Out of cream cheese for the bagels! Room had 4 inches of ice in the refrigerator! Soap left in shower so it wasn’t cleaned! Pool cloudy! Would not come back ! Usually American Inn are nice , very disappointing! Door in room had many scratches like someone trying to break in!

Location was very clean, very quiet and no disturbances, staff very friendly and always helped right away if something was needed. Only issue is the main lobby/ hallways were all pretty humid and pool was VERY cold so we couldn’t be in it long or take our kids in because they were shivering within a minute.

The service was off the chart, they made sure to correct every issue we had. There are some issues that could not be overcome, the hot tub was not working, the service to the site was amateur (at best) some items didn't work at all, ie power blinds.

10 minutes from the Dells & an extra quiet town of 10,000 or so The staff were exceptional as being helpful to 70+ seniors. Breakfast was more than a lot put out with one refilling during the rush. Within an hour from House on the rock making it a perfect place to stay. They accept dogs for a small fee also a big thing for us. 👍👍definitely

Carpet appeared very dirty. Beds not made on mutiple day stay. Toilet seat loose. Hair in shower drain. "Clean" towels were provided daily. Couldn't get microwave to work. Did not use the pool as the water appeared cloudy. We are seniors and having to carry luggage to the 2nd floor was a little rough as there are no elevators. This was one of the worst places we have stayed at.

The sheets were dirty. Thankfully there were two beds, so we slept on the other one. Generally felt dirty and looked run down. The door keys worked sporatically.

The towel rack in the bathroom was not screwed in correctly. I don’t know what time breakfast started at but it was not ready before 7am. I think the pool and hot tub should be cleaned but it wasn’t filthy. The staff are very nice and friendly. The front reception guy is helpful. Very nice family. The rooms were really clean when we went.

My room was spotless. New carpeting, vanity, comfy bed, sheets, pillows, great air conditioners and best of all, a black out shade that completely blocked the lights from the parking lot. A lovely, peaceful, quiet motel.

We could not find the remote for the tv. Husband called desk he brought us another one. We pulled back the blankets to go to bed and there was the remote!! So were the sheets even changed?!!!! Or just remade !!! Yuck ! Bathtub wasn’t to clean either. An empty roll of toilet paper left on the roll ( it had like 2 or 3 squares!)

There were a few issues with the room. The shower was missing the handle bar and there were two holes where it should have been, the toilet seat was broken, and the one bed had dark brown stains on the sheets. The property also had trash and cigarette butts all over it.

Everything was clean. BUT, our bathroom had an area in it that was evident of a water leak from above. It had a large hole in it to drain the water, I suppose. It wasn't very nice to see. Had trouble connecting to the internet. PW was not working, even after contacting the front desk. Not a great channel selection. Not sports people. We did not do the breakfast, which we were not told about. It was unimpressive. No literature in the room, info for the area, fire exists, recommendations for dinning out and other things.Not overly impressed.

Great room qnd the price was a bargain. Room was nice and clean...no smells! I liked the decor/colors- had an updated look. Beds were firm but comfy. I enjoyed the breakfast too. Good selection. I would definitely stay again if i am in the area.

The room was a good size the only complaint we really had is the pillows and bed were too soft. Other than that, everything was great. Also the town was very small and there were not a lot go options for places to eat out that were close to the hotel.

We chose this hotel because we have had good experiences with this brand. This particular one was only rated "good", compared to a couple others in the area that were rated higher. And that rating is accurate. Next time I will go with the higher rated ones. The rooms are kinda small, the tub/shower/bathroom is small, the decor is somewhat depressing, and we were not able to get the tv to get to anything other than Disney Jr. The beds are ok, but if you are short like me, you are in for a climb. Standard hotel pillows. The breakfast is ok if you like just the basics. This hotel could be great if they didn't try so hard to penny-pinch.

Very nice very clean. Our bed was uncomfortable but otherwise very nice facility. They provided a light breakfast of eggs, pancakes and sausage, pastries, yogurt and juice. Would stay again

Overall it was a good experience and we would stay here again. The tv in our room didn't work and the people above us were loud. Neither of which was a deal breaker, it was an overnight stay, not a resort. Lots of great places to eat very nearby, including a Culver's across the parking lot. Kwik Trip down the street. Bedding was clean, breakfast was simple, hotel is updated.

Overall it was a good experience and we would stay here again. The tv in our room didn't work and the people above us were loud. Neither of which was a deal breaker, it was an overnight stay, not a resort. Lots of great places to eat very nearby, including a Culver's across the parking lot. Kwik Trip down the street. A lot of traffic in and out next door cause vehicle noise until late in the evenings. I was on the first floor and could hear other guests walking in the hallway and stairs more than a standard Quantity Inn. The walls are thin.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and would not hesitate to stay here again. It was easy to find, and it's located right next to Culvers and has other restaurants and other services very near to the property. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to answer our questions, and when we did have an issue in our room it was taken care of in minutes. The breakfast bar had a nice selection, was well stocked, and very clean. It does have a pool, but we did not use it.

Staff was SUPER kind and helpful! The building is not new but everything was very clean. Kids loved the pool. Awesome breakfast options including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, muffins, and fruit. Can’t beat it for the price!!! Would definitely stay here again.

It was easy to find, and it's located right next to Culvers and has other restaurants and other services very near to the property. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to answer our questions, and when we did have an issue in our room it was taken care of in minutes. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and would not hesitate to stay here again. It was easy to find, and it's located right next to Culvers and has other restaurants and other services very near to the property. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to answer our questions, and when we did have an issue in our room it was taken care of in minutes. The breakfast bar had a nice selection, was well stocked, and very clean. It does have a pool, but we did not use it.

10 minutes from the Dells & an extra quiet town of 10,000 or so The staff were exceptional as being helpful to 70+ seniors. Breakfast was more than a lot put out with one refilling during the rush. Within an hour from House on the rock making it a perfect place to stay. They accept dogs for a small fee also a big thing for us. 👍👍definitely

The hotel was in a really good convenient area. A Culver’s restaurant across the parking lot was very handy. Room was a good size and in good repair. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was accommodating and breakfast was very good. Love the indoor pool and spa. Hotel was dog friendly. Would recommend to family and friends. Was about 12 miles to Wisconsin dells, and Baraboo Wisconsin.

Overall it was a good experience and we would stay here again. The tv in our room didn't work and the people above us were loud. Neither of which was a deal breaker, it was an overnight stay, not a resort. Lots of great places to eat very nearby, including a Culver's across the parking lot. Kwik Trip down the street. Bedding was clean, breakfast was simple, hotel is updated.

A lot of traffic in and out next door cause vehicle noise until late in the evenings. I was on the first floor and could hear other guests walking in the hallway and stairs more than a standard Quantity Inn. The walls are thin.

I found this hotel clean and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Could use a hair dryer in the room tho..Oh also in my room the towel rack was almost falling off the wall. Location was great with many food options. Will definitely stay here again..

Staff was SUPER kind and helpful! The building is not new but everything was very clean. Kids loved the pool. Awesome breakfast options including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, cereal, muffins, and fruit. Can’t beat it for the price!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Great room qnd the price was a bargain. Room was nice and clean...no smells! I liked the decor/colors- had an updated look. Beds were firm but comfy. I enjoyed the breakfast too. Good selection. I would definitely stay again if i am in the area.

It was a bicycle trip. Everyone made it very easy for me. Told me i could put my bicycle in my so it would be safe. Help me direction on places to eat and my way around town. Check in was simple as at every hotel i stayed at this trip. Breakfast was setup and ready on time. It was much appreciated. As from there to my next stop was going to be longest part of my trip. Wanted to get an early start😃. I don't know how many cyclist they see but they where very helpful. Thank you

Staff was helpful and friendly but the room itself was not good. It gets 2/5 overall from me because the room technically has everything you need (bed, shower, sink, mini fridge and freezer) but they were all in middling to bad quality. There were stains/heavy wear on everything from the floor, to the arm chair, to the bed. The platform sheet under the bed actually had mold on it and there was a blood stain on the blanket. Couldn't really use the freezer in the mini fridge because it was full of ice. When we woke up the next morning, we also saw a cockroach on the floor. There seem to be a lot of full-timers that live at the hotel so several of the parking spots are taken up by derelict vehicles with grass growing underneath them and cardboard covering the windows. The best sight we saw at the hotel was the Culver's next door.
