estuvimos por 2 noches, no fueron a limpiar el cuarto ni tampoco nos dejaron toallas limpias!, los dos dias cuando llegábamos a desayunar ya no habia nada y esperábamos un rato para que pusieran mas comida, solo habia una persona en el área de desayuno acomodando y poniendo lo que hacía falta pero no se daba abasto

Very disappointed. I was charged a $150 security deposit. That seems quite high by industry standards. I noticed it got charged to my account and was not released. I contacted the hotel a few days later asking the status. She first asked if I had two rooms? She then said she showed it released and to contact my bank. My bank said it was not showing anything, just that charge was put through fully. Still arguing about it. Room was kinda dirty as well. Crumbs and gunk especially in kitchen. Top of fridge very dusty. Great layout of the room but everywhere in the hotel, furniture seemed worn and in need of replacing.

We stayed 3 days, and the room was never cleaned or even refreshed. Apparently due to it now being an extended stay property, they only serviced the room every 3 days. The air conditioner worked, but was very loud, and the TV was inconveniently placed so you could not watch from the bedroom area. There were no USB charging outlets, The breakfast was minimal, and if we came near the end of the breakfast service time, it was pretty depleted.

Knowing this is not a top-of-the-line hotel, I didn’t expect an amazing stay. But unfortunately, our room was just not very good at all, even by lower standards. We had a hole in our wall. The bathroom tile was broken and looked like it was beginning to sag in the bathroom. We stayed in a lot of hotels in our travels and this is the first time I’ve had a cockroach in our room. We will not be staying here again.
