Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean.

This was by far this WORST IHG hotel I've ever been too. I get in around 5 pm EST after a long drive from Kentucky. I just want to shower and sleep. The front desk lady was very nice ! She gives me room 301 I go up the only elevator avaible in the facility (awkward), and the entire room is gross. The beds were completely stripped. black and brown stains all over the beds, one bed even had ared stain on the mattress. The pillows had black stains. And I will spare you the details of the USED bathroom. I just go back downstairs and let her know. She immediately apologizes and gets me another room. 409.. The beds were cleaned and that was about it. I had to wipe down drinks stains off of every table surface. And wash out the long beautiful strands of hair in the bathtub. The biggest reason I will NEVER stay at this location ever again, NEVER in my 15 years of traveling for work have I encountered a hotel that has a time limit on their hot water. I was not even showering for 10 mins before I noticedd the temperature droppping and when it dropped, it went COLD. So the long waited shower I was hoping for ended up being a cold gym locker style shower. That is not what I paid for

All staff encountered were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The lobby, elevator, hallways and the room were all immaculately clean, neat and orderly. The place seemed new or recently extensively remodeled. The continental breakfast looked good but all I had was the biscuits and gravy and that was good. The freshly ground coffee in the lobby was a very pleasant surprise.

Clean room. The woman at the front desk when I was checking in was so nice and friendly.
