Our basketball team used this hotel. On Sat night 9 vehicles were vandalized (windows broken and insides trashed). Front desk employees did nothing to help. I called the Milwaukee Police and they said to file a report online. They were not sending out an officer. Will never stay at this hotel again.

People are living in the hotel. People using drugs and passing out in stairways. Girl from the gentleman’s club seem to be “working” out of the hotel. The pool seems to be used by local kids. Cars broken into in the parking lots. People loitered all around the property. Only 1 elevator works. They seemed to have a supply problem with toilet paper and only proved a half a roll at a time Fire alarm seems to go off frequently

The pool had all doors locked even exit door was locked from the outside. People were vaping in yhe hot tub. Very clean lobby and staff were helpful

The only good thing about this hotel was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. It was a nightmare from the get go! Walked in to a big line of people waiting to check in. Turns out their computer systems were down so they were unable to make room keys and had to personally walk every person to their room and open the door. We then went to go swimming. Their was no towels in the pool area and when we asked for towels they only had 2 clean. The pool had bugs floating in it and the light that goes under the water in the pool was actually floating in the pool wires exposed and all. The key issue was never fixed throughout our stay and we were woke up at 4am to people screaming for 30 mins straight. THEN in the morning went to get in the shower and realized our bathroom had 2 conditioners and no shampoo. I found housekeeping in the hallway and asked for some shampoo and was told they have NO SHAMPOO in the hotel! The price was absolutely ridiculous for what we received and was offered no compensation through Expedia or the hotel itself

Internet was out and we had to be escorted to our room to be let in and if we left our room we had to ask them to let us in because they could not run keys to give us our key. At 4:30 in the morning a confrontation took place in the hall way, which was not directly their fault but the person did not have a room so how did he make it upstairs? Police were called and the person was arrested but it took quite sometime to get him off the floor. Non of my requests were met when I checked in. They did change our room from 2nd floor to fourth floor but I requested to NOT be by the elevator or vending and have a room that did not allow pets, and we were directly across from them both. So I listened to every person getting off of the elevator who did not respect the fact it was late and voices should be kept low.

This was the worst experience at a hotel I have had. The pillows and blanket had blood stains. My car window was broken in the parking lot and some personal items were stolen. The power went out and the emergency lighting in the stairwell was inadequate to see properly going down the them. Also a drunken guest was screaming in the hallway and the police had to come.

First off, Hotels.com you had false advertising for this hotel and room on your website. Nothing shown on the website looked like the outside or inside of the hotel. For the room I was supposed to have with a king sized bed, it’s was supposed to be spacious and have a couch in it and the hotel told me they didn’t have any room like that. I had to switch rooms 3 times upon arrival! The first room’s toilet didn’t flush, the second room smelled like someone smoked in it and it’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel, the third room was dirty and had confetti on it like it was never cleaned! I argued with the front desk about this and Hotel.com, for you guys to only credit me $50.00. I stayed because I had plans to get to, I called for towels the next day, no one came, I walked down the hall with my dirty towels and my trash to ask housekeeping for some and she said she didn’t have any but would bring some soon as the laundry was finished I left for a my plans only to come back here were no clean towels. I had to go downstairs to get some. I had to do the job of the workers and I didn’t get paid or discounted more for all these inconveniences! I was discussed and disappointed by the Hotel and Hotels.com! I will be writing a bad review for both of you on social, Yelp, and Google Review! I’ll never stay at that brand of hotels again and I’ll never use Hotels.com again either!

The place was extremely dirty. Floors in the hotel were sticky, lots of crumbs/dirt against the edges everywhere. Trim all beat up, doors weathered. Our room door didn’t even shut/lock when you entered or left unless you pulled it tight after it closed. That’s definitely a scary thought, especially with kids coming or going

My friends & I stayed for one night. We enjoyed the free breakfast & friendly staff. The room was comfortable & clean. We had a problem with the digital key upon arrival, but the front desk staff was able to give us a physical card. Our only complaints are that the TV was on the smaller side & the hallway smelled of weed.

Booked 5 nights for $140 per night. It’s a hilton and high price so must be fine right? Wrong. My floor (the 4th floor) smelt terrible, and both the hardwood floors and carpet were dirty. There were actually a bunch of screws and small sharp wood pieces on the floor. It has not been vacuumed in a long time. My room had a different smell but it also smelt terrible. The floor was dirty and unvacuumed. It is a very old room. I booked somewhere to sleep, and this is not a place to sleep. It is directly next to a busy highway with construction going on. The room is not soundproof, you need earplugs to even have a chance at sleeping. As soon as i checked in i left and booked another hotel. I told them i could not stay in this room and left a note to the general manager. Hilton refused to refund me since it was booked through expedia, and the hotel has refused to respond to expedia. I did not stay a single night here and I want my money back! I would not call this a ripoff but an actual scam. Hilton should feel embarrassed.

We had issues with our key cards not working. Had to make SEVERAL trips to desk before staff came up. Stood in hallway for over 20 minutes at one point. Hallways were dirty. Garbage in bags left outside rooms for over 15 hours without being picked up. For being a NOT SMOKING HOTEL the place reeked of Marijuana. Breakfast was one of the best ive had at a hotel. The breakfast staff was awesome, friendly and efficient.

Bathroom was dirty, especially between tub and toilet. Tried to get a coffee when breakfast was being served. Two workers were taking there sweet time pouring their own cups when guests were waiting. Also taking about sugar and how that was all over their faces last night at the club. And not sugar as the sweetener.

Room was not cleaned. Stains and hair on the walls. Shower had hair in it. Woke up to a roach on my arm! Was only refunded for 1 night although I stayed 2 nights! Wouldnt recommend staying here!

It's a mostly nice and standard hotel and the staff was nice, but it's right next to a highway and, at least if you're on the highway side of the building, the road noise is very loud. It was one of the worst night sleeps I've had in a hotel because of this. They make no attempts to put up any kind of sound barriers and i think this is a huge lack of effort to accommodate guests on their part. Will not return nor recommend to others for this reason alone.

The room was fine EXCEPT the broken window seemed to make the noise from the very close highway much louder than my sisters room which didnt have the broken window. ALSO the blind (to cover previuosly mentioned broken window) was also broken and could not be shut so bright light from the two parking lot lights lit up my room all night. Made sleep impossible. Front desk told me they tried to fix it but could not. I was told that i was supposed to be given a different room but that didnt happen. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and they charged me less upon checking out (which i didnt ask for but appreciated the jesture). Staff was nice and breakfast was good, would give them one more to visit but make sure no window issues.

Great for the money all around. Helpful staff. The room was small and it had a barn-door style for the bathroom—not my favorite—but i would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are clean but bed mattress was a little too firm for us. The halls could've used some vacuuming as we noticed some lint in various places. The desk staff person was very nice although it appeared that she was the only staff on duty for the evening shift. Overall we had a good stay and would book again in the future.

This hotel is very disorganized. On my first stay, the front desk smelled like sewage and the attendant gave me a room key to an OCCUPIED ROOM. On my second stay, I asked for another bar of soap around dinner time and the lady up front didn’t have access to the soap and gave me body wash. She gave me such a horrible attitude - she said I was lucky I got body wash and that she didn’t just tell me that she didn’t have anything. I told her that I did not appreciate the attitude and then she tried to start arguing with me at which point I excused myself.

First off, Hotels.com you had false advertising for this hotel and room on your website. Nothing shown on the website looked like the outside or inside of the hotel. For the room I was supposed to have with a king sized bed, it’s was supposed to be spacious and have a couch in it and the hotel told me they didn’t have any room like that. I had to switch rooms 3 times upon arrival! The first room’s toilet didn’t flush, the second room smelled like someone smoked in it and it’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel, the third room was dirty and had confetti on it like it was never cleaned! I argued with the front desk about this and Hotel.com, for you guys to only credit me $50.00. I stayed because I had plans to get to, I called for towels the next day, no one came, I walked down the hall with my dirty towels and my trash to ask housekeeping for some and she said she didn’t have any but would bring some soon as the laundry was finished I left for a my plans only to come back here were no clean towels. I had to go downstairs to get some. I had to do the job of the workers and I didn’t get paid or discounted more for all these inconveniences! I was discussed and disappointed by the Hotel and Hotels.com! I will be writing a bad review for both of you on social, Yelp, and Google Review! I’ll never stay at that brand of hotels again and I’ll never use Hotels.com again either!

We had issues with our key cards not working. Had to make SEVERAL trips to desk before staff came up. Stood in hallway for over 20 minutes at one point. Hallways were dirty. Garbage in bags left outside rooms for over 15 hours without being picked up. For being a NOT SMOKING HOTEL the place reeked of Marijuana. Breakfast was one of the best ive had at a hotel. The breakfast staff was awesome, friendly and efficient.

The only good thing about this hotel was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. It was a nightmare from the get go! Walked in to a big line of people waiting to check in. Turns out their computer systems were down so they were unable to make room keys and had to personally walk every person to their room and open the door. We then went to go swimming. Their was no towels in the pool area and when we asked for towels they only had 2 clean. The pool had bugs floating in it and the light that goes under the water in the pool was actually floating in the pool wires exposed and all. The key issue was never fixed throughout our stay and we were woke up at 4am to people screaming for 30 mins straight. THEN in the morning went to get in the shower and realized our bathroom had 2 conditioners and no shampoo. I found housekeeping in the hallway and asked for some shampoo and was told they have NO SHAMPOO in the hotel! The price was absolutely ridiculous for what we received and was offered no compensation through Expedia or the hotel itself

I want to start by saying we had stayed at this property several times in the past and never had a problem. Unfortunatelynl that was not the case this time, When we went to check in they had given away our room, but already charged us for our room. Then said there was rooms but they couldnt put people in them. After waiting over half an hour we were given what they said was their last room. It had no AC and you couldnt open the windows but was a room I guess. Nothing was done or said that night to make situation better, unacceptable. One awesome lady explained things a little the next day but more needs to be done. Was the worst hotel experience as far as check in that we ever had.

When I arrived to check in they gave me a room that someone else was in thank god they had the lock on the door because that could have went bad entering a room that somebody is in I could have been shot the man came to the door and said who are you looking for and I apologize and when back to the lobby told the front desk that someone else was in the room the lady asked me how do I know someone was in the room ? I told her because when I tired to enter the room I could not get all the way in because the lock was on and it was a man yelling who am I looking for ? And she told me that that has been happening before and that the guy have been checking in People in rooms that was already booked like as if that was OK

Our basketball team used this hotel. On Sat night 9 vehicles were vandalized (windows broken and insides trashed). Front desk employees did nothing to help. I called the Milwaukee Police and they said to file a report online. They were not sending out an officer. Will never stay at this hotel again.

My wife and I were in Milwaukee for an event at the Harley facility across the road and were looking for a room nearby for the night. The hotel is fine. We were on the 3rd floor and noticed the sound of traffic but it didn't keep us from sleeping.

We would never stay here again. The property did not feel very safe. There were random people hanging out in the parking lot being loud late into the night. We were on the 4th floor and could hear entire conversations. The windows were paper thin and it sounded like we were sleeping on the interstate it was so loud. The AC didn't work most of the evening and every time I tried to call the front desk nobody answered. I went downstairs at one point because I couldn't get an answer to find the person working the front desk sitting in the back room on her cell phone. The only good thing was the sweet lady who was helping with breakfast. She was very sweet and helpful.

This hotel is in a bad area, between two roads. One was a raised highway next door. The room has a sliding barn door for the bathroom, there is no closet, The closet is some hangers hanging on the wall behind the drapes, where the ouside windows should be. The sink in the bathroom was cracked in several places The janitor was wet moppimg the floor, in the morning, where the front desk and breakfast area is. Wrong time to be doing that, to many people in the area.I would not stay there again. And I definitely would not recommened this hotel to anyone! Very disappointed!!

We had a wonderful stay, rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, everyone working at the front desk made check-in and check-out easy and hassle free. Breakfast was amazing with so many options. Room rates were very reasonable.

I won’t advise to stay at this hotel again. Some of the overnight staff smokes weed. You can smell the weed by the elevators and on each floor. The pool water wasn’t clean at all. The breakfast quality wasn’t good at all. I honestly booked 3 days, I left on the third night and I didn’t want to sleep the night and check out in the morning.

It was one of the worst stays ever. We had a room that the bathroom vent was leaking large amounts of water onto the toilet, therefore you could not use the toilet unless you wanted a wet head. I believe the upstairs toilet was leaking into our bathroom. They were booked and told me there was nothing they could do. At 12:42 a.m. they called my room and told me they had a room for me and I packed up everything and moved to the new room. They did not bother to tell me this was a room that they did not use. It was dirty and it has what appeared to be blood on the floor and walls and no nightstand, as the telephone was on the floor and did not work. Also the kitchen was shut down due to cleanliness. There was a sign that stated such. Needless to say we did not eat breakfast here.

The sliding door for the bathroom was in rough shape and didn’t offer much privacy as a closing door would. The worst part was they mowed the lawn at 7 am on Saturday right outside our window waking everyone up in all of our rooms. I might be able to understand if it was an area that mattered for curb appeal but it wasn’t, it was a back area that one one sees except the rooms on that side so it could have waited until a more appropriate hour… especially when we were told the hotel was sold out so everyone on that side got a rude awakening.

Don’t stay here if you care about cleanliness. It’s disgusting. Things falling off walls like shower curtain rods, lotion, the security guard on the door etc. The floors are sticky, the furniture is sticky. The areas in the lobby were also disgusting. This absolutely should not be a Hampton Inn, I have always thought of them as middle of the road for hotels. This was like a motel 6. And the neighborhood is not safe, we were told cars get broke into nightly in the parking lot. The front desk staff were nice.
