Be careful if you are bringing a dog, the didn't give any indication of an upcharge on the expedia site but tried to tack on 10 bucks when I arrived. All they need to do is put it on the website. Horrible! Dirty dirty dirty!! Everything! Hallway to room was very dirty and smelled horrible! Some guy was sleeping on the floor in the hallway. Room was sooo dirty and smelled awful! We did NOT stay! Front desk service was horrible. Don’t speak english and always mumbling!!! Couldnt hear what was said. Very frustrating! Never ever go there again!!!

So, let's be honest, this is the lowest price option in Wis Rapids for a reason. it's a rundown place that needs a rebuild. But, everything was clean, the beds and linens were comfortable. We had a problem opening a window and they were prompt in responding. They also loaned us a fork to eat our carry-out. We were there for the waterski show tournament and just needed a place to sleep. While all the other hotels price-gauge, this place remains cheap, and was available at the last minute.

We stayed one night here. It was fine. The place is old, so we didn't expect it to be in like-new condition. We appreciated that guests were assigned rooms apart from each other, not crowded right next door. This provided a quieter night, because guests were distanced several rooms from each other.

This is what you pay for. It's a old place that needs to be updated. The bathroom was the worst...slippery tub, no soap, no kleenex, and just overall not the cleanest room. Location was good for what we needed and had a large refrigerator!

Arrived and was told they did not have my reservation. Looked through papers and found it. Spent the night to be woken at 3:30 by a guy outside my bedroom window yelling and screaming and arguing with someone. Could not call office due to phone not working. Laid in bed for an hour listening and hoping the guy did not come through my window or door. Finally called 911 and had Police come. By the time the police shows the guy went into his room next door. Could not sleep the night and left early morning with no one in office to complain to.

There is a lot of trash and equipment sitting outside on the sidewalk. The lady at the front desk did not speak English very well and was hard to understand. We did not feel safe as people are hanging around outside and the place just appears "trashy".

Did not stay here!! Place was very run down.Not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. Very questionable people hanging around. Did not feel safe staying there with my 11 yr old granddaughter. Lost my money on this choice!!!

Was clean, nice room and bedding. Amenities were slim. Just refridge and small microwave. No coffee maker. Long plumbing feed from hot water heater to secondary building meant it took a while to get hot water in the shower, but was fine when it came. Small size TV, but did have a full gamut of Spectrum cable TV service, which is rather uncommon in hotels and very welcomed. We were able to watch the Brewers game and Golf channel, which is not normally possible in a lot of hotels. Convenient location to Lake Arrowhead and Sand Valley golf (16 minute drive straight up HWY 13). If you just want something basic for a good nights sleep (was very quiet) and don't want to pay a lot of money for amenities, this is the best fit and closest lodging to the golf courses for under $100.

Owners are attempting to renovate the property, but the rooms should not be rented out until they are done!! Plastering had been done in our room and it had not been dusted. Dust was on the bedrolls, door handles, floor moldings, etc. Towels were updated, but sheets were worn. Refrigerator was updated. Price was great, but that was the only thing, I suggest people check their room before committing to it.
