Superou minhas expectativas.

Overcharged by $20 at the Mountain Top restruant. Spoke to 4 different staff members before it would finally be fixed. The tables were all sticky/dirty. Had stink bug crawling on table. The buffet in the lobby, what a nightmare. Stood in a long line, even though we had a reservation. Should have a seperate line since all they did was seat people without one and scramble to push tables together. We watched as 4 different people attempted to clean up a table. It was never washed of the crumbs. One person would adjust mats another would then go readjust the mats and put 2 glasses down at a 4 spot table. Was comical. Large hair on top of bacon, I found an employee and notified them, immediately then took away. Should have self serve for drinks so staff can focus on cleaning/quick turnover if the buffet is this popular. The room itself was nice, updated. No complaints there!

There were stink bugs in our living room. The villa was very dry and made it hard to sleep. The hostess at the Grand Cafe sat 3 other parties before us and forgot that she told us she’ll get our table ready despite having a reservation. Lastly the food concession area by the ski area is a mess. I tried to order a pizza for my son and the girl taking my order told me it’s a mess back there and no one wants to make pizza right now. For a 4 star hotel, I was really disappointed in the service. I know they were very busy but there needs to be better service if they’re going to charge so much!
