pillow top bedding fabulus. This Inn needs attention. Tub needs a good cleaning. The bathroom door was so warped it would not close. Door would swing open all the way and would pat you on the butt while standing to urinate. The bathroom is so tiny only one person could be in the bathroom at a time. Floor tiles were cracked, door water stained, and new caulking should be done around the tub. Room temperature was set at 60 degrees when we arrived. If you like light in the room, no problem. If you like to sleep in, the drapes are inadequate to keep out the parking area light or daybreak light. The front door to the Inn FELL OFF while we were there and was propped open to allow people to ingress/egress until a crew came and took it off several hours later. .

During my stay, the common areas were very unclean. There was a used Band-Aid on the stairs for my entire stay not a clean location. No smoking rules were not enforced The hallways smelled like a Cheech and Chong movie

Entrance door to hotel was broken, but otherwise the property was sufficient. Room was small but cozy. Refrigerator and microwave were nice. Room was close to front desk/breakfast area, so it was somewhat noisy in the morning. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

We booked this as a basic stop-no real amenities beyond continental breakfast because we didnt kniw how late we'd arrive as we were coming after work and hubbys end time isnt set by the clock. Front desk agent just barely greeted me. Not rude but not friendly and welcoming either. Room was clean but there's NO ELEVATORS so we had to lug everything upstairs. No pool but there is a fitness room. The breakfast was a no. Very basic packaged food and the ubiquitous waffle maker. Breakfast pastries included Ho-hos and Little Debbie oatmeal cream cookies. Hubby said coffee was concentrate on a bag and you add hot water. We opted to walk next door & buy breakfast at the Fork & Knife restaurant next door. I highly recommend this option.

Booked 2 queen beds but clearly doubles. No elevator. At $120 per night, didn't expect to have to lug all of our luggage up the stairs. Said eco-friendly but didn't even recycle. Staff at check-in was unfriendly. The place isn't awful. But the price was for a decent hotel. Instead, we got an okay motel.

Check was terrible took 15 minutes to find someone to do checkin. There were four families trying to checkin. Rang the desk bell multiple times and called twice. Both times the phone rang and there was no answer. The next night our key card didn't work, even though it was a multiple night stay. Other guests had the same problem . Room had an unknown smell and the security door latch was broken.

I was given a room on the second floor. I would have preferred firat as i have a bad knee and there is no elevator; however, the room was quite comfortable. The bed was great!! I slept fantastic. Even with its close proximity to the highway, i really didnt hear the noise and the rest of the property was quiet also. It does look a little run down and the carpet was dingy but overall it was cery clean. For the price i was overall happy.

The room was very nice. Though extremely cold. The room AC was set likely assuming a normal 4PM check-in. To be fair we did not call ahead to state we would be a late check-in 10 or 11PM. Then again, no one checked the room since the check-in had not happened yet either. The main parking lot was full when we arrived. There was no signage to state that the adjacent lot was shared with Perkins or also part of the motel parking. We went around to the back lot which was not lit. All the parking lot lights were out. The trash area was open and overflowing. There were locals or guests drinking in a pickup adding to the atmosphere of a lack of safety. All staff that we interacted with were excellent. Not sure if this comment is for the property or Travelocity, we paid the w/breakfast rate however there is a posted sign stating the offered breakfast is for all guests. Why were their two rates listed in Travelocity?

The first room they put me in, the room smelled musty/moldy. Was moved to a different room, killed spiders in the room, sheets on the one mattress and stains all over the sheets. Flood light outside the room was flickering all night and the tub looked dirty. Also, one of the lamps was missing a light bulb. Was not impressed.

Very dirty. They must not have vacuumed for a week, food on the floor, a gummy on the floor. Opened the refrigerator and the smell was horrible. Couldn't use it, and the TV didn't work.

This was quite possible the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Our first room had a strange odor to it, the bathroom was covered in mold and the beds had stains all over them. We were told that they would clean the beds. Came back and only the sheets were changed, the vomit and other fluids were still all over the coverlet and bedskirt. We had to scramble to find a room on a completely booked weekend in the area. They gave us a new room the next night. This one was in the same condition. Another night of trying to find a room. The last two nights we had to go an hour away. Manager/owner could care less about this and was nonchalant about the entire thing. Random woman was begging outside and came into the lobby to ask the clerk if his mom could give her a phone. AVOID UNLESS YOU DON"T CARE BECAUSE YOU JUST NEED A BED FOR THE NIGHT.

Mold in bathroom up by ceiling. Ac/heat unit full of dirt on vents!! Broken window, taped up!! Carpets need replacing- worn and dirty 😳 Dirty behind nightstand and clock not even plugged in. Went to plug in and cord caked in dirt!! No towel service for 2 days—had to go to desk and get some.

Easy access but awful hotel. Bathroom door didn't shut, our room smelled like bleach other rooms our friends had smelled like mildew. No lights in hall way, poor lighting in room. Whole thing needed painting especially bathroom door. Will never stay there again.

Very clean room, quiet, safe area with restaurants nearby, walking distance even. I usually don’t like hotel room carpets but this room was clean. Only complaint is room had a faint musty smell, turning on the AC and letting it run mostly made it go away.

What I like about this place was the bed and pillows. Bed was comfortable and the pillows were actually soft. Most motel pillows feel like they have been filled with wet feathers and would cause head injuries in a pillow fight. No downsides for me when I stayed.

We arrived at about 4:45 on a Saturday afternoon. The halls and lobby smelled like weed. Our room was okay. There was a bit of dirt on the bedspread. The air conditioning worked, but it was not really adjustable. It was either on or off. When on it was really cold in the room, then it got too hot if we turned it off.

It was a last minute reservation for a longer road trip. The man who checked us in was new and very confused. He didn’t know how to work the computer. He gave me a real I’m which didn’t exist and then a second floor (no elevator) room with two queens (supposed to be a king). The room and hall smelled funky. The room was clean overall and we were tired.

Our check in with Rachel was flawless and top notch. When we got to the room, the tv wouldn't turn on. Rachel fixed that. Then the picture went dead but the tv still had sound. Rachel connected with the maintenance person. HE WAS NOT a timely person.......we contacted Rachel three times concerning his lack of showing up. He finally did...over and hours wait.... .he didn't know what was wrong and we were moved to another room. After over and hour plus ordeal, the problem was solved for us. The room we were moved to was very nice AND the tv worked.

This is our favorite “home away from home” when traveling to the Manitowoc area. The staff is always friendly & accommodating and this is especially important to us as a dog family. For an extra pet fee our dogs are always welcome to join us and there is plenty of grass area and waste receptacles around the building grounds for quick & easy cleanup. They offer a continental breakfast and their entry way, breakfast & lounge area is always so festive & welcoming. The price is right, the place offers all you need & the plus is you can walk to a handful of restaurants offering different dining options or even the movie theater!

Check was terrible took 15 minutes to find someone to do checkin. There were four families trying to checkin. Rang the desk bell multiple times and called twice. Both times the phone rang and there was no answer. The next night our key card didn't work, even though it was a multiple night stay. Other guests had the same problem . Room had an unknown smell and the security door latch was broken.

Very clean room, quiet, safe area with restaurants nearby, walking distance even. I usually don’t like hotel room carpets but this room was clean. Only complaint is room had a faint musty smell, turning on the AC and letting it run mostly made it go away.

The room was very nice. Though extremely cold. The room AC was set likely assuming a normal 4PM check-in. To be fair we did not call ahead to state we would be a late check-in 10 or 11PM. Then again, no one checked the room since the check-in had not happened yet either. The main parking lot was full when we arrived. There was no signage to state that the adjacent lot was shared with Perkins or also part of the motel parking. We went around to the back lot which was not lit. All the parking lot lights were out. The trash area was open and overflowing. There were locals or guests drinking in a pickup adding to the atmosphere of a lack of safety. All staff that we interacted with were excellent. Not sure if this comment is for the property or Travelocity, we paid the w/breakfast rate however there is a posted sign stating the offered breakfast is for all guests. Why were their two rates listed in Travelocity?

The hotel is dated and dingy, the staff is only ok, and the breakfast is bad. Prepackaged, half frozen mini muffins and honey buns. No breads and no toaster. Worst included breakfast I’ve ever encountered and I’ve stayed in over 50 different hotels this year alone. Would not stay here again.

Hotel was clean, and worked for what we needed, a room for the night. It offered breakfast, it was limited but enough to get you started. If you are looking for a pool or activities this would not be for you, but a restful place, this is what you need.

We booked this as a basic stop-no real amenities beyond continental breakfast because we didnt kniw how late we'd arrive as we were coming after work and hubbys end time isnt set by the clock. Front desk agent just barely greeted me. Not rude but not friendly and welcoming either. Room was clean but there's NO ELEVATORS so we had to lug everything upstairs. No pool but there is a fitness room. The breakfast was a no. Very basic packaged food and the ubiquitous waffle maker. Breakfast pastries included Ho-hos and Little Debbie oatmeal cream cookies. Hubby said coffee was concentrate on a bag and you add hot water. We opted to walk next door & buy breakfast at the Fork & Knife restaurant next door. I highly recommend this option.

The staff seemed very inexperienced. Could not find the reservation. There is no elevator so we had to carry several bags up stairs. The room was $300 for a low quality hotel. I will never book a room there again.

This hotel is very run down. It smelled terrible in the hallways not so much in the room. Kind of a combination of moth balls and pot. The rooms had a lot of wear and tear. The pillows were small and too fluffy. I would not recommend staying here. We had very few options unfortunately but definitely did not get our $200+ out of our stay for one night. Also the breakfast was pretty pitiful.
