At this hotel there is NO guarantied parking. It is first come, first serve. Everything else is very nice!! But for the fact that you possibly can't park your vehicle on the property, I will not stay there again.

Great location when visiting Spokane. Close to shopping, great restaurants & Riverfront Park. The hotel is well maintained & very clean. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Secure parking is available. The cookies in the evening are a real treat. We stay here on all our trips to Spokane.

Excellent customer service providing information where to eat and a map of the city, room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff were efficient and timely. We loved there was a laundry room available and was also spotless! Highly recommend staying here.

Our room was a suite. It was surprisingly big and a lot of running space for 2 little ones. It came with free breakfast. Lots of food options. They had free outdoor parking or paid garage parking.

Easy walk to First Interstate Center for the Arts and surrounding restaurants. Breakfast was hot and delicious. There was a gentleman checking and restocking regularly. Parking outside of hotel is free and the underground parking garage is $15 per night. Room was clean, smelled good, bathroom was spotless. Organic toiletries are provided. Water ran hot immediately on the top floor.

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time to Spokane and we did a lot of activities in a few days. The hotel is next to the convention center and downtown so it had the expected downtown unhoused population and traffic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk from the hotel to the Riverfront park and to some places close by which was nice. We paid for the garage parking mostly since free parking wasn’t guaranteed which was an unplanned expense. Overall the hotel stay was a little too expensive for where it was. We usually like to stay downtown on a first visit to a place to get a feel for a city. But next time will stay somewhere farther out from the city center.

The staff was amazing. Theyre all super helpful and kind! Loved waking up to the smell of yummy breakfast food. Loved the freshly baked cookies! I wasnt a fan of the smoke smell in the building.

It is obviously an old hotel that has been decently upgraded. The shower insert seem quite old and was creaky. The beds need to be upgraded, I had a spring in my leg. The shower gel was completely out- so cleaning staff didn't even check it. Breakfast was subpar to other Best Westerns we've stayed in. Definitely one of the lesser properties.

During our three-day stay, it was only cleaned once, and the bathroom amenities like shampoo and shower gel were left empty and never replenished. Clean hotel. Centrally located close to convention center and INB theater and shopping. Good service. Located on a very busy street so there was a lot of street noise. The bed was rock hard so between street noise and hard mattress I didn’t sleep well. Others may like the hard mattress. I

We found Best Western‘s location so good for walking around downtown Spokane, dining locations and perfect if going to a concert. The staff are great and parking was easy. The walls between rooms however are thin and you can easily hear your neighbours. Bring earplugs.

I had a really nice stay here for four days during a conference. The street outside the hotel is quite noisy with traffic, and the area surrounding the hotel has seen better days. Still, this is a nice location right across from the convention center with easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. close by. The room was nice and clean, and having a balcony was a nice touch.

Only real issue was the people in the room above us. They were so noisy, and up past 2 am. Then at 7:30 in the morning you could hear them throwing up in the washroom. So the ceiling isn’t that insulated.

The property was ok for the price. The rooms were clean and it looked like it was renovated recently. The surrounding area was sketchy and paid extra to park my car in the garage. It was noisy at night and with thin walls you could hear what was going on in hallway and outside.

I could not find the "plus" in this Best Western Plus. It was so-so lodging in a location good for access to riverside walks in Spokane. Clean room, comfortable bed, dated atmostphere bordering on dreary. The counter space around the bathroom sink was too small for me to spread out my stuff, particularly with that being the place for the coffee maker. The employee working in the breakfast area was pleasant and helpful.

Arrived a bit early and was barked at “your early”! But the room was ready - asked for ID so showed my licence ( as I have done on the previous 6 hotels) to be barked at “ no I want it” so handed it over. Then told parking was limited to first come - queried this and told it states it on the website (checked Hotels website & nothing about limited parking) was told we could use the underground parking @ $15 per day but it’s for compact cars only & we have a Tahoe! We were not impressed at the reception lady’s attitude and demeanour. We booked a balcony room but was very disappointed - the room itself was well decorated & the bed comfy but the balcony door had a broom handle in the runner and the view was of the back of a billboard / main road & an empty lot next door that had homeless sleeping in it. Outside the front on the main road there were homeless begging at the traffic lights, I saw one asleep in the bushes by the secondary door that you have to use when the main doors are locked (after 8pm) - staff advised that if going downtown be aware of the homeless as some can be violent (the local TV news were saying a new police initiative was starting the next week re downtown violence). The location was ok for the conference centre & downtown but you have to be wary when walking around. The photos on Hotels.com look really good but they don’t show the view from the balcony - overall very disappointing!!

Clean hotel. Centrally located close to convention center and INB theater and shopping. Good service. Located on a very busy street so there was a lot of street noise. The bed was rock hard so between street noise and hard mattress I didn’t sleep well. Others may like the hard mattress. I

My daughters and I came in for an event at the convention center. Best Western was close enough to be able to walk there, and to River Park Square, other nice stores and places to eat. You could hear some street noise while in the room. But with it being right down town, that shouldn’t be a surprise.

The staff members were fantastic; extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and in excellent shape, and very comfortable. It’s a downtown hotel so a little noisy and the surrounding area feels a bit unsafe at night. At the same time the access to a fantastic park and to downtown shops, restaurants and local sports facilities is excellent.

Arrived a bit early and was barked at “your early”! But the room was ready - asked for ID so showed my licence ( as I have done on the previous 6 hotels) to be barked at “ no I want it” so handed it over. Then told parking was limited to first come - queried this and told it states it on the website (checked Hotels website & nothing about limited parking) was told we could use the underground parking @ $15 per day but it’s for compact cars only & we have a Tahoe! We were not impressed at the reception lady’s attitude and demeanour. We booked a balcony room but was very disappointed - the room itself was well decorated & the bed comfy but the balcony door had a broom handle in the runner and the view was of the back of a billboard / main road & an empty lot next door that had homeless sleeping in it. Located within easy walking distance of downtown Spokane this is a great hotel. Breakfast daily was plentiful and tasty. Rooms were large. Only complaint was uncomfortable pillows. Fresh cookies in the evening served warm. Yum yum.

Although sometimes there was traffic noise I never heard other noise through the walls. There was a hot breakfast with the best scrambled eggs I have had in a buffet. They had sausage links, ham, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins and they all tasted great. Behind the hotel is a Main Market (I think that is the name) Co-op open to all. It had great selection of produce, fresh bakery goods, great brownies, salad, aisles and aisles of canned goods and a small selection of wine with twist tops. We walked a few blocks to riverfront park and rode the skyride which was enjoyable. Great location for hotel.

It is obviously an old hotel that has been decently upgraded. The shower insert seem quite old and was creaky. The beds need to be upgraded, I had a spring in my leg. The shower gel was completely out- so cleaning staff didn't even check it. Breakfast was subpar to other Best Westerns we've stayed in. Definitely one of the lesser properties.

Easy walk to First Interstate Center for the Arts and surrounding restaurants. Breakfast was hot and delicious. There was a gentleman checking and restocking regularly. Parking outside of hotel is free and the underground parking garage is $15 per night. Room was clean, smelled good, bathroom was spotless. Organic toiletries are provided. Water ran hot immediately on the top floor.

We made the correct, last minute booking. We wanted to be close to downtown for a variety of reasons and Best Western Plus fulfilled our needs. For an extremely reasonable price, and located near downtown and across from the convention center, this hotel was hands down a dream! All of the staff were extremely friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing!

The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to Riverside Park and the mall. The airport is 10 minutes away. The breakfast was delicious! Bed so comfortable! I love it

Excellent hotel, very spacious and clean at great location. There are a number of homeless on the downtown streets that may cause some travelers to want to stay in the suburbs but we enjoyed the proximity to the river and the great river walks and views and the abundance of dining choices. It is important to get a room that Is on the backside of the building away from the very busy and noisy street that runs in front of the hotel. The windows are not adequate to reduce this noise significantly.
