Cumpriu com o previsto no geral. Mas a recepcionista nos colocou em um quarto longe da recepção, tendo que andar alguns minutos sob frio de -15°C pra chegar num quarto com os dois telefones sem funcionar. De volta à recepção, fomos transferidos para outro quarto, dentro do mesmo edifício onde se encontra a portaria, recepção e restaurante. O que poderia ter sido feito desde o início. Os motoristas do shuttle foram muito gentis e atenciosos.

The place was not busy but yet I was sent on the far back away from the pool and lobby. It was a process just to find water or a snack. My room felt scary, it had patched walls and old locks and doors and that 80s motel cigarette feel and I do not smoke so I do not have any idea if the room was smoking or not but it smelled but I had a early flight so I just kept it. The TV was old and cable really? The rest of the place was exceptionally nice from the lobby the marble feel hallways and the free buffet breakfast was excellent! Had a restaurant feel :) staff was exceptionally nice all of them :) The pool and plant area looked beautiful but they need to upgrade all the rooms!!!

The rooms are very outdated.. leaking ceiling. Holes in ceiling, hair in tub drain prior to use

Breakfast was excellent. Parking was good.

There was bedbugs on my bed. I immediately left and no one answered the phone when I tried to call over and over. Very disappointed and a waste of $200.
