Too noisy. Even at 3 in the morning on a week night. The tub faucet leaked. The microwave was unplugged and you had to be a contortionist to find a way to plug it in. Two dirty socks were found in our room. Not ours. No protein offered for breakfast. Has a pool. Not open.

One of our hand towels had makeup on it (we didn’t even bring makeup) and the carpet by the door was sticky. One of the bed had blue stains on the sheets and water only came out of a few holes in the shower. We specifically chose this hotel because it was affordable and had a pool, but the pool was closed all weekend. There was an “interesting” smell in the stairwell. Won’t be staying here again.

The good: Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Right across the street from the 24 hour Sheetz. Quiet, but not abandoned. The Ugly: pool was broken (still from COVID) Crackheads stole the elevators so you have to take the stairs.

First: Expedia did not give the property my pre-paid reservation information so it took an hour to check in while they worked it out with the front desk. Next: no elevator! Stairs to second floor were dangerous because the treads are tearing away from the steps and the hand rails are filthy. In the room: stains on doors and walls, dirty drips on walls in bathroom, wood molding tearing away from divider in closet, bathroom door would not fully close, paint chipping off, and bugs! Black beetles 😬. Air conditioner filthy and so noisy we couldn’t sleep with it on.

The staff were nice but overall the facility is run down. Our room was humid, despite attempts to raise or lower the air conditioning. Clothing was damp and our bathing suits never dried. The breakfast was decent and included hot items. Pool was okay but we never saw anyone clean it and there was trash around it. We often had the pool to ourselves which was nice.There appear to be many long term residents at the hotel who are a bit sketchy. It is a non smoking facility but folks sit nearby and smoke more than cigarettes. We definitely won't stay again. The dogs were better than the people.

The beds were comfy, and the room was spacious enough for our family. The staff was very kind and helpful. The main downside was how many repairs needed to be done to the property. The main stairwell's trimming was coming off and the nails could be seen. Pieces of the EXIT stairwell steps were also breaking off. It was a little annoying to be able to hear the next room's TV while we were trying to sleep.

Property was fine it is a little older and showed its age. The room was clean and the outdoor pool was refreshing and well kept. We did have a major problem with the people in the next room being loud they partied until about 230 am. We called the front desk several times and the did best they could. This is not a high end hotel at all and they have to put up with all sorts of clientele. so not sure if it was the location or just our dumb luck to have such such inconsiderate people next to us. I had to work the next day and 5 hours of sleep was not enough.

Room and hotel itself were very dirty. I saw multiple roaches while I was there and I’m sure there were a ton more that I didn’t see. I had to put all my stuff in bags so I didn’t take the bugs home with me. Only benefit of this hotel was that it was close to my travel job and dog friendly.

The staff was wonderful, and let us check into our two rooms early. However, the waste bin in one of the bathrooms was filled with a mystery liquid that we had to dump out, and both rooms had a very strong musty odor. The bathroom fan didn't work; the bathroom lights sometimes cut out, the pillows were pretty uncomfortable, and the streaming service in one of the rooms kept buffering us out. The stairs were showing major signs of wear. The upper hall had an uneven spot that I tripped on and nearly fell over. The breakfast room was clean and well-kept, and met expectations. While the property is a cheaper option compared to alternatives, the rooms (particularly the bathrooms) could use a much-needed upgrade from the current condition. Everything was very rusted and stained, and there were several dead bugs in the ceiling light. The bedroom was average in comfort and condition, but the white comforter had a few obvious blood stains from previous guests that should have been noticed by staff.

Breakfast was terrible. There weren’t enough towels and they would not honor a request for more. There was not enough toilet paper, house cleaning put sheets on the bed that were very wrinkled and of questionable cleanliness. The hotel smelled terrible. The room smelled musty and smoky. The air conditioner vents were corroded with dust and dirt. It was very noisy. The eggs were watery. The sausage was greasy, and the waffle machine did not cook properly. The manager was short and curt whenever a request was made. After housekeeping came in to clean the room they did not replace any shampoo, conditioner, soap, or toilet paper. They left a very small half roll in the bathroom with no spare. We will not be staying again. children were running in the room above us for hours.

Overall I had no issues with the Hotel, However we found Bed Bugs on our last day of our stay.. Staff didn't offer any rebate just said thank you for letting us know.

the fridge in my room didn't work, which I discovered when the soda was warm and the leftovers were spoiled. heater would only turn on if set to 78, and wouldn't cut off until I lowered the thermostat below that, so either off or on, nothing automatic. walls were paper thin. I heard the neighbor on both side of me and they heard me. While talking to family back home the front desk called to tell me the folks next door complained about the noise. TV wasn't on, I was alone in the room, only talking on the phone, and it was loud enough to bother folks. The "eggs" at the free breakfast were inedible. The sausage was a little better, but I still only ate half of one. Location was great, staff were friendly, but I won't be staying here again until they do some major renovations.

My room was clean, but there were some problems. I had looked forward to using the jacuzzi in the room, but it was non-functional. I would have appreciated knowing that before I tried to use it. The heating register was incredibly noisy - I had to turn it of in order to sleep. On the bright side - breakfast was good and the front desk person, Jennifer, was amazing!

Our stay was comfortable. We don't need anything fancy. We came for a travel football tournament at the local high schools. The free breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. Mini fridge is always great to have in a room. Some outlets on the lamps didn't work and the microwave did not work no matter where I tried to plug it in. The room was pretty dark. No overhead lights at all except in the bathroom, only 3 lamps and all had dull and dim lightbulbs. The main source of light was sunlight and opened curtains. No elevator. But everything else was great. Room was clean and quiet.

Our stay was so that we could visit a sick parent at the VA hospital. The parent’s health declined and they went into hospice. The plans changed quickly and we had to leave a day earlier than originally planned to take care of the parents belongings. I knew our plans may change from our reservation dates and inquired daily about potentially checking out earlier than our reservation dates. I was told I would have to speak to the manager the day of early check out. The evening before early check out I inquired. The clerk took a message and attempted to reach the off duty manager and would contact me when she received an answer on a possible refund. I did not receive any information that evening. The day of check out the manager was not yet in and would arrive at 9 am that day. The information would be provided when they arrived. I was told they had my credit card information an would provide the refund, if permitted, to my card. I never received a refund.

Black beetles 😬. Air conditioner filthy and so noisy we couldn’t sleep with it on.

First: Expedia did not give the property my pre-paid reservation information so it took an hour to check in while they worked it out with the front desk. Next: no elevator! Stairs to second floor were dangerous because the treads are tearing away from the steps and the hand rails are filthy. In the room: stains on doors and walls, dirty drips on walls in bathroom, wood molding tearing away from divider in closet, bathroom door would not fully close, paint chipping off, and bugs! Do not stay here. Stay in Martinsburg. The ladies working breakfast were so very nice. And the lady working cleaning the rooms was so very nice. But front desk, not so much.

Traveling north on I-84 this property was 12 miles off the highway and once you arrived it was an additional 5 miles for ANY food services Also the property was very dated! The toilet barely flushed, the toilet paper holder was broken, the towels were skimpy, the tub/shower safety bar was missing, the shampoo containers didn’t work and the hair dryer also didn’t work! The bed was fine and the TV and refrigerator worked And to date this was the highest priced of the other properties in this price range!

The good: Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Right across the street from the 24 hour Sheetz. Quiet, but not abandoned. The Ugly: pool was broken (still from COVID) Crackheads stole the elevators so you have to take the stairs.

It was a nice place to sleep while touring around the area. It was not far from any of the attractions we were visiting (harpers ferry, shepherdsville, skyline drive, caverns etc.) The complimentary breakfast was great, staff were nice. Rooms were older but had everything we needed and was clean enough.

Too noisy. Even at 3 in the morning on a week night. The tub faucet leaked. The microwave was unplugged and you had to be a contortionist to find a way to plug it in. Two dirty socks were found in our room. Not ours. No protein offered for breakfast. Has a pool. Not open.

Bathtub had a serious drip. After a shower, the drip went all over the floor. This happened twice. Staff did not pick up the wet mildewy towels. Instead they just left clean towels in the hallway. No coffee maker. Weekend breakfast didn’t open until 7am. Breckfast ran out of coffee.

Breakfast was terrible. There weren’t enough towels and they would not honor a request for more. There was not enough toilet paper, house cleaning put sheets on the bed that were very wrinkled and of questionable cleanliness. The hotel smelled terrible. The room smelled musty and smoky. The air conditioner vents were corroded with dust and dirt. It was very noisy. The eggs were watery. The sausage was greasy, and the waffle machine did not cook properly. The manager was short and curt whenever a request was made. After housekeeping came in to clean the room they did not replace any shampoo, conditioner, soap, or toilet paper. They left a very small half roll in the bathroom with no spare. We will not be staying again. children were running in the room above us for hours.

This was my second stay. The price is, obviously, more than reasonable. So reasonable that you may question the quality. This hotel is clean, the rooms are nice with microwaves and fridge (always a plus.) My only real complaint is that breakfast could use some protein. I do want to say that each time I've stayed, the front desk staff have been EXCEPTIONALLY helpful, which I appreciate.

Our stay was comfortable. We don't need anything fancy. We came for a travel football tournament at the local high schools. The free breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. Mini fridge is always great to have in a room. Some outlets on the lamps didn't work and the microwave did not work no matter where I tried to plug it in. The room was pretty dark. No overhead lights at all except in the bathroom, only 3 lamps and all had dull and dim lightbulbs. The main source of light was sunlight and opened curtains. No elevator. But everything else was great. Room was clean and quiet.

Room was clean. There was a tile missing in the bathroom and some of the grout however it was clean. I have a jacuzzi tub and there was plenty of hot water to fill it each night. My tv was showing no signal however I spoke with the woman at the desk and she walked me through restarting the cable box. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great hotel for the cost.

It was a very nice place. They had a very nice breakfast. Most of the staff were very friendly and cordial. Exercise room was nice. Pool was nice. We had 2 rooms. One with carpet. One hard floor. Request the NO carpet room. Much nicer ,fresher and smells much better!!

The room was very comfortable and clean. Daily housekeeping was efficient and thorough. Towels were soft, and so white! Beds were so comfortable. The breakfast and concessions were on time. Pool was clean. Kayla and Jennifer were awesome! Friendly, accommodating, efficient. These two made sure there was fresh coffee 24/7, which this coffee fiend just loved! Honey was unfriendly and appeared irritated with ANY interaction. She appeared to hide behind the desk, never looking up when people came in. God forbid there was a trouble maker or a thief coming in because she and everyone in the building would definitely be in danger. Lobby coffee stayed empty when she was in duty. Just overall appeared to be an unfriendly person. It was a good stay overall.

The room was very run down (needs a lot of TLC) floor was very uneven thru out the room, smoke detector was hanging off the wall. The bed was not stable on the frame, the bathroom toilet ran every 12 minutes . The lobby was dirty stood at the front desk for ten minutes to check in the attendant was busy shopping online. The breakfast was horrible!! The long term residences that stay at the motel helped themselves first and the rest of the paying guest chose from what was left over. The long term residents were walking around with no shirts on standing at the front desk. Throwing cigarette butts all over the parking lot. No staff wore name badges or proper attire you could not tell the staff from the long term residents staying there. Not to mention the random people sleeping in the hallway. Would not recommend a stay here.

DONT DO IT! Even if you’re thinking oh it’s cheap it’s one night. No. Trash everywhere wet carpets all throughout broken locks rooms without locks wide open and housing the locally unhoused. Spent about 8 hrs total there. Slept and that was it * stripped stained bed before getting in to it
