Staff are courteous

It was good for me.

The front desk staff were very kind and informative with information about shuttles, nearby restaurants, etc. Pro: there is a free shuttle from the airport and back. Unfortunately, although somewhat clean, it was outdated, and our room had a huge gap around the door frame so big you could actually see the hallway outside. I did not mention it to staff since it was a 1 night stay for a cruise, but I felt extremely uncomfortable. The "continental breakfast" was the worst I've seen. Cereal, oatmeal packages to prepare, oranges, small mini muffins, and coffee. We walked to the nearby Denny's. We will not be staying here again, although the staff were very kind.

In a different subject. 1. hotels.com has no email address to contact their office. 2. A reply from car insurance that was booked via hotels.com "Thank you for your email. If you decide to cancel this plan during your free look period and you have not left for your covered trip or filed a claim, simply visit the site you booked the reservation with. The charge for the reservation and insurance was made through Hotels.com, therefore, we are unable to initiate a refund and the request for a refund will need to be completed by Hotels.com." 3.
