Had issue with room thermostat that was quickly resolved by maintenance staff. Excellent restaurant and service. Airport shuttle runs every 15 mins. Easy to get to and from the airport. Comfortable room. .

We have stayed here with satisfaction many times either before or after a flight, but this time we were put off. Despite booking a higher priced concierge room the only chair provided was an office chair even though there was ample room for even a couch. The arrow buttons on the elevator were turned catty wonkers. It felt like this part of the hotel was fading.

All in all it was great. My only complaints, parking for $30 a night in an unsupervised lot? Really? Also I did try to grab a meal at some odd hours but the wasn't open at those times.
