Best Western Plus Kennewick Inn

heated pool is not. Tub drain leaked. Fridge froze out bottled water. Got in line for breakfast and the maid/cook. broke the waffles down literally as i started to reach for the cup. "we close at 9". The time was 9 am and 15 seconds. Manager: "She shouldn't have done that" sympathetic shoulder shrug. I'm an older lady traveling with my grandson, whose lips tuned blue in the pool who I had to take for breakfast delaying our departure. So, stay again? Not just no, hell no!

We were here for a soccer tournament and chose the hotel for the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken and the pool was ice cold. Major disappointment. For whatever reason our keys could not stay magnetized. We got locked out of our room six times. I watched this happen to other families too who would sit on the floor in the hallway while one of their family members would go downstairs to get a new key. It also felt kind of odd that the front desk staff seem so unconcerned about the fact that we had to go down and get new keys so many times. It must happen a lot. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to other families.

Great hotel to stay at room was great. We got the room with the whirlpool tub and it was more than big enough for two or more people to relax in.the pool has a hot tub area and enjoyed them also . Breakfast was just what I was hoping for. If I did have anything bad to say is that we could hear the room next to us when they used the shower. Other than that not much bad to say and I will come back to this hotel on my next trip to Kennewick

Clean room, comfortable bed. Really good breakfast with menu that changes daily, something missing in most other hotels.
