The hotel was nice, attached to a conference center with a restaurant and bar. Good breakfast with a room voucher for a specific menu or dollars off the full menu. Sunday morning buffet looked pretty good, but opted for the free breakfast. Room was nice, beds comfortable.

this is a weird and a little bit wonderful place. Looks pretty rundown on the outside and on the inside too and has some odd scents but there’s just something weirdly charming about it all. Maybe I was tapping into a sense of nostalgia because this place is definitely stuck in the ‘80s. did not love the memory foam on top of the bed. It was like a fake memory foam. Towels were very soft. Water pressure was excellent but the showerhead was way too low. Really enjoyed Marty’s restaurant attached to the hotel where we had breakfast. It was actually such a refreshing change to just have a normal breakfast and not all the buffet options you usually get.

The breakfast was very good and everyone was very helpful. We checked in later in the day and it was nice to find out that pool was open until 11. Beds were comfortable and our room was clean. Our only complaint was a couple of towels had some stains on them. We will definitely stay again.

Yes, I would (and will) stay here again. The staff of this hotel are some of the nicest people you will meet. I spoke to the desk staff, housekeeping and ate at the restaurant. Staff are extraordinarily polite and friendly. This is an older hotel. It could use a few updates but it works. Some wallpaper could use updates, etc. It really needs a light in the back parking lot for safety. Additionally, I ate at the steakhouse and it was awful. I had the Friday fish fry and the fish was some sort of cheap, pink, fishy tasting food with a store bought dip. I couldn’t finish a piece of it. My husband had a veiny steak that had been thawed and frozen and thawed again. The fries are poorly made. The morning sausage was also awful. Please cut your menu to items you can specialize in well, get good products (look at your distributors) and hire a better chef. The Friday night cook came out from the kitchen and it was apparent that he takes no pride in his work. It’s a nice looking restaurant. The Reedsburg area could use a nice steakhouse but no one will come when a bad product is delivered. Your wait staff are fantastic. They also know the food is awful. Please remedy this and market your updates. I am a restaurant owner as well.

This is obviously and old, established hotel that was probably in the upper echelon in its heyday. It is very clean; staff is extremely pleasant and price was quite reasonable. Close enough to Wisconsin Dells while avoiding Wisconsin Dell prices. There is no water park, which is okay, you can find many, right down the road. They don't have continental breakfast because an excellent breakfast buffet comes with the price. They have a nice pool and hot tub. Even our five-year-old grandson really enjoyed himself. Would recommend to anyone and have already booked another stay with them.
