Hotel and staff was great. Restaurant had a fire and still wasn’t open. We were never told about this when booking. Someone hit my car in the parking lot and they have no cameras.

I have stayed at this hotel several times through 3 ownership changes, and I would consider this one the best so far! The only takeaway was the fact that the dining/bar area was being remodeled during my stay. This didn't matter as there are plenty of eating spots within walking distance. The service was exceptional, I had to arrive a day earlier than expected and was able to be accommodated for 3 days in the same room...I was even upgraded to a lakefront view...!

Loved this hotel. Great location! Enjoyed being able to walk to the water, restaurants, and shops. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was wonderful and the view is amazing! The swimming pool and hot tub was refreshing after exploring the town and nearby nature preserve. Only downside (and no fault of the hotel), if your room is street-side, it is surprisingly noisy for a quaint little town. It didn't keep me awake overnight but the traffic was constant until close to midnight and then started again early in the morning.

The staff was extremely friendly and always asked about our comfort. Everyone we met was very helpful. The day we arrived, the street parking lot was full (even though the signs clearly say the lot is for hotel patrons only) and I was disappointed when the front desk clerk said they don’t monitor that. She did inform us of another parking area around back which was empty. It might be helpful to let patrons know that in advance. Otherwise, amazing hotel!

The rooms are up to date with a microwave. We had a view of the lake and harbor and that was nice. The pool, patio, hot tub, restaurant and bar were all great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very friendly staff, feel home right at the beginning! Clean, modern, updated (I heard it was renovated recently, you can tell!), well taken care of maintenance, and a nice breakfast/dinner area on the first floor. Location is excellent, right at the water and within minutes of walking to plenty of restaurants, coffees, shopping, ... Two small downers were that the restaurant was closed one day for unknown reasons (had to get breakfast outside), and that they forgot to clean my room in the morning after the first night during my 2 night stay. Which was fine... no biggie. Will love to stay there again!

We came to the area for a little family getaway for a night. What we did like: - The location of the hotel is great - super close to downtown Port Washington and the Harbor. - The pool was very warm and clean towels were provided in the pool area. - The decor was nice and modern. Once the renovations are completed, it will be amazing! - Free parking What we were not a fan of: - Having to ask for normal items that were missing from the room (hand soap, an extra roll of toilet paper) - There were obvious things missed and not cleaned (sticky spots on floor, dirty wash cloths under the bathroom vanity, soap dish was dirty) - Front desk employee was just very “blah” about requests or questions and unapologetic about missing items. Maybe it is the standard at this hotel to not provide normal toiletries - as she made it feel. Overall the stay was fine and nothing would necessarily deter us from coming back but a few thing could just be better.

We stay here when we visit family. It is clean. I personally love the beds. We had a view of the water. The other side doesn’t. It is on the water adjacent to a beautiful park and pier. There are shops and dining within asking distance. We love it here. The restaurant was under renovation but we have eaten there before and the food is excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. We love it here and will stay again.

Traveler beware, if they stick you on the 2nd floor make sure not above the bar or near the Main Street. Very hard to sleep with all the bar patrons cheering very loud. Also, every time a car comes by you could hear it through the windows. Not a very good stay. Everything else was good, pool and hot tub a plus

Beautiful property, nice restaurant walking distance, we enjoy the view of the Great Lakes and beautiful colors of Mother Nature. Love the fishing easy access for Salmon. No microwave, wish the property had microwaves in each room.

Great location, room was clean and modern. Bathroom should have remodeled with a real door instead of a barn door. Hotel internet for casting from iPhone to TV did not work. A bit higher on price for area than I expected. Front desk staff was polite, but seemed disinterested.

This hotel has updated and clean rooms, with a large bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful and we appreciated the parking lot just outside the hotel. It is in a great location to explore Port Washington shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Unlike many hotels we’ve stayed at lately, they have cleaning staff available for daily service. Our main concerns were the noise levels from traffic and people walking outside. Although out room was on the third floor, we could hear lots of noise and conversations when in our room.

I travel often. Got to the hotel at 1:45pm, check in was 3pm so I asked if I could check in early. They said the room is ready but if you want to check in early, there’s a $50 fee!!!!! I came back at 2:50 and she said she would let us check in a little early. Then at 7 PM we went to a dinner and a drink as told Cook left early to the kitchen is closed

Room and bedding were great. Had a great view. Checkin was ok at best. Don't try checking in before exactly 4 pm. Was handed the room key and was told nothing else. I had to ask pool hours, key drop-off etc. Not the friendliest staff but again the property itself was great.

Room and bedding were great. Had a great view. Checkin was ok at best. Don't try checking in before exactly 4 pm. Was handed the room key and was told nothing else. I had to ask pool hours, key drop-off etc. Not the friendliest staff but again the property itself was great.

Location, location, location. This hotel is close to everything Port Washington has to offer. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Great location and overall clean and well maintained property. It was a bit noisy being on the 1st floor on the street side of the property but overall we enjoyed our stay and being conveniently located to the shops and restaurants nearby.

Hotel and staff was great. Restaurant had a fire and still wasn’t open. We were never told about this when booking. Someone hit my car in the parking lot and they have no cameras.

Very friendly staff, feel home right at the beginning! Clean, modern, updated (I heard it was renovated recently, you can tell!), well taken care of maintenance, and a nice breakfast/dinner area on the first floor. Location is excellent, right at the water and within minutes of walking to plenty of restaurants, coffees, shopping, ... Two small downers were that the restaurant was closed one day for unknown reasons (had to get breakfast outside), and that they forgot to clean my room in the morning after the first night during my 2 night stay. Which was fine... no biggie. Will love to stay there again!

We had water leakage into our bathroom from upstairs room at midnight which disrupted our sleep. No compensation given, just a bunch of towels. The fitness center is a bunch of dumbbells and treadmill. The surrounding area is very nice with nice access to the harbor and restaurants.

Recent renovation is very nice. The look is clean and modern. Pool is great for kids as but not suitable for laps. Fitness room is minimal but clean. Floor mats could add an important use. The bathrooms suffer from a poorly designed sliding door and distinct lack of hooks and towel bars. Free parking is a real plus. The restaurant is open, light and good views. Menu and food is commendable - breakfast especially. I would recommend to others. We appreciated the walkable downtown and lake front park.

This is a really nice place to stay in a perfect location right downtown and on the water. The rooms are nicely appointed and well maintained. The on-site restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices. Staff are courteous and helpful.
