Need more elevators

We didn't get to stay at all, my sister lost her wallet so we couldn't even check into the hotel

I booked the room because of the free breakfast, when I arrived I was told my stay was to long to have free breakfast every day. I got 2 vouchers for free breakfast and told the rest of my 19 day stay vouchers would be slid under my door, that did not happen. The Fitness Center was upgraded but only one treadmill screen worked. They have conceirge lounge that says come in and enjoy but was Locke. I asked at the front desk and they said it was for elite members only. Sign did not say that. There was a tub in my room and I prefer a walk in shower. None of my concerns when brought to management where addressed just told someone would call me. Never got a call, would not recommend on basis of bad communication if you need anything or have an issue with your room.

Clean room. Great coffee in the a.m.
