was very disrespectful. For the past four days, I had been trying to arrange check-in for 10:00, but I received no response and was not given a clear indication that this was not possible. I understand that there may have been scheduling or operational reasons, but the way I was treated at reception was unnecessary and unprofessional. I was simply trying to follow the correct process and get checked in.
