Typical breakfast, pool was very cold, room was nice but leaky bath faucet no garbage bags in bins ect. Kids liked the tv lots of channels and child friendly. We prefer hotels with large breakfast due to all the kids.

Room was clean and updated. I loved that I could stream Showtime as well as Pluto and watch a few other cable channels on the tv. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options and was all delicious. The staff is a whole other thing. They were absolutely amazing! Every encounter with the staff was polite, professional, and welcomed with a smile. They went above and beyond and that's what made our stay the best. I will return to Fairfield each time I visit my son in Spokane Valley. I also enjoyed the gym and indoor pool and hot tub. Access with your room card key only made for a more private use. Great job Fairfield! This is what a hotel stay should be. Please keep it this way.

The fronk desk lady was super nice and inviting. The parking was decent. Could have been bigger but we made due. The room was nice however when we opened our curtains, all we could see was other people sitting in their rooms. The pool and hot tub was nice however, while we sat in the hot tub, the surrounding rooms could sit on their patio and watch you. Which was in our case. The whole time we sat there relaxing in the hot tub, a guy sat outside his room and watched us the entire time. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast weve ever had tho.

The hotel is just exit from the Highway 90. Breakfast is good. Pool & SPA open until 11am is also good. There are a couple side door near the elevator. It is very easy to load/upload your luggage from the vehicle to the room no matter which room you stay. Over all, it is good experience to travel with family & kids. Thank you

Room obviously built for 1 king bed. They had stuffed 2 queen beds in and one side of bed couldn't be accessed. Room smell was awful and dirty shoe prints in bathtub. Staff was great.

The facilities were very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions on how to get to our room and the parking situation. Our room was clean and spacious. The room is a bit dated and the front door was heavy however overall it was quiet and beds were comfy. Breakfast had a variety of options like cereal and hot food but I felt it was lacking a bit compared to other hotels. We'd stay here again.

It was nice and quiet. Cleanliness wasn't the greatest. Things like lamps, mirrors, shelf by microwave not very clean at all. Had me thinking what else wasn't cleaned. The breakfast in the morning was good. Service was awesome.

The beds were comfortable and our room was quiet. The shower leaked but was actually warm and had a good spray. There were quite a few breakfast options but the eggs and egg bites were pretty bland and obviously rehydrated or something.

Despite a literal BUSLOAD of teenagers at the breakfast Saturday morning, the area was kept stocked and cleaned allowing quick turnaround. Food was good. Hot food was hot. Cold utems cold. Napkins, utensils and platea stocked. The room was spacious. And although we were in the freeway side with windows closed you could not hear anything. 5☆ Spendy for what i remember in Spokane but well worth it. Thanks

This was a very clean property and the customer service was great. When we checked in the front desk called to see if we needed anything and how the room was and that was so kind. The breakfast was choices was also very lovely and we enjoyed the variety of food choices. One of the older gentleman from the kitchen came out and greeted us and gave my granddaughter a fun ring that lights up. She loved it and that was so kind.

We thought it would be a great stay. Was here for medical reasons. We had notified the staff that the slider door didnt work. Nothing was done, we told then that we would like change rooms or have them move or soeak to who was above us as they were stopming yelling screaming throwing stuff off balconey. Staff said that they would talk to them. I explained how important it was for my mom to rest before chemo at 5am. Aga8n nothing. We asked for a late check out denyed . The hotel corporate blambed expedia wouod have to handle the sitiatio. Since booked 3rd party. So had drive my mom an go rest at rest stop very upset. Staff said manager not on till a few days

Stay so far has been wonderful! Front desk has been very friendly & accommodating. My wife is disabled, and we’ve had some accommodation requests. They have been able to meet every one.

Experience was not acceptable. Came back from a long day at a tournament and our suite smelled like pot. Called the front desk and he didn’t come, had to go get him and he was watching a show on his phone. He was shocked by the smell as well and we decided it was somehow coming in through the bathroom vent. His only solution was to turn on the fan. I asked for a different room and he said there wasn’t one available, but when I got on Expedia it showed our same room available for that evening. My daughters felt sick from the smell …it was so bad you could taste it. We had to crank the AC to try to blow the smell, and keep the bathroom fan on. There was no restitution. It’s like he couldn’t be bothered to see if there was another room or offer something for the huge wrong. I didn’t pay $250 to have a room that smelled like pot for the night.

The hotel is just exit from the Highway 90. Breakfast is good. Pool & SPA open until 11am is also good. There are a couple side door near the elevator. It is very easy to load/upload your luggage from the vehicle to the room no matter which room you stay. Over all, it is good experience to travel with family & kids. Thank you

The beds were comfortable and our room was quiet. The shower leaked but was actually warm and had a good spray. There were quite a few breakfast options but the eggs and egg bites were pretty bland and obviously rehydrated or something.

Despite a literal BUSLOAD of teenagers at the breakfast Saturday morning, the area was kept stocked and cleaned allowing quick turnaround. Food was good. Hot food was hot. Cold utems cold. Napkins, utensils and platea stocked. The room was spacious. And although we were in the freeway side with windows closed you could not hear anything. 5☆ Spendy for what i remember in Spokane but well worth it. Thanks

The fronk desk lady was super nice and inviting. The parking was decent. Could have been bigger but we made due. The room was nice however when we opened our curtains, all we could see was other people sitting in their rooms. The pool and hot tub was nice however, while we sat in the hot tub, the surrounding rooms could sit on their patio and watch you. Which was in our case. The whole time we sat there relaxing in the hot tub, a guy sat outside his room and watched us the entire time. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast weve ever had tho.

The room is a bit dated and the front door was heavy however overall it was quiet and beds were comfy. Breakfast had a variety of options like cereal and hot food but I felt it was lacking a bit compared to other hotels. We'd stay here again.

This was the best hotel that we stayed at on our 3 week road trip. The hotel itself is well maintained and attractive with great amenities. The reception woman was very efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and well laid out. The breakfast was excellent. Leroy's special was the best breakfast we had in three weeks and Leroy and his wife are treasures. The only negative was that our room had a slight mildewy/musty smell but it was not very noticeable after being in the room for awhile.

Great place to set up home care for viewing what Spokane valley has to offer!! From riverfront part to the Japanese garden, and up to silverwood! Great. Location!!
