We had to wait 10 minutes or more for someone to cover the front desk for check-in. The sheets & duvet were yellow there were stains visible and very wrinkled. Breakfast was cold. We will not be staying there again.

The breakfast was very good and everything was hot and filled when getting low. The hot tub was fine. My room was clean. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful.

Check in we were charged over #50 than the rate given by Hotels com. The manager said it was because we had our grandson with us. I was the one that told him our reservation confirmation was only 2 adults. He said the child would be $25 more per night. The vending machine, when using a card, because it would not take cash, charged $5.00 each for a candy bar and then you wait for an adjustment on your account which reflects the actual charge. No waffle mix for breakfast the first day. Told someone. She never returned. Hallways dirty and not vacuumed. Room was fairly clean. Bed uncomfortable. Mattress sits on a metal frame with rails to hold it in place. Still shifts around and metal stoppers hurt the back of my legs every time in and out. No upholstered seating, just a deck chair. Had a room that had an adjoining door and the desk was shoved against it. Distance beside one bed and wall was about a foot so had to walk in sideways to get into bed. Worse trying to get out. All in all a crummy room with a nice vanity and sink. Basketball hoops entertaining but could replace torn nets. Pool temp was too cool for being heated. Nice pool area. Just not what we expected so disappointed and will make another choice next visit.

Great spread of breakfast, not the day to day...hot tub was nice and loved the back patio for a fire in the evenings
