Front desk staff were so helpful and nice. Always greeting as people enter and exit the building. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. We travelled with a baby so lots of room for his travel crib. Onsite EV charger right by the front door. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was updated with modern amenities, clean, and family friendly. Great price for quality stay! The front desk was very nice, and we love the breakfast. The hot tub did lose temp halfway through our stay and the pool room needed more ventilation because the chlorine was very strong. Other than that, we were very happy with the hotel and will stay there again!

Easy to get to mission ridge. Good hot breakfast included. Pool and hot tub were nice but TOO much chlorine (I couldn't even open my eyes in the pool room)

The stay was great. The breakfast was kept stocked and hot! The pancake maker was on the fritz, but everything else was delish! The night gal was GREAT!! Very helpful and friendly!! We discovered the Keurig machine in our room didn't work when we got there and she quickly found us a replacement for it! I wish we would've been notified that the pool was out of order, my 10yr old was REALLY looking forward to that. The shampoo and conditioner are laughably small, but I get it. Luckily there was more than one set in our bathroom. Very quiet rooms, we didn't hardly hear anyone else in the building!

I had a pleasant stay with a smooth check-in process. It was great to have access to the hot tub and pool until 10 PM, which added a nice touch of relaxation after a long day. The breakfast was decent with a good selection to start the day. Overall, a comfortable experience with some nice amenities!

When we arrived at the pool was closed for rehab purposes. We had booked this hotel particularly because of the pool. Luckily, the incredibly helpful receptionist switched us over to the sister hotel five minutes down the street because they had a operational pool. I really appreciated the help and ease at which this was done to make our stay more comfortable.

The room was fine, no complaints, the staff was incredible. There was a mix up in the morning and Gigi at the front desk had them bring out the breakfast we missed. My kids had a blast in the indoor pool too. Great hotel, I will definitely come back.

The room was 'nonsmoking' yet smelled like complete smoke, we came home with our luggage smelling like smoke. Additionally, the shower water wouldn't turn on, so we were unable to shower. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out though, so I did appreciate that.

The facilties were good, breakfast also & most delightful wete the 2 managers on the front desk who wete friendly & helpful. The carpets in halsl & especially on the stairs to So. Parking area were grimy & black down the middle; so need cleaned or replaced! My wakeup call was an hour later - reprogrammed by a male night clerk.

For the price, this was an excellent option. Room was fine, quite spacious, very comfortable bed. But we were on the first floor right next to the stairwell and just down the hall from the swimming pool, and the noise was terrible—a large group of kids were staying as part of some sports tournament, and they were LOUD--running, pounding down the stairs, yelling in the hall on their way to the pool; really obnoxious, until 10 PM. It really disturbed our stay. Breakfast was okay—typical middle-of-the-road hotel fare—not the greatest. Powdered eggs, bacon only half-cooked, coffee was tasteless. We opted on our second morning to go across the street to Sage Hills Bakery instead, highly recommended!

The room was fine. The location was awful. Our room overlooked a balcony over the lobby. So it started getting really loud at 6:00 am.The room was really too warm and there wasn't a way to lower the temperature without turning on the A/C (it was late December and 29F outside). Breakfast is available until 10 am, but they stop putting out food at 9 am, so if you don't get there before 9 am it's pretty picked over. We'll need to stop and get breakfast for the kids after we check out.

Told I would receive a credit on bill for tv not working. Maintenance did not come to my room to fix tv. Shampoo bottles made of stiff plastic and could not squeeze shampoo bottle. Refrigerator not cold when I put items in for 4 hours. Temperature on refrigerator turned down and discovered that 4 hours later. Room next to a business road with loud muffler cars late at night.

There were several families with children running up and down hallways, screaming and out of control. Took do not disturb signs off doors, chaotic in pool area. The staff was very friendly. They needed more garbage cans in the breakfast area. They were all overflowing and people had to place their garbage on the floors and around the garbage cans. Overall it was good. We would stay there again.

For the price, this was an excellent option. Room was fine, quite spacious, very comfortable bed. But we were on the first floor right next to the stairwell and just down the hall from the swimming pool, and the noise was terrible—a large group of kids were staying as part of some sports tournament, and they were LOUD--running, pounding down the stairs, yelling in the hall on their way to the pool; really obnoxious, until 10 PM. It really disturbed our stay. Breakfast was okay—typical middle-of-the-road hotel fare—not the greatest. Powdered eggs, bacon only half-cooked, coffee was tasteless. We opted on our second morning to go across the street to Sage Hills Bakery instead, highly recommended!

The room was fine. The location was awful. Our room overlooked a balcony over the lobby. So it started getting really loud at 6:00 am.The room was really too warm and there wasn't a way to lower the temperature without turning on the A/C (it was late December and 29F outside). Breakfast is available until 10 am, but they stop putting out food at 9 am, so if you don't get there before 9 am it's pretty picked over. We'll need to stop and get breakfast for the kids after we check out.

Front desk was excellent, room very clean, other than my sheet had a tear on it this would be only complaint. The breakfast buffet very delicious, lots of choices. Our stay was EXCELLENT!!

Food service area needed more service. Waffle iron, pancake maker going down. Many families didn't seem to know how to use anything. Many families seemed to be traveling together, not giving up table space, etc. No ine managing the situation.

Great value everything in working order. Staff were all very nice. Breakfast was great and maintained full. Pool and hot tub clean and in working order. Would recommend to anybody visiting Wenatchee😊

I requested in writing at the time of booking a room on the east side of the building facing the river, and then called to confirm this the day before I arrived. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen and I was given a room above Wenatchee Ave. My option for sleeping was to keep the window closed and listen to the noisy AC fan, or open the window and listen to the noisy traffic on the ave. Neither option was comfortable & I struggled to fall asleep. Room was fine & clean, breakfast meh. Wouldn’t stay here again.
