Hyatt Regency Milwaukee

Hotel grande, antigo mas confortável. Limpo. Serviço deixou a desejar pois estou até hoje aguardando a camareira que iria trocar os lençóis e não apareceu.

We had issues as soon as waited an hour for our room. Once in the room we wanted ice wife hands me the bucket to put the bag in. As soon as I took the lid off I smelled something weird for an ice bucket, I sniffed it , gave it to the wife and at the same time Said IT'S PISS! Somebody pissed in the ice bucket and was missed by HK. Wife went to check in and they brought a bucket. They never took the PISS buck back. WE put it outside our door maybe they will pick it up being out in the hallway. Went to show for 4 hours came back to Hotel and Piss bucket still there. And the machine was broken on are floor. We got comped breakfast, And that was good staff where nice.

Rooms could use an update. Very good location and staff was awesome. Would stay here again. Great place.

We requested the city view and it didn't disappoint. Got the 17th floor and it was amazing!
