Loved having fresh bananas. Beds were comfortable. Parking was free. Only complaint was the TV. Had to get staff to fix it for us to watch.

the area is quiet, the room is comfortable and clean, not posh. the breakfast area could use some more room and should be cleaner; the service could include better elements such as diet sugar, some muffin, cream for coffee

It is great that the parking lot has bright light at night. It is an excellet safety concern.

The outside of the hotel and the main lobby is clean. There is coin operated laundry on every floor which is nice but the ice machine / vending machines are located on the first floor only. I booked a single queen room at a very budget friendly price but the deposit was almost 4 times the price of the room. In my opinion the deposit was high compared to the quality and cleanliness of my room. The tv in my room would not turn on. I notified the front desk and was given a new remote which did not fix the issue. There was no onsite maintenance to look at the tv and when I requested a different room with a working tv they would not accommodate the request. My room had a musty dirty feet smell and the towels didn’t look fresh or clean. I wouldn’t recommend this motel for family’s or anyone with kids due to some questionable guests coming in and out. Overall, I found it nicer than similarly priced motels I’ve stayed at. However, I did end up leaving and finding other accommodations due to the room feeling dirty and the smell.

Absolutely filthy, unsafe feeling and overpriced. The headboard had gross stains, there was dust and debris on the floor, black mold on the windows, dirty towels and sheets. Staff seemed unsurprised when I said we were leaving but then sent an email that cleanliness was their priority. Ha!

The room smelled until we turned on the heater to mask the smell. The wood floors were filthy, feet turned black. Went ot to our car and a guy was smoking crack!!

The room looked clean when first got there but after closer inspection it was filthy. The refrigerator was disgusting, sheets were stained, electrical outlets missing covers light switch wouldn't stay in up position., visable water damage, paint peeling off the walls, food splatter all over the walls and ceiling, practically had to stand on toilet to close the door. The smell coming from the room next door made us wonder if someone had thrown 1000 dirty diapers in the room and left them for a month. No microwave in the room. The coffee maker leaks everywhere. Had to fix the toilet seat ourself. The handicap parking didn't have proper spacing. No fire or check out information on the door. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

The room we stayed in the tub was dirty, floor was sticky and had stuff stuck to it and the bed comforter had blood stains on it had to take it off. There was trash bag in hallway from other rooms in hallway. I have stayed at better motels better than this place.

The TV wasn't working. I have to wait until the next day to repair the TV. When I reported the situation the clerck went to the room and tried to repair he TV. But I didn't like that she said that the TV was working when the prior guest was in the room. I felt like she tried to blame me. Also the room floor wasn't very clean.

very outdated, sticky floor by bed, floor not swept, grit from shoes thru out..ac fan continuously thru night, light from parking lot around curtain. lot was being tarred, so parked in the upper lot during the rain! free breakfast was over by 9..we left at 10 for funeral. will not recommend or stay again. Did not read about a $100 deposit when I reserved online.

Clean and quiet

This is a nice place to stay, but the property maintenance leaves something to be desired. One of the bedside lamps did not have any power. I discovered that the outlet behind the head of the bed wasn't even fastened to the wall.

Decent place, convenient location, OK breakfast. Small bathroom. Heater/AC unit did not have a fan setting, so had to blow cold air for a few minutes to cool down the room, but not able to set it to fan to make it comfortable.

Room is spacious and clean. Internet is not the most reliable. Breakfast is on par.

Convenient location. Room was clean and tidy, TV didn't work properly, shower had very low pressure and water doesn't get hot enough. For a 2-star hotel it wasn't bad. It was pretty noisy and the staff weren't super friendly but overall it was ok.

The property was well-maintained and clean, parking was easy, and the front desk staff member was professional and efficient. The only downside was that I couldn't get the wi-fi to work.

Room had a broken window that could not close. Had to move to another room that was okay.

The staff here is awesome! Very personal care and attention.

To check in he was rude yelling it’s not his problem. Check in took 1 1/2 hours. The place is filthy. And the deposit they don’t hold but charge is almost twice the amount I paid for the hotel in the first place. It was $150!

Check in and check out was great. The team who runs the hotel works very hard to keep it nice

Very rude employee who refused to check their system for a reservation from hotels.com. He was then rude to the customer service rep from hotels.com also and asked her what good was she going to do. We requested cancellation and went to another establishment.

All staff members were very helpful and supportive! Excellent customer service! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you all.

I had a check in time @4pm i had just came off a cruise. They wouldnt allow early check in and they didnt want to store my luggage as well as sit in the lounge

We checked in on a Thursday evening. The 1st room on the 1st floor had not been cleaned very well (dirty bedspread, frig and tub) the man at the front desk had to wait for a better english speaking lady to arrive who must of been the manager. She was nice and put us in a much cleaner room on the 3d floor. We stayed for 2 nights and heard loud fireworks and possible gun fire near by. My lady friend likes things clean and by the time we checked out she discovered several dirty areas in the room. The front desk said that the cleaning staff was new and apologized. It might be a good idea for them to check the new staffs work. During our stay the couple of guys at the front desk were continually on the phone in non English speaking conversations and we had to wait for them to stop before helping with our concerns. I do not usually complain but would not recommend this hotel unless you can’t find anything else.

Well-managed, staff caring and friendly

No clerk to check in for 15 min. No tv for a day and a half after asking repeatedly. 200$ deposit that I’ve still not gotten back after being PROMISED I’d have it immediately upon check out. Room smelled like chemicals, dead roach. Never go back here and I’m really easy to please I don’t expect much but a tv yes, and working wifi this place did not have. The kfc wifi was stronger than the property.

Location was far from City Center, traffic was bad, close to Costco and other shopping stores

Everything was pretty dingy and the bathroom was grimy. The noise from the busy street was rough at night.

There appears to be some unseedy activities going on in this hotel. It seems like hookets are working out of the hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OR SOLO TRAVELER!!!! This property should be removed from this travel website as it is completely unsafe and does not follow its own policies. Upon checking in, I was asked to sign a “no smoking” waiver, yet when entering the hotel it reeked of both cigarettes and marijuana. This is not in the Seattle Aurora neighborhood but actually in Shoreline. There were loose empty- and full bottles of alcohol scattered around all areas of the parking lot. Upon walking to my room, extremely loud music was blaring out of an adjacent room. The room had no hand soap or bath items. I immediately didn’t feel safe upon entering the facility and asked the front desk staff if the hotel was safe. They said that it was a safe area- yet when asking an uber driver about the area they encouraged me to cancel my reservation as soon as possible and rebook somewhere elsewhere. They told me that this hotel is well known for drug use and trafficking, as well as for sex trafficking and prostitution. The uber driver encouraged me to either cancel, and explained that if they wouldn’t let me cancel, to not leave the hotel by myself at night. Upon explaining this to the front desk staff, I requested a cancellation and refund of my stay. They said that since I had already checked in I was unable to get a refund which is completely unacceptable for someone who did not even stay more than two hours at the location due. Expedia was also not able to help get me a refund.

Overall the hotel itself is fairly nice, upon arrival we had to ask to switch rooms because the first room we were in was very dingy, the second room was much better. The staff were helpful and friendly, the only reason I can’t give this location a better rating is because the area is very unsafe. It seems like there’s a lot of illegal activity happening in the area, specifically in the parking lot of the hotel? Both days we were staying here there were cops dealing with misconduct in the parking lot. Once in the hotel I felt safe, but I would not be staying here again unfortunately because of this.

A full garbage can was in the hallway the night we arrived and was still sitting there when we left the next morning. Breakfast was disappointing 😞

Reception staff were very nice. Easy check in process. It is a very basic motel with limited options at breakfast (banana is the only fruit, and 2 sugary cereal or granola options). There was a waffle iron but no waffle batter the 2 mornings I was there. Overwhelming smell of disinfectant permeating my room. But, the price was right for the offering.

Hotel is clean and is in a convenient location. Lots of shops around and places to eat. Outdated hotel and has a small sitting area for the continental breakfast. We thought it was a full breakfast and was disappointed in the options. Liked the price for one night stay though.

I dont mean to complain but the breakfast was terrible. They had coffee with no creamers. And just had bread peanut butter and jelly I believe. And they started picking up everything 15 min before time was up
