Excellent location, access to everything we wanted to do. All staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend. One thing we didn’t know was there was no bar or restaurant in the hotel but there were great restaurants on 3 exits adjacent to the hotel. In Particular “campagne”, a French restaurant steps from the entrance to hotel. Food and bar were great. Was terrific!!

The hotel lobby and all but 1 floor of rooms were under construction. Elevators were too slow to use because of construction activity.. I feel like Hotels.com should have disclosed this.

Overall great experience! Loved the proximity to the Pike Place Market (yes, obviously in the name); made it both easy and hard to find a great place to eat due to the sheer number of great eateries nearby. Hotel itself executed beautifully from start to finish. Super helpful valet/bellhop, helpful front desk workers whenever needed. Beautiful waterfront deck to enjoy an evening drink on. I’d say reasons I might avoid it in the future include overall lack of amenities (you can argue you’re next door to the Market but that doesn’t stop you from having a fitness center, on-site bar, etc), noisy location (more from the almost predictable honking cars and less the market), and price being on the high end. Definitely wait as long as you can afford to book here; it’ll probably save you a few $’s. Also plan on ~$60/day for valet parking.

Great location, friendly staff, but.... The lobby was closed and under construction, reception was on the 3rd floor and initially hard to find. A little inconvenient but not a big deal. However, the ongoing daily construction noise was VERY annoying. It would have been good business practice to notify incoming guests when they booked their reservation that this construction was going on. Giving us a choice to decide to stay at the Inn or book a reservation elsewhere. Providing a room discount at the time of booking for dealing with this noise and lobby inconvenience would have been appropriate and appreciated. Paying full room rates to hear banging and walls shaking throughout the day was not cool.

Lovely luxury property. Definitely a treat! We had a corner room overlooking Pike’s Market & the bay beyond. Check in was confusing as the front desk agent kept telling us our room wasn’t ready, yet the bellhops continued to say it was. After asking her to check again it was in fact ready. We were never told where the ice was located, and had to ask. Not sure if the agent was having a bad day or what the issue was, but she wasn’t as welcoming as one would expect for a nearly $700/night room. We had 4 rooms in our group & I am the TA. I felt a little bad. Nothing was said to any of the 4 guests that checked in about ice, we had to ask at a later time. One of the two elevators was not functioning during our stay. The bellhops were excellent & went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

Property location is great access for Pike's Place Market, waterfront, shopping and entertainment. Courtyard is relaxing and a welcome quiet space from the surrounding Pike's Place market hustle, traffic and shopping. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooftop seating with views and firepits are a real treat after a long day. Bacco Cafe in the same building has wonderful food. Valet service is great, but a little pricey.

Cleaning delayed so couldn’t check in until 5 pm. Desk clerk not communicating well to the reason why. Manager finally after about an hour stepped in apologized and offered free breakfast, which I was charged for. No microwave in room, bed was okay, but after waiting for room, floor was dusty, and counters in room not clean.

This is a small boutique hotel with average rooms that needed remodeling. The rooms were not very cleaned - poor vacuumed, peeling and glue wallpaper in the room, one room smelled like smoke. No in room dinner option but they have in room breakfast option which was ok. Good customer service. Location is great for tourists attraction but kinda dirty with tons of crazy homeless people. They have a police presence on the streets and constantly taking some crazy violent peoples. For a woman with a young child I was scared to go outside in the evening on the streets.

Great hotel location and nice rooms right across from a fantastic sushi restaurant. I got there early but they got me a room right away. The only issue was that my room shared a wall with the elevator and all night long it kept me up. Had I been in a different room it would be getting 5 stars.

Their heater would not stay off. Kept coming back on on its own. Woke drenched in sweat. I was pretty angry, ready to leave a zero rating. Explained to the front desk. They offered $50 off because they knew it had issues and plans to replace it. That didn't make it better.

Great location for a quick overnight stay. Friendly and helpful staff, super clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom amenities, great snack and drink selection in the rooms. My only quibble is the obstructed view (brick wall) when I had reserved a city view room. That was a disappointment considering the locale — I was looking forward to a nice view of the beautiful surroundings.

We had an amazing stay at the Inn. One f the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The hotel was very clean, the staff were wonderful and our room was very large, bed was super comfortable and the view was amazing! We were in room 606 with a perfect view of the Harbor and Market! Strongly recommend!

Be my lay stay A team member offered to move me to to another room during the day While I was at meetings My second night seems was booked in another room and they had no availability I I asked them to move me and she looked at me like I had three heads She was rude

Staff were amazing right from the beginning. Very friendly and always had great recommendations for local spots, even late night dinner ideas and food was great. Locations was the best, everything was walking distance and very safe. Hotel was great, clean and room was amazing. Very comfortable bedding, clean, views were amazing, can’t complain about anything!

The Room and Front Desk are both excellent. Frederick at the front desk went above and beyond. Our checkout went smoothly. He called for a taxi, printed our flight boarding pass, and gave us some helpful information about the flight status upon our arrival at the airport. Job well done. Thank you, Frederick.

Cleaning delayed so couldn’t check in until 5 pm. Desk clerk not communicating well to the reason why. Manager finally after about an hour stepped in apologized and offered free breakfast, which I was charged for. No microwave in room, bed was okay, but after waiting for room, floor was dusty, and counters in room not clean.

Super clean, wonderful service, great people working the front desk and valet parking attendants were amazing! Views from our room were awesome! It was so nice to be able to leave our car there, and our luggage in storage until we checked into our room! (And the next day giving us more time in the city without the stress of leaving our personal items unsecured in our vehicle) That was really super convenient, and we really appreciated the service! Would 100% recommend this hotel!❤️

Lovely luxury property. Definitely a treat! We had a corner room overlooking Pike’s Market & the bay beyond. Check in was confusing as the front desk agent kept telling us our room wasn’t ready, yet the bellhops continued to say it was. After asking her to check again it was in fact ready. We were never told where the ice was located, and had to ask. Not sure if the agent was having a bad day or what the issue was, but she wasn’t as welcoming as one would expect for a nearly $700/night room. We had 4 rooms in our group & I am the TA. I felt a little bad. Nothing was said to any of the 4 guests that checked in about ice, we had to ask at a later time. One of the two elevators was not functioning during our stay. The bellhops were excellent & went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

Not the cheapest property to stay at but wow what a perfect location. The worst part of Seattle is driving in Seattle and parking in Seattle. The Inn at the Market is the best location out of all options. My only complaint is the valet location is on the street that says road closed. Very confusing but once we figured it out all was good.

Perfectly located next to the Market and Post Alley. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and night life. Check out the rooftop on the 6th floor. Grab a bottle of wine and enjoy the scenery!

Great hotel stay at Inn at the Market. My wife and I stayed 2 nights while finishing up a trip to Olympic Park - Seattle was our final stopping point and this hotel set up perfect for exploring Seattle and specifically Pike Market, Pioneer Square and some of the best restaurants in the country are steps away(including Pink Door , literally a two minute walk from this hotel. ) Hotel staff where all very nice, the facility was perfectly clean, the property is a really nice size.. not so big that it takes forever to get out of the building. We stayed on floor number 3 which was a great location with view of the courtyard and then walk out access to one of the main streets. Dont miss the patio with great views of Elliot Bay.

Property was in good condition, in a good location and staff was nice and helpful. However for the price they are charging, the surrounding area has become awful. Drug deals in broad daylight, homeless camps along 3rd St for the entire length of street. Garbage throughout city. Felt very seedy and unsafe after walking past Pikes Market. Will not be visiting Seattle again unless things change.

Loved the location of the property and view from our room. Right in the heart of Pike Place Market so very walkable. Very quiet considering the location. The beds were quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

It is in downtown area, so you'll see a few sketchy people at night. However, it wasn't bad at all. There were cops walking around so that made us feel better. The hotel lock their doors at 10pm and can only be accessed with room key. The hotel itself is clean. Staff were nice and professional. Location is great and very walkable to just about anywhere especially the pier, aquarium, and pike place market is basically right outside the hotel. Will definitely go back.

Excellent location, access to everything we wanted to do. All staff were very friendly, helpful, polite and attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend. One thing we didn’t know was there was no bar or restaurant in the hotel but there were great restaurants on 3 exits adjacent to the hotel. In Particular “campagne”, a French restaurant steps from the entrance to hotel. Food and bar were great. Was terrific!!

Location is great. The room had a fabulous view. After paying $600 for one night, the fact that breakfast was not included, the bottle of water in the room came with an $4 fee, and you had to pay for an in room movie, seemed tacky. I wouldn’t expect to be nickel and dimed.

Property location is great access for Pike's Place Market, waterfront, shopping and entertainment. Courtyard is relaxing and a welcome quiet space from the surrounding Pike's Place market hustle, traffic and shopping. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooftop seating with views and firepits are a real treat after a long day. Bacco Cafe in the same building has wonderful food. Valet service is great, but a little pricey.

We stayed 10/22 - 10/26/24. Couldn't have picked a better location. So much to do & see in Pike Place Market & beyond. We wore ourselves out every day exploring the area. The views were gorgeous, the bed was sooo comfortable & the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We had breakfast at their Baca Cafe every day - delicious. Thanks

We loved the Inn at Market. From the amazing view of the Public Market sign and Ferris wheel, to the friendly front desk staff and security man at the front door. Robes and slippers in the room, and umbrellas at the front door, if needed. There is no restaurant in the hotel but a nice breakfast restaurant right outside the hotel. The location is great for walking to the seafood market, original Starbucks, and many nice bakeries and food vendors. We did a tour with pick up at our hotel. A little pricey mini bar in room, so buy your own wine . Overall would highly recommend the Inn at Market!

I went to Seattle not only for the city but to visit Mt. St. Helens, Olympic Park and Mt. Rainier. If this is what you intend to do do not stay at this this hotel. There are no breakfast options before 7 AM either at the hotel or anywhere in the surrounding area! The companies that offer these type of excursions will pick you up early, usually around 7 am. All of my fellow travelers were able to have breakfast in their hotel except for me. Do your research!

I can't say enough about this classy and professionally staffed hotel. It's the exact opposite of a loud, brash party hotel. There's no pool, there's no water park or bar. What there is, is tastefully appointed rooms, a quiet nights sleep in a comfortable bed, excellent room service breakfast, and a rooftop deck that overlooks Pike Place Market and Puget Sound. There is valet parking, which is excellent because the vast majority of our visit didn't require a car. We could walk or public transit everywhere but the zoo and our whale watch in Edmonds. This was the best vacation, our first in a long, long while, and having The Inn at the Market as our home base was a vital part of the whole thing.

Excellent property in great shape and fantastic location, We selected the water view room that had a fantastic view (worth the higher cost). Overall friendly staff. Housekeeping was a totally different experience. We left room with service room sign out at 9, Didn’t return until 3 at which time we fully expected the room to be serviced. It wasn’t. Called down to get it prioritized and got a laugh (made me angry at flippant response) from front desk that they were always backed up. We left for an additional hour. Went back at 4, STILL not serviced. Had to call again to get them to finally show up. We were inconvenienced for several hours from full use of our room. Not the type of experience we expect for the amount paid. Other suggestion. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic space but not having a bar on that floor (or property as far as I could tell) was a disappointment and a bit hidden on the sites web site and marketing. Yes, they had mini bar in the room but not the same atmosphere as one would typically expect from this level hotel.

Obviously fantastic location as close as you can get to pike place. Rooms were clean and modern. Showers were spacious and comfortable. The rooftop balcony should not be missed for gorgeous sunsets and views of the pike place market. They will watch bags for your if you get in early before check in or if you check out and still want to explore town which is extremely convenient. The hotels entrance is on a short steep side street that leads down to the market. You can park short term there to unload bags or use the valet. This side road usually has a barrier to signal there is no thru traffic allowed but you can drive around it to access the hotel. Beware of oblivious tourists everywhere on this street Please note there is no parking on site so be prepared to find somewhere else to park nearby and walk over. They do offer valet services if that's more your style and the overnight rate was something like $60 a night at the time of our visit.
