I booked reservation because the website advertised laundry but upon arriving they said it was out of order. I stayed 5 days and it was still not fixed. The room was covered in black hair when I arrived. Towels were stained with blood and bodily fluids. Sheets were stained with blood and cigarette holes. Shower smelled of mildew and when I asked for different room they said they didn’t have any available but after walking around property I saw vacant rooms.

The pool was nice. Both times i went to the front desk/office, the door was locked. So, other than check in, i wasnt able to access anyone in the office.

The rooms were updated but not very clean or kept up.. blinds in bathroom were broken, there were flys in the room when we arrived. No elevator and stairs and walkways seemed unsafe.

Ok for the price. Location great. Parking was included and it was not like hole an a wall motel. I would give it a 3. I had three kids with me and we were safe just the refrigerator leaking n ask more towels. Seem sketchy looks but not bad there we’re more college students than families. The room was disgusting, the room smell musty, the walls was full of stains, the floor look like it haven't been wash for a while, the bath towels aren't white anymore, etc.. When we checked-in one of the bed sheets was stained like someone has pee on them. The staff change the bed quick but soon after we find that the other bed sheets also had stains and hairs on them... For the first time, we didn't sleep on the motel sheets at all, the kids and us bringed some blanket that we had in the car and we sleep with them for the night. I dont know if this motel really need maintenance to remove the moss inside the wall or wherever or if it need to be demolish and rebuild but, really, the smell is horrible... The pool was clean and the changing color lamp in the water was cool. The office women was also kind and helpful.

The room I booked, a king, was not available when we arrived. So they put us in a room that they told us was two queens, but it was really two double beds. The floor in the bathroom was rotten, there was hair still in the shower and the sink. There were stains on the sheets. After walking around barefoot, our feet were black on the bottom. Very dirty and it stank of smoke. Went to get coffee in the morning and the office was locked. There was trash in the pool and something else unidentifiable- again, dirty. Way too much money to be this dirty and run down.

he Atlantic Inn was a dump. The bed linen was stained. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom and the toilet was dirty on the outside. The mat on the bathroom floor was stained and dirty. There was toilet paper or paper towels that was stuck at the top of the bathroom door that I think covered a previous leak. The receptionist at the front desk was unpleasant, unwelcoming, and was bothered when you ask questions. When I asked about handicap access she said we don’t have any first floor rooms , no elevator, and no escalator. No, I am not handicap but that is against the law. She was visibly bothered because I asked the question. I paid online prior to arrival. I wish that I hadn’t. I would have rather slept in the car or on the street than stay in this horrible place. And… the room was not cheap.

Expensive. Rooms definitely do not look like the pictures on the website. Bed linens old with cigarette burns; minimal towels, bathroom with mildew and old dirty shower curtain. Old paint on furniture. Toilet with big hole and made horrible loud noise when flushed.

There were a few shops and nice restaurants close by. The room was not clean, there were hairs in the bathtub as well as a razor cap. The floors were also filthy. The toilet had what appeared to be feces on the outside of the toilet bowl. Needless to say, I left.

For the price it wasn’t the worst place! The floor hadn’t been swept and there was weed sprinkled on the end stand plus the room smelled like it! The door didn’t shut very tightly and the sink wasn’t cleaned! The location is decent but at least fully clean your rooms!

Like the location very much. The place wasn’t clean floors were very dirty couldn’t leave anything on the floor my baby crawled while I was getting things unpacked and was covered in dirty and badly. After that couldn’t trust the floors. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough.

The room was dirty upon arrival, the bathroom had hair all over the place, in the shower, on the floor, in the sink. When I opened the fridge there was more hair....The floors had not been swept in what looked like a while and the wifi did not work the whole time I was there. I was very disappointed with this stay.

The room was dirty! Everything was broken. No latch on the door to lock it in the night time. Frame on the door was broken. Dresser drawers were broken. Hair dryer was broken. Blankets on the bed dirty and with holes. Bathroom towels were disgusting. Wanted to cancel and leave but unfortunately there were no vacant hotels near by/around.

The lock on our door was broken and we did not realize it didn’t fully lock until the morning after our first night when we went for breakfast. When we went to tell front desk they told us we could just leave and maintenance would get to it in a few hours. They had no regard for our safety or see anything wrong with leaving the door unlocked with our belongings unattended for an unspecified amount of time. They act like it was a huge inconvenience for us to be concerned about the door. In addition to that when we got there, the room was not very clean. The floor was a little sticking some places and there were no clean towels. They didn’t provide any new ones after we asked, but luckily we had extra beach towels.

The location is worth hundreds a night but the hotel is scary and needs updated. Staff is friendly. When the cost is $50/night, you end up in a hotel with guests that are homeless. Great place for a quick overnight bed to crash but not great for a single mom/young family vacation.

I loved that the bathroom had a small window to the outside. Shower was powerful and had soft water. Beds/Pillows were very comfy. Room had microwave and small fridge. I would definitely stay here again as there's a VA beach Trolley that you can catch for ~ $2 to get down to Waterman's/Chix or anywhere along the strip. No coffee maker in room. Had coffee maker in office --tasted OK.

Not the room i wanted to begin with. Was put on the 3rd floor which made my elderly father have a hard time traversing the stairs.the beds were way smaller then queen size beds like i wanted. The tv was absolute garbage and had crap channels. Saw a roach in the bathroom. The sheets were never changed during our stay. Our bare feet turned black and the floors obviously were never mopped and had to wear socks our entire stay. The water pressure was very weak to. Lots of shady caracters on the property. Ill never stay here again not even a overnight!

The hotel is very close to the boardwalk and the beach, close by a lot of stores and supermarket, they have a good parking lot; but our room was just ok, the door doesn’t look and open easily, we asked for another pillow and they never send it, the remote control of the tv didn’t work well.

The only nice thing about this place was we were able to check in a little early. We asked if we could check out later and they told us best we could do is 15-20 minutes. We asked for extra towels because there was 4 of us and only 2 towels in the room, we called and they said wait 15 minutes then you can come to the office. We wanted to leave are car there while we went to eat and they said it would be $10. They also told us at 8:30am that they wanted to come into our room to look at which furniture was in our room. We will never stay again, they just wanted more and more money.
The only nice thing about this place was we were able to check in a little early. We asked if we could check out later and they told us best we could do is 15-20 minutes. We asked for extra towels because there was 4 of us and only 2 towels in the room, we called and they said wait 15 minutes then you can come to the office. Great location, easy access to the beach & boardwalk plus tons of restaurants within walking distance. Room was mostly clean minus a few areas but overall just fine for my one night stay. Bring your own blanket though.

Appears that hotel is housing low income or homeless people. Fight broke out while checking in. Appears not safe parking lot. I already prepaid my lodging but did not stay. Stayed down the street @ 27th. Appeared Safer & cleaner and limited lodgings guest. Never would have got a nights sleep staying at Atlantic.

Ok for the price. Location great. Parking was included and it was not like hole an a wall motel. I would give it a 3. I had three kids with me and we were safe just the refrigerator leaking n ask more towels. Seem sketchy looks but not bad there we’re more college students than families. I loved that the bathroom had a small window to the outside. Shower was powerful and had soft water. Beds/Pillows were very comfy. Room had microwave and small fridge. I would definitely stay here again as there's a VA beach Trolley that you can catch for ~ $2 to get down to Waterman's/Chix or anywhere along the strip. No coffee maker in room. Had coffee maker in office --tasted OK.

The room I booked, a king, was not available when we arrived. So they put us in a room that they told us was two queens, but it was really two double beds. The floor in the bathroom was rotten, there was hair still in the shower and the sink. There were stains on the sheets. After walking around barefoot, our feet were black on the bottom. Very dirty and it stank of smoke. Went to get coffee in the morning and the office was locked. There was trash in the pool and something else unidentifiable- again, dirty. Way too much money to be this dirty and run down.

Well I wasted water on floor wiped it with a tissue and the tissue was black,the water barely got hot and there was some type of damage inside the bathtub plus it looked dirty so we couldn't shower the dresser drawers was broken and just laying there only one table stand the heat wouldn't stay on long had to keep getting up through the night to turn it up higher to try and warm the room up left way before check out time

They also hold a $50.00 dollar deposit. Posting here since they did not put that information on here. Saw a lot of “service animals” that were really not service animals. Oh I am deaf, so I have 6 service dogs who can obey and listen without voice commands.
