Easy parking, friendly van driver for trip to airport at 3am, clean, comfortable rooms.

Broken Spring in Bed, Room smelt like mold. Waited at airport over 45 mins for their complimentary shuttle that never came so we had to take a pay for a taxi.

Easy to find, but hard to determine where to check in. Main entrance hidden between buildings. Need better signage.

It was nice to have a full kitchen. The room itself was pretty nice. But I hated the fact that there’s $10 charge per night for parking.

Pick up from airport took 1 hour.

There are 2 hotels on site. S8gnage not good.went to wrong one. Also gps sent us all around. Not sure theres a better way.

Pool needed skimming every day, which never seemed to happen. Still, it’s a great treat being able to swim outside!

Hotel itself was great; however, we chose this specific hotel because they had a shuttle. They informed us when we arrived the shuttle was only available certain hours. We would not have booked this hotel had we known. We incurred another $60 charge for an Uber. This was very disappointing. Not near anything.

My one complaint is the shuttle took forever to pick me up. The hotel is 13 minutes from the airport and it took 50 minutes to pick me up. Which is 2 round trips. Which means they took over a half hour before the driver left to pick me up.

The suite could have used a good cleaning as it was visibly dirty. Disappointing as liked the idea of having separate bedrooms but wouldn't stay again due to lack of cleanliness

Room was clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I slept like a baby!! Staff was quick at check-in. Morning staff was helpful when I asked questions about the area.

The buildings were very run down, a lot of trash sitting outside the doors. Building 2, the access card readers didn't work well, so it took many swipe attempts to get into the building. The building also smelled musty and reeked of marijuana. Carpeting in the room you could tell hasn't been shampooed in a very long time, staining the bottom of your socks. The staff, however, were super nice. If they could do some upgrades and get the smells out/clean up the place, it would be a great place to stay.

Our service was fine, nothing above or beyond, entrance was a little hard to find. Our room however was just gross. There was long black hair in the sink, the bath tub and on the wall in the bathroom. It looked like someone had died their hair and blow dried it along the wall. Bed was horribly uncomfortable, our room had a full kitchen and the dishes/pots were not clean.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, I would give the staff 5 stars. However, the room was not very clean, the area around the toilet was filthy, the furniture in the room was filthy, there was mold in the coffee pot, so definitely did not want to use any of the kitchen supplies in the room, we stayed 3 nights and never got our room serviced at all.

We stayed in a one bedroom just for the night. Staff and check in was great. Room had a complete kitchen. The counters were dirty and under microwave had not been cleaned. We only slept for the night after a concert or we would of made a bigger deal and asked it to be cleaned. We would stay again if we needed a room in the area. Some common ares like doors could be cleaned better

Room was clean. Outside and inside lobby were dirty.

The property is so nasty - I felt dirty there and was scared to even take my clothes out of my suitcase. I found fake lashes, hair and dirt throughout the room. Don’t stay here unless you have to.

Close to soccer tournament with outdoor pool and spacious rooms. Easy parking, lots of outdoor space. Litter all over property and parking lot. Very very uncomfortable beds, especially the sofa bed. Floors in room unclean from previous guests, still old chips and an (old hot dog?) on the kitchen floor. Overall it’s an okay place to stay if you want an outdoor pool for kids and your not picky about cleanliness.

The check-in process was not great! The person who checked us in was definitely not friendly. The room definitely needs a deep cleaning. Found some mold in the shower and the cabinets need a cleaning. I really did like room and will become a memeber

Clean room friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here. the 2 bedroom suite was just wonderful

Room had no towels at check in. Walls are paper thin. The room next door had their tv loud at 1am you could hear everything word for word waking us up both nights. Would not stay here again.

Good option close to Seattle with suites and a pool. Came in handy when we needed a rental with a/c. Staff is very friendly and pool is in good shape. Beds were softer than we like and one room was missing one of the nightstands. Shower pressure was ok.

Property was quiet and clean. Room was spacious.

The sofa was broken. The hotel is old dark and the elevator is scary. No food, not even any newspapers or any amenities. Really not worth rhe money spent

The bed was comfortable. However, this animal friendly place had a small dog above or below us barking off & on all night. Most people have some semblance of control of dogs they bring to public spaces. The truly big deal breaker is not having a working coffee pot. Not much to ask when we have an early flight.

Condition of the actual room was very good. Functional kitchen and comfortable decor. Bathroom was a bit dated but functional. Front desk staff was a bit disappointing. We stood at the desk for five minutes before being acknowledged, and it was because the attendant was in the back room complaining loudly to another employee about every aspect of the job. Then he gave us room keys but didnt tell us where to go, so we wandered around the first building for five minutes before a maid told us our room was in the other building.

It’s a fine place to stay except the families at the pool were noisy. Also the people in the room next to us partied till 5 am. Bad luck I guess

Everything was a little rundown.

It was so nice to discover Renton. The downtown is a gem. The room was well equipped. Overall it was a perfectly The downside was the pull out couch was comically uncomfortable and ultimately unusable,

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

At initial check-in, front desk agent had me re swipe my credit card because she said the card reader did not read the card correctly. As it turned out, the card reader did read the card and it initially appeared on my bankcard statement as being double billed. Had to have my bank rectify. Property was not really near any other locations for meals or food purchases. If there was a morning breakfast service, I was too late to take advantage of that at 10:30am. prior to check-out.

The hotel information needs to clearly state that the airport shuttle only comes upon receipt of a phone call. Then the hotel needs to answer the phone. Fortunately the sister property answered their phone and we were picked up after 90 minutes.

We went to check in at 4:00pm. Room wasn't ready. We said, not a problem, we will go get dinner and come back. Return at 6:00pm, room still not ready. All the gal at the front desk kept saying was not ready. No apology, nothing. So frustrating. Would not give me a refund to get a room somewhere else since it was purchased through Expedia. We finally got into the room at 8:00pm and had to be at the airport at 3:00am!

The staff is the highlight in this hotel. They remember the guests and are very helpful.

The rooms were really nice, however my experience with the staff overshadowed my ability to appreciate the property. I booked the property thru Orbitz. In the interim I received an email offering me an upgrade for around $28. I chose to upgrade my room and charged the upgrade to my credit card. When I arrived, the young lady at the desk proceeded to check me in. I showed her my reservation and verified with her THREE times the amount she was to take out from the card. She agreed, but when I got to the room, my bank had texted me that they had taken more than double the amount. I called back to the front desk to inform them of their error and the young lady said she would talk to her manager and get back to me, she never did. So in the morning, I go to the front desk to get it straightened out and the young man there was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. He yelled at me and wouldn’t even LOOK at my evidence or listen to me. I video taped him so that I would have evidence. I am SHOCKED that they would have someone with such disdain even work with the public. When he found out I was videotaping him his WHOLE demeanor changed and he tried to backtrack. The customer service told me that the hotel fraudulently charged an additional $58 per night without my consent. My job requires me to travel to a a different city every weekend and I have stayed in different properties all over the WORLD! I have never been treated with so much disrespect and contempt

While this was a cheap airport hotel option, it was quite far from the airport (~15 min drive) and is pretty run down. Rooms were clean but basic, common areas felt a bit dingy. Airport shuttle took nearly 40 minutes to arrive after arranging for pickup, which was frustrating. Staff was hard to get ahold of over the phone and one employee was quite unkind (another employee, Diane, was nice). Wouldn't stay here again, but at least it was a cheap last minute option.

Very nice and friendly staff

The customer service was exceptional. No one was rude, and I didn't have to deal with any upset representatives. Everyone was kind and courteous, going out of their way to make me feel welcome and show that they cared about me. I truly appreciate their efforts to go the extra mile and make me feel special.

Price I was charged was not quoted price. These people add numerous charges that were never mentioned on booking. They also included a $100 damage deposit that has not been refunded 8 days later. I had booked room for both ends of a cruise (the shuttle service to and from the airport was very good). On checking out after my 1st stay I requested an exact total price for my 2nd stay. The price I was charged was $40 higher!

Not what I expected. Only plus is the location near airport and shuttle service The nearest eating places is a 15 min 25 min drive.

It was a great value for the money. We had a kitchenette, so we could prepare some our own food. It's conveniently clise to the airport and Southcenter Mall.

Pros: 1. Located close to the airport (10-15 minutes away by car). 2. Quiet; isolated from less safe parts of Renton. 3. Plenty of parking. 4. Room/unit was very spacious. 5. Really liked having a full kitchen. 6. Quality furnitures. 7. Comfortable bed and pillows. 8. Complimentary popcorn (not sure if we were just hungry, but we thought it was delicious) Cons: 1. Overall condition of the building seemed a bit old (can see slight wear and chips on the walls and doors). 2. Located a bit far from the touristy areas (Pike Place, Space Needle, Downtown, etc.). The tradeoff is, of course, being close to the airport, which I preferred more. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing value for the price.

I was there for business so I just needed clean and safe place. This hotel was exactly what I needed. Room was clean with kitchenette. It was comfortable and close to the airport. No restaurants or shops near by but I had a rental car. It was close to the airport. I’d go back there again.

This motel is a little outdated and the beds were not as comfortable as I like, but honestly the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and it was an easy location to Uber from. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy. It would have been nice for information on restaurant access for those who shuttled in. We didn't feel like going out to eat and there wasn't many options for eating. We didn't want to join an app to order. Nice quiet area.

Nice to have a studio apt. The staff were accommodating, pretty much on your own. Assumed breakfast was included but told it was extra. However, they made exception and allowed us to enjoy the simple breakfast buffet.

I would have liked if breakfast was provided by the hotel. There aren’t any restaurants in the immediate area that are walkable. That is the only suggestion, otherwise hotel was great for a day and a half wait before getting on a cruise.

The room was very nice and clean. I had everything I needed as they had a kitchen so I bought what I needed for breakfast. I did not use the breakfast at the hotel for $10 so I cannot comment on that. They had two restaurants nearby and a Walmart if needed. The only disappointment was no hot tub. But free shuttle to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!
