Easy parking

The only reason I picked this hotel is because it accepted dogs. This is a very bare minimum kind of hotel. You are alotted 2 wash cloths & 2 towels with no soap, shampoo, body wash or dish soap. There is not any kitchen supplies and they only wash linens every 2 weeks. If you want to wash your clothes yourself, you can bring them down and pay $2 to wash and $2 to dry. There was a hair ball on the bathroom floor. The check in process took almost 30 min and the worker typed my email incorrectly twice, after he had it written down in front of him. I would not recommend.

The hotel is in a quiet place but easily accessible from a major highway. Rooms are spacious and free parking.

This was the worst hotel we have ever been at. Entire hotel had a bad odor and everything was dirty or war out. No ice machine, coffee, breakfast. We booked 2 rooms with king beds and were told that payment would not be taken until we arrived at the hotel. When we arrived we were told that they only had one room with a king bed.

Very cheap rooms but you get what you pay for. No coffee, no condiments, and no dining chairs in my suite. No pool or fitness room in the establishment either. Breakfast not included also.

I love the pet friendly feature.

The room was an average room. But I was not impressed that we needed to buy dishes ($20) per set and pots and pans($40) . All other extended stay places we have stayed had at least dishes and the minimum pots and pans. I was going to ask if we could get and extra blanket at the desk but I was afraid they would charge $50 for that also. None of this was stated on the website for this place. If we have to come back again we will not be staying here.

The room was very nice. Clean and convenient. Didn't like that there was no ice machine.

The lobby was dirty and the gals were unwelcoming. Rude. Once we got our keys we headed to the 2nd floor. The elevator was filthy. The hall ways smelled horrible, our room was dirty with sticky floors. Hair in tub. Toliet wasn’t clean. Over all terrible. Since we booked with a 2nd party we couldn’t get a refund.

The front desk staff was polite and patient. However, the whole hotel has an unpleasant smell. It was also very dirty. Like… baked in dirt and grime. There was also plastic on the mattress. I left after one night.

The room was very dirty. The lampshade was brown. The floor was visibly dirty and sticky. There was no soap in the bathroom. It smelt bad.

The area was nice & quiet. Near a shopping mall. It felt safe up until I walked in to check in. The hallway smelled, the room smelled. It didn't smell like a hotel, but an apartment. Right when we walked into our hotel room, we were greeted with a stench of uncleanliness. I definitely recommend a deeper clean if they want to get rid of the odor. Definitely not staying here again.

The carpet was so badly stained and so gross! I had a hard time sleeping because it was so bad. There was marijuana smell throughout the hotel and the bathroom and kitchen area were in bad need of repair as well. The tv did not work and had to go to the desk to get help with that. I do have to say though the help working there could not have been nicer! I would never pay that kind of money for a room that was in such bad shape. Also they said they served breakfast and all they had was a few granola bars and no coffee even! So disappointing after spending all that money!

This location was NOT clean. Filthy room, bathroom and kitchenette equipment. Fridge and microwave, dated and dirty. Bedding full of stains and hair. Would never return.

Hotel cleaness is terrible

The rooms were disgusting. The floors were extremely dirty. It smelled like marijuana in the hallway. There is no staff onsite after 10pm. I was told the outside doors looked at 10pm and would need room key to enter building. We returned after 10pm and the doors were not locked. Do NOT stay here!

The place looked okay, a little dated but the maids did their jobs. Unfortunately they are incapable of killing all the bed bugs which were everywhere once it was dark outside. And the parking lot was full of people playing loud music/hanging out like a tailgate party late at night even. I left immediately

The room faced the highway but was surprisingly very quiet and I heard very little noise from the other guests. The bedding was clean and comfortable but the floor and surfaces could have been cleaned better. Glad I had my flip flops to wear around the room. The room had a strong, odd smell but I couldn’t tell exactly what it was, but my interpretation would be musky cologne combined with cleaning products. It didn’t bother me that much while I was there but my clothes and gear absorbed the odor and I could smell it after I got home.

It wasnt bad but it wasnt the greatest place. The building in general in and out the room was old and very worn out. It wasnt dirty but very dingy. It was affordable though.

Everything was fine, but we checked in at 1 AM and they hotel was doing “an audit.” We could not check in and the front desk said it takes an hour. We had to wait in the lobby from 1-2 AM before we could check in.

Front deak attendant was extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel is a dump. There are people living there and it’s creepy. NOT happy. I am very glad I wasn’t by myself.

The room was comfortable and The hotel staff was great! Especially Walmar! She was nice and checked me in after hours and double checked my room to make sure everything was fine before giving me my key. I’ll most definitely be back! The staff is awesome

Horribly rude staff extremely unprofessional left after two nites horrible experience

Everything about our stay went well and Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Only issue was there was no soap, shampoo, or water glasses in the room and the hairdryer was missing. Had to go to front desk to get soap and shampoo. But everything was clean and comfortable otherwise.

They were very rude . The rooms smell like cat piss... First room they put me in smelled like dirty kitty litter as we as the second room. The fan in the bathroom sounded like running tow truck when you turn it on .. Also the bathroom sink was stopped up he offered me a plunger and said he was the only one there and couldn't come see about it😡😡😡 High drug traffic and use .. No Camars in The building on any floor ONLY BY THE FRONT DESK..THEY SHUT THE FRONT DEST DOWN AT 10 PM TIL 10 AM .. THE NIGHT PERSON THAT WORKS IS A VERY LAZY AND DISRESPECTFUL guy left a tennis bracelet in the first room while moving my things to another room the night guy refuse to open the door so that I could get it..HAD TO CALL THE COPS AFTER TWO HRS OF TRYING TO RETRIEVE IT.. SO TWO HRS GO BY VOPS GET HIM TO OPEN THE DOOR FOR IT TO NOT BE THERE. KEEP IN MIND NO CAMARS ON ANY FLOOR.. THE NIGHT SHIFT SARCASTICALLY STATED THAT AFTER THE FACT THAT I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY ROOM AFTER THE COPS LEFT AND HE HAD TO LET ME IN WITH A SMIRK AND A GRIN ON HIS FACE AS HE TOLD ME I THOUGHT YOU WERE LEAVING I TOLD HIM NO I WASN'T LEAVING UNTIL THE MANAGER CAME AS Y'ALL STATED I HAD TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND I WASN'T GOING ANYWHERE UNTIL THE CAMERAS WERE REWINDED HE STATED TO ME THAT THERE WERE NO CAMERAS BASICALLY HE HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO GO IN THERE STEAL MY BRACELET AND SAY THAT THERE WAS NO BRACELET THERE IT WAS A 2-HOUR TIME FRAM They don't clean the rooms . The check in process was speedy. The room was clean. However we were locked out of our room over an hour because keys were not working and had to sit in the lobby for an extended period of time. No one came to help and found out later staff member was on site the entire time.

First off my house has mold and I needed a place quickly. I have 2 kids 5 & 2 so I was very concerned about staying in a hotel. I also needed to be able to cook meals and store food. I looked thru 20 hotels price and SAFETY WITH EXTREME CLEANLINESS BEING MY MAIN CONCERN'S! I saw this only had 2.5 ratings but it had a full kitchen so I said let's try it for at least a week taking a chance! I didn't know what to expect, but to my Wonderful surprise it Has turned out to be A DIAMOND IN THE RUFF! OPEN THE DOOR NO FOUL SMELL BEDS WERE FRESHLY MADE SHEETS CLEAN! NOT A ONE BEDBUG (MY BIGGEST FEAR!) NICE FULLY FUNCTIONING KITCHEN GOOD SIZE ROOM BATHROOM IS BEAUTIFUL AND NEW A LITTLE ON THE SMALL SIDE BUT NO COMPLAINTS! MY ONLY THING I DISLIKED IS HOUSE KEEPING COULD SWEEP N MOP BETTER AND WIPE DOWN A LITTLE MORE! BUT OVER ALL AFTER I CLEANED UP MY WAY IT WAS FINE! IT WASN'T NASTY JUST COULD DO BETTER FOR THE PRICE PAID!!! There was a sour smell in the room like something had gone bad in the fridge but the room had not been aired out afterwards. Only 3 pillows in the bed for 2 people and they were the flattest pillows I’ve ever slept on. There were 2 bags of garbage in the hall outside another room and they were there all night. For the price, we didn’t expect luxury, but things could have been better. Also the location made it impossible to walk anywhere due to lack of sidewalks and being surrounded by very busy roads.

First off, the room smelled like smoke. We paid for a queen and clearly, this was NOT a queen or half-a-queen bed. The pillows were awful. Went to the front desk to grab another and was told there were no pillows left or clean linen for pillows. Check-in was simple. Did find a couple of flying bugs in the room when we arrived. This is never a good sign. GREAT location, but you definitely have better options nearby.

Great location, clean, least expensive. Several people in their cars in the parking lot morning and night.

Staff was very friendly. I understand that it was an extended stay hotel but coffee in the room or at least in the lobby would have been nice. Told us we could go to Denny's

My stay is always comfortable and relaxing at extended stay but I wish they brought back breakfast. Coffee after a good nights rest is much needed along side a muffin.

No phone in our room. And then no hot water. Staff were nice and switched us rooms. Remote in room worked intermittently as it had clear tape on back of it. Tape was also holding up the towel rack. Property is very old and dated. Grab and go breakfast was basically a granola bar and coffee near the front desk. Staff were nice and courteous

The room had kitchen top edging that was falling off. In the bathroom there was no soap, Kleenex, and no TP holder and was just sitting on the counter. Had a smell of cigarette smoke still in it, although it was a non-smoking hotel. Not really good service, and no coffee or breakfast even when it said breakfast included when I booked.

Property did not look like online pictures. Room wasnt clean. Carpet dirty as well as fridge. Breakfast was only a muffin or granola bar not a full breakfast. Quality of the hotel does not match their room rates.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had while visiting hotel staff beyond rude and disrespectful visibly racist, not to mention false advertisement, no breakfast and unreasonable. Vending prices would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Upon arrival the front desk clear never made eye contact or said any greeting. Hallways smelled like kitty litter. Refrigerator was stained and looked dirty. Curtains are old and full of holes. One garbage can in the room. No little coffee pot which I didn’t realize when I booked despite having a kitchenette.
