Hampton Inn by Hilton Milwaukee Northwest

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok. There was plenty of parking and it felt like a safe area to stay.

The room was nice and clean and spacious. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is warm and even after going into the hot tub and back into the pool, it was still warm.

The highlight of this Hilton was the staff-all very helpful, friendly, and professional. The breakfast attendant, Michelle, was delightful and kind. The breakfast was standard but lots of options so easy to accommodate different tastes. Overall, I’d stay again as it was a good value for what you get. I used to travel for work and Hampton Inns were my go-to. This facility had lots of wear and tear which was not like other Hamptons I had stayed at previously. It was a large Amir t of small things rusty faucets, algae on the walls in the pool, excess caulk around the baseboards, small holes in the walls, and stains on the fabric headboards, chipped paint, archaic window blinds, cheap furniture that was too big for the small rooms, etc.) that just made it feel run down.

Nice staff, nice property and location. The windows need updating in the room because it literally feels like there is no window there. Everything from the outside can be heard in the room.
