I hoped even though it was cheaper, having a rating of around 8, this hotel would be decent. There was a funky smell right when we entered the lobby. I still had some hope. Then we took the elevator and noticed how dirty it was, there was a lot of debris, including a used bandaid on the floor and in the corners. Got to our room and it just smelled unclean. All 3 pillows on one of the beds appeared dirty, 2 of which definitely weren’t stains. The lamp shade looked like it had food, blood or other substance splattered all over it. I found a few pubic hairs between the sheets of the same bed with the dirty pillows. The front desk did provide a new sheet when asked. The smoke detector in the room had been removed, there were just wires where it should have been. The toilet seat had feces on the side. Overall the hotel smelled unclean, appeared unclean, and was not kept in order. The staff was nice enough. Had it not been so late when we arrived I probably would have requested a refund and found another hotel. I rarely leave bad reviews but could not leave this hotel fast enough. We did not stay to try the breakfast. Being that we would never stay here again, I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly, the price was good and the location easy to find. The continental breakfast was awful...no juices, hard breads, cold coffee. Very very thin walls...we listened to the person next door dry heave from 4 to 5AM and doors open and close all night and morning. Lost money in vending machine and desk clerk refused to acknowledge me, the beds were so old and lumpy we both ended up with back aches and there was dirty crusty toilet paper stuck to the wall by the garbage can- gross!

Parking was very convenient. Check-in was easy and straightforward, Property and building although aged was clean and in good condition, room was clean as well and ready for me - it maybe could have used some minor cosmetic repair. NOTE: the non-slip surface in the shower tub was the best I’ve ever experienced at any motel or hotel. I WIlL STAY THERE AGAIN!!

Its location is very convenient for driving, dining, and shopping. Ample parking. The "breaker" kept shutting off the electricity in the dining room resulting in cold coffee and no waffles. Stale bagels. No stopper in the bathroom sink, say goodbye to anything dropped there. Bed sheets with holes. No maid service for 3 days. Room so small we could barely get the suitcase cart into the room. Very little seems to have been reinvested into property upkeep.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff seemed to be attentive and friendly. Ice machine worked well and there were plenty options to eat in the area. Very reasonable price compared to other hotels I was looking at. I'll be back definitely!

The room was fine. Disappointed that pool and Hot tub were out of service. I have encountered this many times since the pandemic. I think most places like saving the expense of a pool or hot tub. That is their choice, but they should quit advertising that they have tis amenity.

Hotel is clean and reasonably priced. Bed was terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and filled with chopped up foam so they were lumpy. And as my husband put it the toilet is unreasonably short. Most likely would not stay here again.

First room smelt like cigarette smoke in it moved to 2nd room and a/c didn’t work and fridge was leaking water all over carpet and was soaked with water. Horrible experience. Stay one night in non air conditioned room they had no other room to put us in. We had to stay had a funeral the next day. We didn’t stay the second night. Now we just found out that we’re not getting a refund. Unacceptable. Kind of Leary booking room through this site again after that experience. Plenty of other site that would help us better in this situation

When i booked the room the pictures showed a nice room when we arrived the room that was given to us was no bigger than a closet photos very deceiving i don't think the ned was even a queen i think it was a full size and as a couple i think we should have gotten a bigger room but i also didn't know people were living there so they got the bigger room

Booked on hotels.com at one rate , picked pay at property which was a mistake because they overcharged me and was not at all interested in refunding the difference Hotel smelled bad Room was dirty Stains on the blanket Fridge didn’t work, was iced up in the back Lamp on table didn’t work Talked to the desk 5 times about being overcharged They kept referring to the manager needing to refund me but he was not getting back to them I had hotels.com contact them and they assured hotels.com that a refund would be issued without incident upon check out They Lied Worst stay I have ever had in a hotel Dishonest Crooks I overheard another guest complaining about a similar problem with them Do not stay here, they don’t deserve anyone’s business 4 days after my stay , I am still trying to get resolve Not counting on anything at this point Stay away from here

When I arrived I asked if they had any rooms available and they said yes they just had five cancellations. I then informed that it was my rooms that were canceled and I would like to have them. They then proceeded to tell me that they were available but at a higher price than originally quoted. They canceled our rooms so they could charge triple the original price. The original cost of reserved rooms was 220. They wanted over $600 for the same rooms for the same amount of time. They did offer to give us rooms at their Sister hotel, which was a night in completely disgusting and in a bad part of town. We ended up paying the extra money because we had no other options and the next day when I was heading towards the lobby, the room that was originally reserved in my name was being cleaned by the housekeeping staff so I peaked in and took a video there was no water damage like y originally claimed. They canceled my rooms solely to charge higher prices.

We had a great stay at this location.berta was the best front desk person we have ever had. Very personable and helpful. We showed up late morning prior to check-in time and she worked very hard to get us a room set up to our satisfaction. Breakfast was good. We enjoy when we can have a full breakfast.

I would not recommend. Front desk check in staff seemed irritated to be at work and rude. There was dirty towels in the room and it was rather run down and unkept. There was partying all through the night and staff did not intervene.

Property was very clean and staff were friendly. Continental breakfast Is exactly what it should be. Area is really with a lot of development happening. New grocery store and target across the stress was a big plus for us. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

Parking was very convenient. Check-in was easy and straightforward, Property and building although aged was clean and in good condition, room was clean as well and ready for me - it maybe could have used some minor cosmetic repair. NOTE: the non-slip surface in the shower tub was the best I’ve ever experienced at any motel or hotel. I WIlL STAY THERE AGAIN!!

Hotel was very safe with staff being around 24/7. Came here alone so that was important to me. Target was right across the street with multiple restaurants and the mall. I would say this is the best location in town. I'll be back in the near future!

Its location is very convenient for driving, dining, and shopping. Ample parking. The "breaker" kept shutting off the electricity in the dining room resulting in cold coffee and no waffles. Stale bagels. No stopper in the bathroom sink, say goodbye to anything dropped there. Bed sheets with holes. No maid service for 3 days. Room so small we could barely get the suitcase cart into the room. Very little seems to have been reinvested into property upkeep.

The staff was friendly, the price was good and the location easy to find. The continental breakfast was awful...no juices, hard breads, cold coffee. Very very thin walls...we listened to the person next door dry heave from 4 to 5AM and doors open and close all night and morning. The pool area was, of course, under construction with zero mention on the website with no eta of a reopen date! Soooo...you get what ya pay for with this one 😏

The room was comfortable. The hotel is understaffed, the desk person took time off of mopping the entrance to check me in. The breakfast needed attention. The only coffee available was in a decaf carafe (orange top) that was on a plate with the heat off, so it was cold. The other carafes were empty.

It was a perfect hotel experience. The rooms, linens, cleanliness, parking and very healthy breakfast with a wide variety of food choices (free!) made our stay happy and easy. Everyone working there served our every need with enthusiasm, kindness, and efficiency. And there was a fridge and a microwave oven in our rooms.

Dark atmosphere, mini fridges either didn’t work or barely cooled, broken doorknobs, keyed entries, only one broken garbage can per room, not given enough towels for each guest, and smelled like pot everywhere. Breakfast was all carbs, milk was set out each day on top of ice, not in it. Same jug of milk till it was empty. But…the staff was cheerful…

Stayed there for the weekend to work at the Taste of Wisconsin in Kenosha. First problem is we checked in at 1:30p.m. and we were charged 40.00 early check in fee. Put stuff in the room and found one of the mattresses was upside down and Housekeeping made the bed that way! I flipped it over and told the desk I would like the bed made over the correct way. Got back around midnite and found the bed the way I left it. I made the bed and was hoping they would service the room the next day. Got back midnite the next night, bed was still unmade and nothing was cleaned. I will stay there again but horrible service. The last thing is we waited 30 minutes for someone to refill the breakfast area just to have coffee.

Place was okay. Definitely didn't feel it was worth the price. There was constant arguments either outside or in the hallways. We arrived late so we were pretty tired. We woke up and notice the sprinklers in our room had been covered with plastic bags. Kind of looked like ir was recently painted but it was hard to tell but thats unacceptable to put anyone's family in danger due to the sprinklers in the room being covered in plastic. I would not recommend anyone stay here as they clearly have no concern for the well being of guests. I reached out to management earlier and have yet to hear a response about the potentially dangerous situation they put my family in.
