Female Solo traveler. Felt safe. Clean room. No fridge or microwave, would be helpful. Staff was nice, however, on arrival no one at desk to check me in. Rang bell, and waited almost 10 minutes before girl came out. After driving for hours, most people would like someone at the desk. It served its purpose for me. Cleanliness is utmost for me, and it was clean. Bed comfy. Breakfast ok. Waffle, pancake maker. Yogurts, bananas, apples, cereal. Coffee all day. Overall it was nice. They have laundry too.

Our room needed a deep cleaning, the carpet was not clean and no refrigerator or microwave. My son took a shower very early and was very pleased with the water being hot. I took a bath a couple of hours later and water was just warm, maybe because we were next to the laundry, I don’t know! The breakfast was terrible, not enough food and the omelets were horrible as were most of the refrigerated items, such as the breads. They served breakfast earlier than stated. The only thing that seemed good were the waffles which I didn’t eat but due to the fact that the guests made their own, they were hot and fresh. Sorry I have stayed at two other locations that were so much better so maybe this is not the usual as they weren’t counting on many guests. I recommended them to family members that also stayed there and none of them were thrilled either. So we rented a total of four rooms as we were there for a family members service. We will not recommend them again.

Overall the hotel wasnt bad. But it would be better if the carpet was replaced with some other kind of flooring. The carpet holds stains and vague smells even when cleaned.

Staff was very accommodating, we arrived late from Ocean Shores, 4th of July traffic was a nightmare, never stood in line getting out of the beach for hours, and the overnight gentleman working at the front desk gave us a complementary 1 hr. extra of sleep at check out, this made our morning, we were able to sleep longer and drive out with out panicking! Thank you for being kind and going above and beyond.
