Staff were friendly. Coffee machine in lobby was broken and unavailable. Pool was out for servicing every day for a good part of the morning. The gym is good.

We love staying here!! Staff is always so friendly, the restaurant and full bar are great, the pool is large, the rooms are immaculate. We have stayed here several times, and not once have we had a single disapointment.

Everything is great so far except one tiny thing— I really wish you did not have to go back out to your vehicle to put a parking slip on the dash. It’s kind of a pet peeve of mine. Especially when I’m traveling alone and really tired and I just lugged all my stuff into my room I just don’t want to have to go out to my car again. All I want to do is take my shoes off and get comfy! Besides that minor inconvenience (and having to pay for parking even though the location has ample parking) the amenities and cleanliness are very good.

Came for the larger pool for my Grandkids to play in. Water was to cold to enjoy. Had to get out every 5 minutes to warm up in the small hot tub. Delta needs to increase the water temperature during winter months.

Very nice place - lobby and bar were very nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Also it was VERY quiet! The shower was awesome for a hotel, I loved that the handle was on the opposite side so you can let the water heat up without getting blasted by cold water. Very well thought out. The gym (although I didn't have time to use it) looked nicer than many I've been to with a good mix of cardio machines, free weights and what looked like a cable machine. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. Literally seconds to the freeway for our trip home to Portland... will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here out of convenience but also high ratings and good reviews. I agree the staff was very friendly even at the restaurant. The lobby was clean and smelled nice. The room itself was very nice looking and comfortable. Cleanliness of room wasn’t the best. The ice bin wasn’t clean. I always use the little bags because no hotel ever really cleans those but the lid had what appeared to be mold on it and that just made me not even want to touch the bag or any of the little courtesy items in the room. The bed also had hair in it. I tried to convince myself it was left by the housekeeping staff who made the bed but it was multiple strands and they were varying lengths. One looked like a pube. I know even after doing laundry sometimes hair can get left on sheets so I’m hoping it wasn’t a case of lazy staff and the bedding not getting changed between guests. Lastly the bathroom. The rolled washcloths on the shelf had something blue splattered and dried on them . Not sure if it was a cleaning product that accidentally got on them when housekeeping changed over the room or if they just didn’t get changed between guests but it was definitely off putting and made me wonder. Overall it was a nice hotel and I’d stay again

Hotel was very clean and safe. Staff was amazing and always helpful. Location we stayed was for convenience to be near family visiting but limited late night food options. We originally booked different location but this place was able to get us a room last minute since previous locations was horrible. Rooms are very clean just like the rest of the hotel. Would stay here again when back visiting family.

Beautiful lobby and hallways. The rooms had what appeared to be coffee stains in the carpet and comforters that were old. In the Light, you could see where the down was starting to gray which always makes me uncomfortable.

The property was nice and clean, close to highways and had a nice breakfast buffet for a fee and a bar on property. The only thing was a little noise here and there in the hallway, and there is no microwave in the room or on the floors. You have to go all the way down to the lobby to use the one they have. Other than that is was great! I would recommend.

We stayed here for 1 night and it was great. Room was clean and property was well maintained. The only 1 negative was the wifi. It didn't work very well and the signal was very weak. Overall a nice stay.

I got a room that came with a sofa bed. However the way the room is set up you cannot open the bed of the sofa as there is no room for it to open. The lamp next to the sofa doesn’t turn on. None of the trash cans have bags

Luxe accommodations that are so affordable!! Roomy bathroom with walk-in shower and motion-activated night light. Charger for any type of cell phone on night stand between beds. Roller shades for sun filtering and room darkening. Comfy beds and pillows. Conveniently located right off I-5 and close to all the cool shops and restaurants in Everett. They offer covered parking (a little extra) in secure garage under the hotel. The spaces are pretty tight. A security guard is out front during night hours which was a comfort when I came in late after a wedding.

The hotel is very nice: clean, organized, lovely rooms. The only issue is how thin the walls are around the rooms. Every faucet being turned on, every black-out shade being raised / lowered could be heard from my room.

Here is my review to management, waiting to hear back…. I am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott. Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to bring several critical issues to your attention. Firstly, the air conditioning in my room was non-functional, causing the temperature to rise to 78 degrees. This made the room unbearably uncomfortable. Additionally, I encountered another serious issue when I discovered blood stains on the towels provided in my room (please see attached photos for reference). To make matters worse, the toilet in my room was broken, and I had to attempt a repair myself because maintenance was unable to resolve the issue. The lack of care and service I experienced during my stay was appalling. I am highly frustrated and deeply disgusted by the overall situation. This is not what I expect from a Marriott property, and it reflects poorly on your standards of hospitality. Especially being apart of Marriott rewards and an AMEX member, you’d expect a whole lot better than we were given. I would appreciate a phone call to discuss this matter further. Given the severity of the issues and the lack of resolution provided, I am requesting that my stay be comped. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and it is crucial that appropriate measures be taken to address this situation. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Placing 3 towels in a 2 queen room makes no sense. Then calling down to front desk to request additional towels and then not receiving them (after being told they would send someone up) is ridiculous. The following morning to be woken by the fire alarm and then told I would need to wait for a half an hour till the laundry person was on shift to acquire 1 additional towel… brutal. This is hotel not a stay at someone’s house.. for the record, I indicated 4 would reside in my room.. why deliver only three towels?? Not acceptable.

This is hotel not a stay at someone’s house.. for the record, I indicated 4 would reside in my room.. why deliver only three towels?? Not acceptable.

The hotel is clean, both at the common area and inside room. The staffs are very friendly and nice and when I told them the stays were for celebrating my kid's birthday, they wrote and drew a birthday card and sent to our room to my kid that made my kid very happy. would definitely consider to stay at Delta hotel again in my next trip.

Hotel was very clean and safe. Staff was amazing and always helpful. Location we stayed was for convenience to be near family visiting but limited late night food options. We originally booked different location but this place was able to get us a room last minute since previous locations was horrible. Rooms are very clean just like the rest of the hotel. Would stay here again when back visiting family.

The room was comfortable, and the shower was great. Tried to order room service, but there was no menu in the room, so I went to the restaurant to get one. I took it back to the room, and we all decided what we wanted, and I called to place the order. After the phone rang for 3 minutes, I hung up and went to place a to go order in person. The food was good.

They charged me more then the Expedia price, they charged me twice for incidentals, didn’t want to help me when I requested an explanation, finally said they charge more then supposed to and that it would fall off on my account and that it was pending charges, but then when the charges finally got my account they still charged me $67 more than supposed to. Now I have to call them again. The staff was rude and was saying it wasn’t their problem even though they decided to charge me $319 instead of $202. Incidentals we’re supposed to be $50 only but somehow I ended up paying $279 after everything.

When I booked through Expedia, with executive level and prepaid for breakfast, but on Marriott hotel system, they couldn’t find anything for breakfast. Front desk M keep answering “they don’t have free breakfast but I can have FREE food from executive lounge”…..even I showed her my confirmation. Excuse me! I paid for executive level room, I paid for my breakfast! There’s nothing free, and I don’t need anything free, I just want to know where/when I can have my paid already breakfast! Finally, Angelina, a lady who checked me in earlier and with sweet smiles, willing to honour the voucher after listen my words and check confirmation. Thank you Angelina, you deserve a good reward!

Our first stay there and it was awesome. We went for a concert at Angel Winds Event Arena and this hotel was not far. We walked to the arena and back. Mary Ann at the front desk was fabulous and very friendly. We had a light lunch at the bar and the bar staff was awesome too and gave us a great recommendation for dinner at Katana. We really enjoyed our stay.

Right off the freeway! Great place to stay but not within walking distance of anything I could see from the hotel. But it looks like “downtown” is a six minute drive away which isn’t bad!! I wasn’t expecting the $5/parking a night but it definitely could be worse 😂

Staff was great, and the hotel-like all delta Marriotts was clean, comfortable and a great stop. Not walkable but I don’t think you’d be in this area without a car. It’s right on the highway which is convenient, I was worried about noise but we were on the highway side and couldn’t hear any traffic.

Liked that they had no pets. Thought it might be noisy because of the freeway and train tracks near by but it was quiet. We needed to tavel on hwy 2 the next morning and it was very convenient to get to from the hotel.

We were in Everett for a concert. The Italian restaurant we went to and Angel of Winds Arena were all within a 22 minute walk of the hotel. We had a memorable experience!

Luxe accommodations that are so affordable!! Roomy bathroom with walk-in shower and motion-activated night light. Charger for any type of cell phone on night stand between beds. Roller shades for sun filtering and room darkening. Comfy beds and pillows. Conveniently located right off I-5 and close to all the cool shops and restaurants in Everett. They offer covered parking (a little extra) in secure garage under the hotel. The spaces are pretty tight. A security guard is out front during night hours which was a comfort when I came in late after a wedding.

The hotel should have advised us that there would be hundreds of kids there. Food was terrible, room service brought the wrong items. The staff didn’t answer phones. And charging $7.00 a night to park in what is basically the street is insane. You couldn’t relax at any time due to the constant noise. Absolutely the worst experience ever

The property was nice and clean, close to highways and had a nice breakfast buffet for a fee and a bar on property. The only thing was a little noise here and there in the hallway, and there is no microwave in the room or on the floors. You have to go all the way down to the lobby to use the one they have. Other than that is was great! I would recommend.

It was a fantastic stay! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. We stayed for a week and were sad to leave. Recommend this place 1000%!

The restaurant is absolutely amazing for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff of the restaurant was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The Hotels staff at the front desk when we came in the two men seemed cold and like they were going out of their way for you to check you in. The maid staff was awesome. We will be back.

Another stellar stay at Delta Hotel in Everett! Amazing staff all around, the rooms are always perfect, the pillows divine. And an added bonus of the Venture restaurant for evening drinks or a hearty breakfast is a big plus.

I give the property excellent rating, not because it was without issue, but handling of the issue was excellent done and staff couldn’t have been more apologetic. Dining was a delight those 3 women handled their service. Area became very busy but orders and drinks seemed to flow with ease. Food was really good and we’re picky about wings. Chicken salad club was delicious. Portions can easily be shared. Staff have to be commended for their care and concern for customer’s needs. Bed also very comfortable!

This hotel was an unexpected gem of a find. Great location right off I5 which makes it convenient for traveling. The hotel was well maintained from the sparkling appearance of all common areas to the beautiful flower pots hanging on the exterior. The room itself was nicely appointed, exceptionally clean and well maintained, and quiet at night. The large walk in shower was greatly appreciated. Beds were comfortable with quality bedding. Food in the restaurant was above hotel quality, with plentiful breakfast choices and an innovative new menu for dinner. All the staff with whom we interacted were lovely and welcoming, but special recognition goes to Monica in the bar/dining area. So personable, attentive and fun to interact with. She had taste tested all the new menu items so offered us great recommendations for a light dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay and found this to be an excellent hotel.
