Please don’t even consider this place. Dirty….smelled like mildew and urine combined. Hole in the wall covered by paper. Sketchy other guests appeared to be staying long term? Front door took force to open once closed and the stairs to second floor were loose and broken. Did not feel safe at all.

It was just about what you'd expect from a cheap small-town roadside motel. Be careful if you are bringing a dog, the didn't give any indication of an upcharge on the expedia site but tried to tack on 10 bucks when I arrived. All they need to do is put it on the website. Other than that, the product matched the price and the expectations.

Bathroom sing was dirty it has someone hairs. It seemed like someone shaved hair and it’s just sitting there. It’s gross!! The fridge wouldn’t close at all. The light is too dim not bright enough!

there was glitter all over the room...if it had been cleaned..it wasn't cleaned very well...i didn't even climb into the bed..slept on top...

Horrible! Dirty dirty dirty!! Everything! Hallway to room was very dirty and smelled horrible! Some guy was sleeping on the floor in the hallway. Room was sooo dirty and smelled awful! We did NOT stay! Front desk service was horrible. Don’t speak english and always mumbling!!! Couldnt hear what was said. Very frustrating! Never ever go there again!!!

Every night, I walked into my room, and it reeked of cigarettes. I talked to the front desk about changing my room.And they refused, so I asked for a refund, and they told me no no refunds. And then he told me if you want a refund, call the cops.

So, let's be honest, this is the lowest price option in Wis Rapids for a reason. it's a rundown place that needs a rebuild. But, everything was clean, the beds and linens were comfortable. We had a problem opening a window and they were prompt in responding. They also loaned us a fork to eat our carry-out. We were there for the waterski show tournament and just needed a place to sleep. While all the other hotels price-gauge, this place remains cheap, and was available at the last minute.

We stayed one night here. It was fine. The place is old, so we didn't expect it to be in like-new condition. We appreciated that guests were assigned rooms apart from each other, not crowded right next door. This provided a quieter night, because guests were distanced several rooms from each other.

This is what you pay for. It's a old place that needs to be updated. The bathroom was the worst...slippery tub, no soap, no kleenex, and just overall not the cleanest room. Location was good for what we needed and had a large refrigerator!

Arrived and was told they did not have my reservation. Looked through papers and found it. Spent the night to be woken at 3:30 by a guy outside my bedroom window yelling and screaming and arguing with someone. Could not call office due to phone not working. Laid in bed for an hour listening and hoping the guy did not come through my window or door. Finally called 911 and had Police come. By the time the police shows the guy went into his room next door. Could not sleep the night and left early morning with no one in office to complain to.

There is a lot of trash and equipment sitting outside on the sidewalk. The lady at the front desk did not speak English very well and was hard to understand. We did not feel safe as people are hanging around outside and the place just appears "trashy".

Did not stay here!! Place was very run down.Not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. Very questionable people hanging around. Did not feel safe staying there with my 11 yr old granddaughter. Lost my money on this choice!!!

Pros- centrally located to almost anything you'll need. Look on the outside is to be desired but room looked good on the inside. Front desk attendant was helpful ans pleasant to talk too. Cons- water to the toilet was not on upon arrival, the refrigerator was not plugged in, and there was a wire poking out in the bed. Things they could improve on- The shower curtain needs washing and they need a waste basket in the bathroom. My room didn't have an iron or ironing board while others did. Overall even with the cons it was a nice room and I would stay there again.

Staff were very pleasant and nice. Made use of the laundry facilities, very helpful. Everything in the room worked as it's supposed to. Enjoyed the Japanese restaurant attached to the property.

You get what you pay for. This was the last hotel with rooms available. The hotel is going through renovations cheaply. This room may be done, but the quality is poor. The sheets are threadbare and the blankets and quiltings are old. Pillows were good. Towels were excellent. Amenities poor. We had to go home for a health emergency notified them Friday evening at check-in that we would be leaving at 7:00 am Saturday and not staying Saturday night. They refused to refund our payment for Saturday evening.
