Holiday Inn Express Walla Walla by IHG

Clean, comfortable beds. We got price gouged. $343 for 1 night! Ought to be some sort of oversight on this kind of behavior. Breakfast buffet was awful.

Loved the breakfast. The hot tub and pool area and water were so clean!

It would be 5 star, except for a phone call at 10 pm from the front desk that the family below us complained that we were running in our room. No one was running. I have a 3 year old boy, who weighs 30 lbs. He tends to move quickly, and he had to drop down out of those tall beds.

Manager was pushing and pushing us to leave nd leave. We usually clean the whole room cuz we got 6 Kidz but she wouldnt even let us do that. She was rude and was saying the room was a mess!! Thats why there are workers at hotels for that. If it wasnt a mess then there wouldnt be jobs for those people. We have stayed rhere 100 times and never had any issues especially cuz we throw all the garbage out and clean it all up. Plus I always leave a tip even though we clean it up. At the end she said we are never allowed. Ack there just cuz we took a lil extra time to get out. I even asked her if she wanted me to pay another night so we can have some time to clean the room cuz she kept ckming to the room while we were cleaning it and packing up. We are very good customers and have never had a problem there. Now I dont ever want to stay there cuz of the manager!! Thank you!!

The room was very clean and thw staff was very friendly and helpful.
