The pool was closed indefinitely despite there being a picture of it as part of the advertisement. Very limited staff, food selection, and quality of room was to be found. Would definitely stay somewhere else if I was in this area again.

Only good for business trip or just to sleep. Bar & restaurant are closed on weekends. Staff mentioned it’s only open during the week for business travelers. Which pretty sucks to not allow all or have all amenities open daily specifically on weekends. Not family friendly hotel. Location is ducked off surrounded only by other hotels. No restaurants or shopping centers within walking distance, but a 10/15 min drive you will run into food, stores, etc. Staff were really kind and sweet. Room and property was clean and decent. That’s about the only good parts.

I was so disappointed with this property. When a hotel lists amenities, you expect those amenities. Someone must have not paid the cable bill because there was no TV. Not even local channels. The pool was there, but there wasn’t a drop of water in it. And the worst thing, our room smelled like a soccer cleat. I made the mistake of booking through a third party (Expedia) so the receptionist couldn’t do anything for me but offer me Hilton points. Also, know that Hilton hotels sell your info to marketing companies for profit. So I will no longer stay at any of the properties!

We’ve been to nicer Hilton Hotels. You can tell this one is outdated. Front desk was not available for check-in, no greetings or whatever every time we passed by. No housekeeping throughout the stay. Pool has no water in it. I really can’t say anything good for the price we paid. Breakfast wasn’t even included.

I really wish they would make it clear that the pool is not open and probably won't be for some time due to construction/repairs. I would have booked elsewhere had I known that.

The ONLY thing I didn't care for was they charged $7 to park... this is in RENTON wa! It's not like downtown Seattle where parking is scarce or it's in a garage.. if you feel you HAVE to charge that then roll it into the price of the room.. don't nickel and dime your customers. Other than that the staff was awesome and the place was clean

I hate leaving negative reviews. I had stayed at this hotel in November of 2023 and thought it was a good convient hotel. I rebooked it for August 23rd, 2025 (room 237) for one night. We checked in and went to do some activities. When we got back and I was looking over the bed and discovered what appeared to be dried blood stains on the bed sheet and bed cover as well as on of the top pillows. I went and spoke to the front desk (this was around 9) to show him the pictures, he took the matter seriously and had me email him the photos. Do to it being late there was no housekeeping so i was given the sheets to place on the bed, while I was thankful for the clean sheets, I was disappointed that i had to take the dirty sheets off and make the bed. Overall I question the cleanliness of the rooms due to this issue and dont think for what we paid for the room there should be these types of issues.

The hotel lobby was great and is in a nice area but when we got into our room, the carpet was damp and it smelled like mold. We were able to get most of the mold smell out by just keeping the windows open, but the bathroom did not had a fan and we saw visible mold near the shower. The bathroom door also wouldn't stay open on its own which made it harder to air out, so we had to keep propping items in front of the door to allow the steam out. Overall our experience was fine and the price was good but if I was staying for longer than a weekend, I wouldn't feel comfortable staying there because of the mold.

The room was disgusting and not cleaned. We asked for another room and that room was in the same state. We chose not to stay the night, since nobody was willing to accommodate us at 2 am from our late night flights. Very unprofessional, and employee stated that the cleaners don't do their job correctly. We are still fighting for a refund. Zero stars!

The staff was nice. Room was not cleaned properly. Very outdated. Bed was full of dirt and stained. Room smelled of B.O. when you walked in. Shower was not cleaned. Had dirt at the bottom of shower. There were no extra blankets so I had to ask for an extra one which came almost an hour later. Breakfast is extra and so is WiFi which is a bummer for the people price of rooms.

Wow! What a rare Hilton disappointment. Conrad and Paris would NOT want to claim this property. This is the first Hilton property we stayed that seemed "dirty". This includes mold stains under the sink and spider webs in the corner.

our room definitely wasn’t very clean when we got there. hair in the room. fuzz every where in the room. tub was really slick like there was left over soap that wasn’t cleaned off. the from desk staff definitely wasn’t very friendly at all. nobody knew how to work the ac units in the building. me and my person that i stayed with both froze the entire time we were at the hotel. the people above us where the loudest stomping around dropping everything. ice machine on my floor never worked.

When we arrived our door was open and you had to slam it shut. The bathroom door was completely broken on both sides. We had mysterious red stains on the sheets. The carpets all over hotel were filthy. I have stayed at a lot of Hilton’s and this was not one I will ever go back to.

From the beginning this Hilton in Renton, WA was bad. When I went to check in, the gentleman at the counter was rude, gave me attitude with no welcoming whatsoever. The room was cold and had trouble with the thermostat. The TV didn’t work but I could do without it. Unfortunately when I got up to take a shower there was no hot water. Ended up getting moved to another room around 6:00 AM that was smaller than my other room and the thermostat didn’t work at all. This place is broken down and needs repairs badly.

The property and room were nice. There was plenty of space. We did not have hot/warm water for 2 days but after the second visit from maintenance there was warm water the last day. Location is great, right off the freeways but not on a main road so it was quiet.

The main entry and area is very clean and bright - they've done a good job making it welcoming. The room was fine - nice size with a microwave and mini fridge. The space is really nice to have and not feel cramped. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open, which was annoying. But it was clean. The hallways though smelled funny - like cigarette smoke trying to be covered up by bleach.

Clean property, however amenities leave something to be desired. Exercise area barely fits 2 people, breakfasts costs between $10-16 depending on the food option, heating/cooler unit was as loud as a running refrigerator when on, and the light switch for the bathroom was located outside of the bathroom - with no swtich for a vent/fan.

We have stayed at several Hilton Garden Inn's over the year. This one was the first that just didnt measure up. There was torn carpet in our room and the building had aged poorly. The bed was comfortable and it is in a good location.

They didn’t have my room I booked 1 month earlier (due to short cleaning staff) … then they simply told me to call Expedia to resolve my issue and hung me up to dry outside .

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location, and had such a great check in experience that I had to leave a review! The front desk person at 5pm on may 8, was so friendly! He complimented my Disney themed hand bag and told me about how he used to work at Disney world. After he noticed I was traveling for work, He asked if I was a Hilton Honors member and when I explained I wasn’t filled me in on all the perks, including how the points transfer to delta. Since I only fly delta and only stay Hilton, this was news to me and I said sign me up! Later, my food delivery didn’t come with utensils, and he happily hunted down a fork for me. The room was clean, and the atmosphere in the lobby was friendly. Overall great experience!

After he noticed I was traveling for work, He asked if I was a Hilton Honors member and when I explained I wasn’t filled me in on all the perks, including how the points transfer to delta. Since I only fly delta and only stay Hilton, this was news to me and I said sign me up! Later, my food delivery didn’t come with utensils, and he happily hunted down a fork for me. The room was clean, and the atmosphere in the lobby was friendly. Overall great experience!

From the beginning this Hilton in Renton, WA was bad. When I went to check in, the gentleman at the counter was rude, gave me attitude with no welcoming whatsoever. The room was cold and had trouble with the thermostat. The TV didn’t work but I could do without it. Unfortunately when I got up to take a shower there was no hot water. Ended up getting moved to another room around 6:00 AM that was smaller than my other room and the thermostat didn’t work at all. This place is broken down and needs repairs badly.

We had excellent service at breakfast. The quality of food was OK for the hot bar. The "continental breakfast" had better quality with fresh fruit, yogurt, and baked goods. The lobby and main floor common spaces are updated and have a moderate level of elegance. Our room was comfortable and clean. You can see that rooms are less updated than the lobby. Everyone there is pleasant and service oriented. We enjoyed our stay :-)

Ran a day late for a two-night stay. Failing to check in, they went ahead and deleted the second night for me. Advised I “call Expedia” to entitle them to press the buttons required to reinstate the room I paid for. “Buy once, cry once,” as they say.

It was a 5 night stay, but no one ever cleaned the rooms. On the 3rd night, we asked if someone will be cleaning the next day and we just got "maybe" as an answer. We had to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper.

When I come in my first day, the receptionist, she has a really bad attitude, poor communication, very poor communication when you was asking a question she always have his face down you feel ignored it. Please try to train your employees to be friendly and to make you welcome to the place.

Only good for business trip or just to sleep. Bar & restaurant are closed on weekends. Staff mentioned it’s only open during the week for business travelers. Which pretty sucks to not allow all or have all amenities open daily specifically on weekends. Not family friendly hotel. Location is ducked off surrounded only by other hotels. No restaurants or shopping centers within walking distance, but a 10/15 min drive you will run into food, stores, etc. Staff were really kind and sweet. Room and property was clean and decent. That’s about the only good parts.

In the backroads, but quiet. Very clean property. Friendly front desk attendants!! They give u a smile when u walk by. Easy check in and parking. They stop checking in at 12am which is convenient to people who have to run errands before hand. Loved my stay, will recommend or book again!

In Renton area, free parking is a major plus. Very affordable price. Clean room, well maintained. Staff gave me a one-bed room while I booked for two-bed room. Eventually change to a two bed room but only 2 sets of towels. Housekeeping was announced as every other day. They really try to reduce service. Breakfast is very standard but is an add on $15 pp. I can get the same breakfast somewhere else included.

Beautiful hotel. Limited dining options, as the hotel restaurant was closed. The only place to get something to eat is the convenience store at the gas station or a bar across the street with limited hours. Over all a clean hotel with a good breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Unfortunately the pool was under construction but I'm sure once it's finished it'll be great! It would be nice if they included breakfast with the stay considering the price is a little bit on the higher side compared to some close by hotels but overall it was worth the money and we will definitely return here.

The hotel halls smelled of musty, stale cigarette smoke and the carpet in my room, there was a chunk out. In another room, an ADA room, the bathtub did not drain and water was up to my friend's ankles. Also, her room had a large chunk of carpet out.
