Not enough parking no elevator

The pool was closed for maintenance and the carpets were really dirty along with all the furniture having all kinds of scratches and stains in it

Yesterday was horrible!!! The first room they gave me didn’t work. It was broken The faucet didn’t work in the hot water. The bedding was burnt holes in it from cigarettes room is clean. They moved me to another room, this room has burns in the bedding as well and was filthy nasty. I wound up going to a dollar tree to get cleaning supplies to tolerate the room. It was that bad!!! They say they have a pool and hot tub pool was open cold not heated. The hot tub was not only closed. It was concrete filled. Just all around bad place homeless people all around begging for money would not ever recommend this place.

No elevator made things difficult. In the bathroom, the hair dryer did not work, no plastic cups were provided for water, there was no plug in the sink and I lost an earring down the drain because of it. The worst thing by far was the lack of cleanliness of the carpet. I inadvertently walked to the bathroom during the night without my slippers. When I stepped into the shower the next morning, a lot of dirt washed off the bottom of my feet. The short walk to the bathroom was the only time I walked barefoot during my time in Seattle. This was so disgusting. Also extremely distressing was my treatment by the staff. I decided last minute to stay in Seattle an additional day so extended my stay through American Airlines. When I completed that transaction, I called the front desk and told them that I had extended my stay. At 10:00pm, someone banged on my door. Being alarmed, I did not answer the knock and they opened the door. Luckily, I had the chain engaged or they would have come into my room. This was very frightening and upsetting. I called the front desk and told them someone tried to enter my room. The individual who answered my call said he had sent them to demand that I come to the front desk since I had not paid for that night. I told him I had informed the front desk I had paid for the additional night through American Airlines. He said nobody told him about my message. That is unacceptable. Worst hotel experience out of over 300 stays

Worn down and dated, in rough shape... Pool closed for maintenance... No breakfast, unlike most Super 8s... Various unpleasant smells... My room had a bunch of dead leaf beetles laying around, for some reason... Close to plenty of good dining options, close to freeway access, close to gas station quick stop... Cheap hotel but probably should be a little cheaper still, it needs a lot of refreshing... I knew to manage expectations but was still a bit disappointed...

The place was run down.repair made not painted over, broken toilet holder, missing tissue holder cover. No hot water availible during certain hours. Only 2 pillows on king bed. Towel and wash cloth for one. No elevator other than chair lift for lower floir that set bellow ground level where handicap individuals were placed. There was no one at front desk when we arrived. Fridge in room was set at freezer temperature. And breakfast included should mean more than a cup of juice or coffee and a granola bar. We have stayed in hotel 8's tha were if far better quality than this.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The price was decent and have stayed there several times. The only disappointment was the pool and hot tub are always closed.

Strange people hanging out in parking lot. Hot tub not working and couldn’t get to pool. (Door was locked at 7pm). Lower hallway reeked of marijuana. Girl at breakfast was obviously tweaking, was dirty, and kept coughing (even on the food) Room was clean and cheap, so you get what you pay for.

I was going to go with 1, but the bed was comfortable. That being said we weren't told where the breakfast was so we missed out. Despite a non smoking policy you could smell it in the lobby as soon as you walked in. A deep cleaning hasn't been done in who knows how long. I could smell something like urine in our room, and later stepped on what may have been dried urine. Someone else's hair was still in the bath tub. We also smelled smoke in the vending area. We opted to wait to shower until we were camping instead of using their's.

This hotel definitely does not look like the one in the picture! It is EXTREMELY dirty the room we had was so disgusting there was a dead bug splattered on the wall , splatters on the ceiling, fridge smelt like something died in it. Blood or some splatter that looks like blood all over the bathroom lights and chunks of what looked like blood or who knows what under the bathroom sink. The sheets were dirty and the mattress cover was so nasty! Holes in the bathroom door… and Even after emailing photos they didn’t offer to refund our night or even move us to another room! I feel that we should not have been charged at all for how nasty this place was!!! I had to go with the front desk agent to show her what queen sheets were so we could at least have those! If it wasn’t so late when we got there we would have just left and tried to find something else!

Check in online said 2pm, we got there a little before 2pm and were told that they changed check in time for 3pm yet the front desk sign still said 2pm. The staff accommodated the “early check in”. We arrived in the room and it smelled terrible, there was a hole in the bathroom door (like someone punched in), god know what on the wall, ants in the room, what appeared to possibly be old blood on the floor in the pool room. We couldn’t sleep under the covers as we were too grossed out so we had to go buy blankets to cover up with. We almost left at 1am because none of us could sleep it was disgusting in our room. Never ever would I recommend staying at this hotel. We have requested a refund as it was absolutely horrible!

It wasnt very clean, the light switches were dirty, there was mystery liquid smeared on wall and ceiling. And a bloody hand print on the wall in the bathroom pretty gross. Staff was really nice though.

What appeared to be black mold on the windowsill. Sticky floors. Room smelled of smoke. Used tissue on floor.

This hotel was terrible. The sheets were dirty and had cigarette burns. The floor was sticky and turned our feet black. The bathroom was dirty as well. I will never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there.

Dirty, grungy, unsanitary. There was literally a basketball sized hole in the bathroom door, water was brown coming out of the shower. Won’t stay here again ever

I've stayed in some rough hotels before, and this was right up there among the worst. The windows were so poorly sealed I heard highway noises all night, there was a weird running fan noise in the walls, the carpet was FILTHY, the bed crunchy, the furniture stained and flithy. I wiped blood stains off my side table. The jndoor pool was drained and closed. Breakfast was a joke--empty coffee carafes at 8:30 a.m.? Really? If I had had any strength left after very long day of traveling, I would have checked out immediately. The only upsides--the night check-in staff was very congenial and efficient (unlike the very surly morning staff) and the hot water was plentiful.

Bath needs remodel. Wall board damaged. Dirty walls and ceiling. Faucet loose and sink was old and needed replacing. Noisy and very dated.

Some updating in bathroom and general maintenance items, loose light fixture, shower curtain is nasty, light bulb is out in bedroom lamp, towells were fresh and great... Place was really clean... just need some maintenance items repaired...but are minor....room 231...

Very noisy with traffic noise and guests slamming doors and stomping on 3rd floor.

Water pressure in the showers n no hot water n always having tv issues

The hotel was meh but very dusty. The floor had sticky spots on the carpet that my socks got stuck to. The maintenance guy was in the hallway using a cordless drill at 10:30pm. The TV randomly turned on in the middle of the night and the remote wouldn’t even work to turn it off until we just ended up unplugging it. The highway sound was SO loud, so ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel if possible.

Traffic was really noisy! Windows were too thin.

Sink only hot water. I'm 5'4 160 pounds and the shower was really tight and small for me. Otherwise it was okay

The beds were uncomfortable and we rolled into the middle of the bed. The rooms are very old and in need of replacement.

Room was nice enough. Common areas are a bit run down. What made the stay unacceptable was the fact we had no hot water. We were there working out of town for the weekend. Complained the first morning. Then went to work. Came back in the evening... still no hot water. Their excuse was they could not get anyone to work on the weekend. I don't expect much from a Super 8. But, I do expect hot water!

The check-in was slow. The lady was nice but she seems to be in training. Plus she was alone. It is a big motel. There should be at least two people at front desk. An hour ago I told her that we didn’t have a garbage can in the washroom and we didn’t have a remote control either. She said she’d bring them. She lied. We requested a bottom floor unit and ended in the third floor. We booked this place because of the hot tub and it is out of order. Plus there are all kinds of scary people roaming the parking lot and the hallways. What a terrible experience!

You cannot cheat people like this who paid for a service.

The people who run the hotel are very nice. Make ya feel welcome.

We booked this property because of the price and it definitely lived up to its cheap price unfortunately. I read reviews but a lot of bad reviews I don’t take super seriously because a lot of people now days get upset super upset about tiny things but I definitely should have taken these seriously. First and foremost when we walked in to get checked in, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get someone to the front. During that time, there were 3 homeless people that walked behind my car going toward the back of the property. We were on the 3rd floor and walking into the property it smelled like a casino that was placed in the middle of a city dump. I was very much looking forward to a hot shower after a 6 hour car ride and when I got into the bathroom there was hair in the shower, what looked like dried blood on the side of the shower, super super moldy in the cracks and crevices, for some reason the shower was wet and the shower curtain had what looked like dry spackle on it.. when turning on the shower I was waiting for about 5-6 minutes for the water to get hot but it never did and was luke warm at best. It did get hot for about 10 seconds and then went to freezing cold. When going to bed we turned back the covers to check for bed bugs and we found the sheets to be dirty… we threw the sheets on the floor and started to fall asleep and then came the bugs… massive beetle looking things… and that was our straw to leave. The front desk was nice and understanding but we left.

Very convenient and fast at getting me into my room when I have reservations.

The key card always had an error with opening the room door when I was W away for some hours. The staff were always helpful with re doing it though. Homeless looking people were lodged there.

I extended my stay here for one night and had multiple people come into my room and the worker woke me up at 2 oclock at night just to ask me how I got into the room. I had my drivers license and money stolen while I was asleep. The management and employees were incredibly unprofessional and disorganized. This place is terrible and I would never suggest this even as a last choice.

Check in clerk was very nice but forgot what room she put me in. About 11pm I hear a knock on my door and she just comes in with a pass key and says "oh i thought the room was empty".

Easy in & out, quiet.

Very good value simple hotel. Staff are excellent. Rooms are just fine. It's next to the freeway but the room noise on the bottom level was very low. They take pets and it's very convenient for visiting Olympia.

Very noisy with strange activity out back. This is right next to the freeway so you will hear traffic all night. Moreover, there is evidence of transients living out back and there was very odd activity to. A car had its headlights on another car that a man seemed to be spray painting at 10:30 at night. When he left, police drove back there. Then the spray painter returned the next morning and just sat there for at least 3 hours. I showed the front desk staff a video of the spray painting. They didn't seem to think anything of it. Must be normal activity for this hotel.

Is a convenient location, nice surrounding, has all the amenities, staff is friendly, would definitely recommend it and will come back again.

Convenient, clean and quiet. I liked that I could walk to a DENNY'S across from the parking lot.

Had the find the property, down behind other properties. A bit run down, needs updated and whoever did the painting doesn’t know how to tape around outlets. The young lady that check us in was ver friendly and cordial. Cigarette burns on vanity and marked on the lid of the toilet. Room was dust….funiture was scared up. Really needs a update done!

The property is inconvenient to get to. The exterior was not kept up and there were cars that were full of garbage in the parking lot.

It was kinda convenient with its location.

The location, parking, gas station, convenient store, 24 hour dining restaurant, Denny's just besides it, quiet, friendly staff, especially the front desk guy KB is an amazing person, friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be back.

The staff was nice and helpful, quickly heating the cold pool for my grandchildren. There was no breakfast, only granola bars. The property is generally aging and dirty, both inside and out, but the sheets and towels were clean and fresh. Everything worked, even though the light bulbs might be different colors.

We had A great stay here, the best part was waking up to the smell of A great breakfast being made, really really good breakfast!

The bed was hard and very uncomfortable and the breakfast was not even breakfast it was coffee and a pastry !! Never again

This hotel needs to be upgraded and should not advertise that it has breakfast cuz it DOES NOT! The staff was not very helpful or knowledgeable

Denny’s is in the same parking lot. Make sweet love to your lady and get some alright diner food afterwards. Mondays ain’t so bad. Pretty good hotel for the price. Continental breakfast is alright. They got a pool. I shall return
