Called and talked to Belle the day before to confirm they had a pool & spa for our daughter, they said yes. Asked if it was in service and they said yes. Showed up the next day and it was drained and being maintenanced. Front desk seemed confused why were were told that. Sounds like call center was NOT up to date with maintenance at the property. We checked out a day earlier and went to the4 best Western.

Had I known the pool was unavailable I'd have chosen another location. Paying full price for a place that doesn't have the amenities available that it claims to is very disappointing.

Happy to walk stairs but no idea there was no elevator to move a ton of baggage to second floor Pool was too cold to swim in with toddler-only reason picked them was for convenience, price & pool Ya get what you pay for

The Ellensburg Comfort Inn is well-maintained, quiet, has good amenities and is located conveniently close to I-90. The facility is older and in some places (e.g. the bathroom sealing surfaces) shows it's age more than others. Nevertheless, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room HVAC switched between heating and cooling with no problems. The free breakfast was fine and the breakfast area was roomy. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The staff were also very friendly, polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and plan on staying there in the future when we come to Ellensburg.

This is an older property, and it lacks some upgrades that we typically expect like an elevator to get upstairs and USB ports in the rooms for charging. Also, the room smelled very faintly smoky as though it had probably been used as a smokers room, many years ago and they just couldn’t get the smell completely out. On the other hand, the pool was nice and clean and the front desk people were helpful and pleasant. Reasonable value for the money. Some of the breakfast items were slightly stale but at least there was a breakfast provided.

We had an amazing stay. They were short staffed but still accommodated us for an early check in. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely clean and in good condition. We were in town for a baseball tournament and loved that the fields were close as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely stay here again next year!

Hotel staff was great, very friendly & efficient. Lobby was clean and festive. Plenty of convenient parking. The room overall was okay overall however our coffee pot had moldy coffee in it, & the white shower curtain had large dirty spots on it & was ripped at the top. Hot tub was nice but avoided the pool as it was very cold & was a green color. Sorry to say have no plans of coming back.

Let’s start with the check in process. The person checking us in was not rude but not very friendly or engaging either. The whole interaction felt very transactional. When we got to our room we were very disappointed. As we do with any hotel we stay at we scoped out the room. It was very clear that cleanliness was not a priority for this establishment. The room had a slightly unpleasant odor (my wife described as moist). There was dog food scattered on the floor (clearly not vacuumed after the previous guest). The room itself was very dirty, the bathroom floor was so sticky that we decided not to remove our shoes during our stay. We actually kept them on the nightstand so we could put them on before getting out of bed. My wife checked the bed for bugs and luckily that was clear. We did however opt to sleep with our clothes on. The mattress was not bad to sleep on. The shower was so dirty and mildewed that we opted to use rags to bath ourselves in the morning. We had to lay a towel on the bathroom floor before removing our shoes to clean ourselves as the floor was so sticky. When I pulled a tissue out of the box on the bathroom counter a prescription pill fell onto the counter. This was a bit disturbing as we don’t take any prescription medications. After our sponge baths we went for some breakfast. It was average. When we checked out nobody asked how our stay was. They just asked if we wanted a receipt. We would highly recommend staying at a different hotel.

The first room we were given was not cleaned. We were given a 2nd room and it smelled heavily of smoking residue. We were taken to a third room. In the morning we discovered a patch of black mold about 1 foot in diameter above the shower in the bathroom. The staff was wonderful, but the accommodations and facility maintenance are lacking. The mold is inexcusable. This should be monitored as it can be very dangerous to our health.

The hotel definitely needs some new mattresses mine had a hard bump in it, but Holly at the front desk gave us a new room quickly, she was a sweetheart. Room 109 is next to the room that they do dishes in and it can get a bit noisy early in the morning. But other than that our stay was adequate.

Quiet, comfortable, and affordable stay. The staff were all kind and helpful, and while things are a little worn around the edges, it was clean, beds were comfy, and we had a great stay. Also, it's a good location for anyone needing fast food, coffee, restaurants, etc; super close to all and right off the freeway.

This is my favorite place to stay in Ellensburg when I need to wind down and recharge. The room is always clean and ready on check in and the jacuzzi tub is quite comfortable. Bathroom also has a tv you can watch while in the jacuzzi tub.

Bare bones hotel. Micro pillows, uncomfortable bed. Highway noise. Dated and everything shows years of use and abuse. Clean-ish for what it is. Ok if you’re stopping for a night on a road trip

What I liked the most was how comfy the bed was. It was by far the comfiest bed I've ever slept on. The staff were very kind and helpful. My only gripe is the noise from other guests walking down the passageway and the footsteps from above your room, other than that the hotel was great and it's very affordable. I will be staying here again.

I checked in late and it was dark andbi felt very safe in the parking lot and surrounding area. The staff were friendly and efficient with my check in. The bed was extremely comfy and there were lots of options for breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very relaxed.

My sister and I wanted to split the bill when we stayed for 2 nights over Memorial Weekend. When we checked out we talked to the man behind the desk and he said he could handle it. It has been an absolute nightmare since then. We were both charged th $338 for 2 nights. We are now on June 9th and they are trying to tell us that we stayed for 3 nights and we have only received a partial credit, based on a 3-night stay. I will now be taking it to my credit card company. I will never stay at another Comfort Inn based on this horrific experience.

My sister and I wanted to split the bill when we stayed for 2 nights over Memorial Weekend. When we checked out we talked to the man behind the desk and he said he could handle it. The beds were super comfortable. Centrally located to college campus and restaurants. I didn’t like the wall damage in the bathroom. Paying high prices for disrepair bothers me.

Location was great, away from the freeway enough to not hear the noise, and just on the edge of town- beautiful view of a pond and fields and the mountains. Great price! We’ve stayed several places in Ellensburg, this one we’ll definitely come back to.

Check in was quick and easy. No deposit or cleaning fee upfront. Great location right off the freeway. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. TV did not work very well. Felt safe.

Signage to entrance is poor, tiny sign, looks like entrance to surrounding businesses. Facility is good, room is small but clean and in good repair, staff was good, area is nothing special to look at, lots of fast food choices within walking distance, good restaurants not far away, pool and jacuzzi were clean and in good working order, breakfast was okay, food was good and the dining room was clean.

Nicely maintained, with friendly, professional front desk staff. Near multiple restaurants, stores, and charming downtown Ellensburg…yet near the interstate and easy to get to. We will use this hotel again.

Thursday morning no eggs were made. Not just one left, none made. Clock in room not working. TV not set to understand channels previews. Needed to log on with out info thru app apparently. Final straw, bathtub backed up with each shower. We will not be back.

Enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights. The continental breakfast was good, with options from eggs, potatoes, meat, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, etc. The only issue I had was out of the 3 times I went to have decaf coffee, they only had regular. They did have a coffeemaker in the room for me to use.

The Ellensburg Comfort Inn is well-maintained, quiet, has good amenities and is located conveniently close to I-90. The facility is older and in some places (e.g. the bathroom sealing surfaces) shows it's age more than others. Nevertheless, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room HVAC switched between heating and cooling with no problems. The free breakfast was fine and the breakfast area was roomy. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The staff were also very friendly, polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and plan on staying there in the future when we come to Ellensburg.

This is an older property, and it lacks some upgrades that we typically expect like an elevator to get upstairs and USB ports in the rooms for charging. Also, the room smelled very faintly smoky as though it had probably been used as a smokers room, many years ago and they just couldn’t get the smell completely out. On the other hand, the pool was nice and clean and the front desk people were helpful and pleasant. Reasonable value for the money. Some of the breakfast items were slightly stale but at least there was a breakfast provided.

If “comfort” is one of your amenities, we have very different definitions. The mattress was about as forgiving as a concrete sidewalk, and the pillows appeared to be stuffed with hopes and dreams instead of actual filling. I’ve had more comfortable nights sleeping in a tent. The toilet sat so low to the ground I genuinely wondered if it had been purchased during an elementary school liquidation sale. I’m short, and even I wasn’t prepared for the knees-to-chest workout every time I used it. I accidentally spilled some water on the carpet and grabbed a towel to clean it up. The towel came back… brown. I have no desire to know what I actually wiped up, but I’m confident it wasn’t just water. The grand finale came in the morning when I opened the curtains to discover the window absolutely CAKED in mold. Not a little mildew in the corner—an entire biology experiment. No wonder my husband couldn’t stop sneezing. Out of curiosity, I looked up the property afterward. It was built in 1996 and supposedly renovated in 2022. Renovated what, exactly? Because it certainly wasn’t the mattresses, pillows, toilets, carpets, or windows. The one bright spot was the customer service. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He deserves a much better hotel to work in than the one I stayed at.

Staff was very helpful and deserves credit. However the accommodations were not as I hoped. TV did work when I got there, but the attendant was very helpful in getting it setup quickly. I was most disappointed in the building. Very old building and looks a bit ran down. Was in the room after driving for all day and just wanted to rest. My feet were freezing and realized my socks were all wet...went in the bathroom and realized I had been wading in someone else's toilet water. Toilet was leaking at the floor everytime it was flushed...pretty disgusting. Just threw my socks in the garbage. So...not sure the site maintenance is the best. Breakfast was standard but good. As mentioned...the staff was great!
