Breakfast was terrible. Mostly cold food including what little that was there that was supposed to be hot. Numerous lights in room did not work

There was no housekeeping in the three nights I was there. Not the end of the world, but clean towels and sufficient supply of toilet paper would have been nice. There was plenty of parking, the room smelled smokey (I think because it was the end room so open windows let in all the smoke from people right outside the entrance), but the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was okay but not great. There were premade egg options you could microwave, a waffle iron with mix to make waffles, yogurt, and toast. There was nothing to drink other than 4 oz bottles of water, and no fruit. Again, not the end of the world, but worth knowing when comparing options. Overall, I wouldn't not stay here, but it would not be my first choice when returning to the area.

We arrived at 2:45 pm. Check in was 3:00, they wanted $30 to check in 15 Minutes early, it was a noisy hotel all night long. We didn't get much sleep. There wasnt anyone at the counter. You had to talk to someone through the phone.

Do not try to check in early. There was no one at the desk. When I got there an hour early. I had to pick up the floor. I asked if I could check in early and was firmly told no 3 o clock check in. Once checked in. You could tell the hotel was smoked in at one time. Especially our room. It smelled terrible. When we left for a few hours we opened our window to help get the smell out. I am glad i did not pay full price for the room. Would i stay again there probably not. Especially there was no early check in and the front was kinda rude about it.

Check-in was quick and efficient. The overall feel of the place was fresh, clean, and new. Breakfast offered good options -even eggs and waffles. Coffee was good. Cleaning was adequate but not exceptional - there were a couple minor issues - ring around the bathtub, some hard water scale on the toilet, pool water was not clear - typical for hotels and didn't affect the quality of our stay. The pool area was full of windows looking out to bushes and trees - very peaceful and relaxing, and the water was lovely and warm. Hot tub was closed for maintenance - but we knew that ahead of time. My only dissatisfaction was that there were no roll-out cots (In all my years in hotels, I've never encountered one without cots for extra people). The employees I worked with on this issue were a bit slow at first to take ownership of the problem and find helpful solutions. In the end however, we came up with a great solution and we were very satisfied. I would stay here again.
