Overall it was good. Just there to get some rest for one night. Bathroom could use some updating, but the rest of the room was nice. Only complaint is I thought there was continental breakfast and there wasn’t. Could have been my mistake. Oh, and the parking lot was not plowed very well at all.

We stayed at this hotel while traveling. The staff was very polite and helpful. It looked like they were doing ongoing renovations on rooms, but not to impede on current guests. The room was clean at five ft. But the walls around bed, trash, and under sink, etc. had spills so someone should work on that. Fine for a night’s sleep. Spartan, but workable road breakfast, but we figured that.

It was dingy, kinda dirty, and our towels were hairy with someone else’s hair. The AC in our room wouldn’t stay on. The walls looked like they were painted by kindergarteners. The breakfast room was clean and it was quiet.

Check in was a breeze, Room freshly remodeled very nice and clean. There was construction material around outside lts near dumpster, but that was very understandable considering they are remodeling and doing a very good job!

The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean despite the old facilities. The hotel exterior was under renovation so I hope they do the same for the interior. The sleeping area was good. (We received full sized beds instead of queens, however) The bathtub was peeling and the shower didnt work right, but it was super clean with new caulking. I believe the owners are doing thier best. The peice was right!

For the most part it was clean. Some areas that could use dusting is the ceiling corners. The hotel is definitely dated as far as the bathroom tub goes. It could use a new bathtub. The room was a double, however it was missing the other bed. It wasn’t needed but the room felt strange with such an open area and the picture on the wall that would hang over the bed if one was there. The breakfast area was very minimal.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet was plugged and didn't seem to be working properly when we arrived. The air conditioner had to be turned on and off over and over in order for it to work. We stayed in room number 112 in case they would like to repair those issues.

Front desk worker was asleep in another room when we arrived. Took 10 minutes for him to come to the desk to check us in. Room was freezing and took forever to warm up. Vending machine was basically empty. Mini fridge door didn't close. Outlets near the bed didn't work. Tv remote didn't work. "Breakfast" was toast, one cereal, and waffles. No protein. Beds were ok and price was reasonable. But one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had.

I would not stay here again, long story short if you don't want turn down service you place the do not disturb sign on your door which I did, when leaving the room the cleaning guy asked if I wanted turn down and I said no multiple times and had do not disturb on the door, when I walked away he walked into my room anyways while my girlfriend was in there lying on the bed, my brother's room didn't even have a do not disturb sign and they walked in on him and my buddy without knocking to make sure no one was in there before entering!!!! This place is a joke with stuff like that happening!!!!

When I checked in the gentleman that was working was not that friendly, when i have a esa dog and made my reservation i stated I had one, he was going to charge me pet fee and he wanted to know what the dog was for and wanted her card and I said she a esa dog and I refused to pay fee.

When we come to tomah, this is the 9nly place we stay. Staff is wonderful and will help out any way they can. Breakfast is always good. Rooms are clean and large, water is hot and the showers are good.

Called for wake-up for 6:00 am and they woke us up at 4:00 am. I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk, and she thought it was funny. Also we were told that there was a continental breakfast. All they had was cereal, waffles, and toast, coffee, orange juice. At least they should maybe have sweet rolls, and fruit also.

A family-owned and operated business, they were friendly and eager to please. I met and chatted with the owner, his nephew, and other family members. Very nice people. My room was CLEAN and very comfortable. Nice shower, plenty of hot water. Mexican restaurant next door, a nice cheese/gift shop and a Perkins across the street, nearby gas stations and more. I will admit there were some areas, such as the back stairway, that could use some attention, but they're obviously working hard to make it a welcoming place to stay. (They had just had new siding installed.) The price was good. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would return if I'm in the area.

except for a couple stains on the carpet, room is in good shape. Beds were clean and comfortable. Wanted to try mexican restaurant next door but traveling companions not interested. Convenient location,right off the interstate. Breakfast could use some noncarb options but theres a Perkins on otherside of the interstate.

Great bang for the buck! Staff is great and the hotel overall couldn't be better for the price. Breakfast is only waffles or cereal but it's available every morning. Beds are comfortable and I slept great. Stayed a week for a fishing trip.

except for a couple stains on the carpet, room is in good shape. Beds were clean and comfortable. Wanted to try mexican restaurant next door but traveling companions not interested. Convenient location,right off the interstate. Breakfast could use some noncarb options but theres a Perkins on otherside of the interstate.

Called for wake-up for 6:00 am and they woke us up at 4:00 am. I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk, and she thought it was funny. Also we were told that there was a continental breakfast. All they had was cereal, waffles, and toast, coffee, orange juice. At least they should maybe have sweet rolls, and fruit also.

Economic and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Room is clean. Overall a good stay. Hotel is not new, but it is well kept. Breakfast is continental with addition of fresh waffles. The only protein is boiled eggs. Although breakfast is disappointing, it is what was expected.

This was an amazing place for my one night. Very friendly. Basic, tasty breakfast. And a amazing Mexican restaurant literally next-door.

The room was clean, comfortable, exceptionally well furnished - including a really large leather recliner chair. Check in was a bit slow. The fan in the bathroom cannot be turned off and is very loud which makes it difficult to enjoy a relaxing bath - I don't know why so many hotels cheap out on having the fan and the light on different circuits. Breakfast was skimpy. Not sure why breakfast ends at 9 am. Some of us who stay in hotels want a lesiurely start to the day and don't want to feel rushed to get up for breakfast. Even a 9:30 am end to the breakfast would be a significant upgrade.

I was woken up by bugs crawling across my body. Once I chased the bugs down and killed them I was unable to sleep for fear of possible bugs getting into my ears and mouth.

The hotel was decent. Our AC would shut off and not come back on unless you turned it off and back on. Lowered temperature to 62, still wouldn't come back on unless you turned it on and off. The morning desk lady had trouble with English but was nice. I needed a box of Kleenex, that our room didn't have any to begin with. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.

This place had cockroaches, and lot's of ants in the room. If that doesn't bother you then it's a cheap option with a not very exciting breakfast.
