Nice spot- manager working on third floor was ridiculous though. I was looking for a place to go through some songs quietly on my guitar and I found a spot on third floor in the hallway which had chairs by some windows and far enough from rooms (I started to pick away - so softly I could barely hear it myself) and he opens his office door, waits 8 min and asks me to move elsewhere as he’s trying to work (again- the sound level was so low I could barely hear myself). Why not just close your door? I asked if there was somewhere else I could play and he says “outside on those benches”…. There are large rooms in the basement level he could have offered- but outside was his best solution. Not cool man. Hottub closes at 10 and they were always living people out - yet I found folks were quiet and respectful. It opens at 10am which is even more ridiculous so no one can soak before they are to leave. Suggestions - extend your hottub hours but post “reduced sound level to not disturb guests”…. Not user friendly for sure. Clean but just staff is

Everyone was helpful and everything was clean. One of the employees remembered our friend that stayed there at the hotel. The only thing I wish is they had more handicapped showers or a shower chair for the outside bathroom shower. Other then that we will definitely stay there again.
