Days Inn by Wyndham Federal Way

This was the worst place that i have ever stayed and i travel a far amount. This was a saftey issue for sure. We closed the door and there was a 2 inch gap, between the wall and the door. Yes, i was seeing the parking lot with the door closed. The dirt was just years of grime, the bathroom was disgusting. Again years of grime and mold on the shower. Carpet was rotten and side tables were barely hanging on. THE parking lot was bad, potholes and trashed cars. We stayed 10 minutes amd immediately checked out. We were told by management a full refund was made, but our credit card was changed anyway. Now FIGHTING for a refund because no one should stay tthere, its a public health issue.

Room was clean. Check in was quick. Some of the people hanging out in the parking lot were a little sketchy

Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom was not completely clean. Alright to stay for a couple of hours but no longer than that! Staff were friendly and courteous.

Loitering individuals in parking lot. Ground compactor working next door all day.
