The photos I looked through showed the room that I booked having two TVs.. One in front of each bed, however mine only had one which was a pain as I have 11 years between my oldest child and youngest child so they don’t enjoy the same entertainment. My Son could only use the Wi-Fi on his phone and couldn’t access it on his Xbox when he was able to use the tv which was unfortunate since he packed a duffel bag full of his gaming equipment. The pool was clean and warm which did help to occupy them. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The sink in our room kept clogging up and we had little to no hot water for our showers. After a long drive you want to get a hot shower! The elevator was down which we understand things happen however we were put on the 3rd floor and had to commute the stairs. The room was clean!

They were renovating, but not too much of a problem. It snowed and the parking lot was not cleared. Ice machines were not working other than the first floor. You could hear everything going on in the hallway or around you, so not great for privacy. But the staff were all pleasant the the breakfast was really good.

The elevator was broken and our room was on the 5th floor. The faucet in the shower was broken and had no hot water. The did switch us rooms but I would have expected a discount rate

Most of staff were pleasant and helpful with the exception of the dayshift clerk/mgr. Our room wasn't cleaned for 6 days we complained to night shift and he gave us clean towels/washclothes. On day 6 complained to morning clerk and she told us was supposed to be cleaned every 4 days and we were supposed to bring the dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones. Told us it was on he paper in our room. I told her to show me on the paper where it said that! It didn't the paper said we were suppose to have a refresh every day. Beds made,towels replaced and trash removed. When we arrived the toilet was constantly running, i reported it to the front desk. Took 2 days for them to get to it after reporting it again. Door handle on main door didn't work properly. There wasn't a good selection for breakfast. There were a lot of knats in the breakfast area. The laundry room was out of order the whole time we were there. Internet was mostly non working. We left 2 nights early due to poor service but still charged for them. Would not recommend this hotel!

Overall the hotel was okay, the room was clean. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast was good. My only complaint was the pool area- alot of mold all over the walls, ceiling, and chairs- along with a visivle ring of dirt aroud the pool, it was very disappointing as the was the inly reason we stayed there. Wont ever stay here again!

It seems the building is cared for. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Two things. You have a large property here and I’m sure it gets filled often. But the space allocated to get a breakfast is ridiculously small. We had people standing trying to eat standing. One family loaded into their van. Maybe they were leaving. There is a conference room just adjacent. Perhaps making that into over flow. Number 2. And it is temporary but the storage containers on the property really take up the parking! I know that it will be temporary. So I’m not complaining. Just sharing insight to anyone who reads these.

Continental breakfast was excellent, a few things I was disappointed in the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. The vent in the bathroom did not work when I told the lady at the front desk she said they all were not working. I also inquired about the laundry mat and which was one thing I wanted to use and they said it was out of order.

This was an Ok place to stay. The only reason we stayed here was to take a daughter to the pool on our way home. Hours listed on website 8-11. We tried swimming at 730 pm it’s closed. And was told by night worker opened at 8am. Didn’t open til 10. Front desk was rude about it too in the morning. No one seemed like they wanted to help. Also when I asked for a bath stopper for our bath the lady said, looks like you’re Outta luck since your room doesn’t have it. Couldn’t even use the bathtub to give kids baths. The room was clean. the elevator felt like a death trap. Overall would not stay here again.

Room card never worked. Staff apologized each time. Dogs barking in the night. Handicap room 401 did have accommodations but not the toilet. Doors slamming. Very dirty. I understand renovations but extremely dirty and very disheveled. Will not stay here again due to the level of disorganization and uncleanliness. Staff were apologetic

Chose the hotel for their pool, entire hotel was under construction so amenities were not available. These details should be clarified before booking. Hotel was very unclean, not construction related. Items from previous tenants were still in room. Very disappointed for paying over $200 for one night.

Remodeled room that had a filthy shower rust stains on the walls. Toilet lid was filthy underneath it. Doors slammed shut in hallway. Key card hardly worked had to pull the handle hard just for the key to work. I use holiday inn 3 times a wk this is by far my worst experience

When we arrived after a long day of driving, we wanted to go to our room and make arrangements for our next day and night of travel. Unfortunately, the Internet Wi-Fi was not available in the rooms. We would’ve had to go to the lobby and sit there, which we did not feel like doing at 9:30 at night, it was a pain not having that service. The staff was very nice especially the desk manager. She was there the night we got in and there first thing in the morning. Kudos to her for showing up for work when others don’t. The place is very dated, and the room had a funny smell to it. It needs extreme updating. Would not recommend.

Comfortable bedding, clean rooms and friendly staff. Needs renovations desperately. Fridge in room did not work and was not told it did not work so had to throw out what we had in the fridge. No WiFi in the room. Good breakfast however they was out of several breakfast items.

It was a good experience. The only issue I had was the bed was too high for me to get into easily. I am 5 feet tall and it was a struggle to get into the bed. My elderly brother had a little issue as well. It would be nice to have a freezer in the fridge in the room. The staff was great as was the breakfast.

Well pleased with the comfort of the rooms and cleanliness of the property. The breakfast was such a bonus - everyone eat well and were set for the day. Highly recommend the property for any traveler.

Hotel is undergoing a reno and most of it is complete and very nicely done. Bed is comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, dear hotel planners, something MUST be done about the door to each room. It is no where near a “soft close” and I was kept up all night by my neighbors going in and out of rooms and slamming the door each time. Very frustrating when you have a long drive ahead of you and get no rest beforehand!

Our stay with you was very disappointing. The doors to our room were very hard to open, the drains in the shower and sink were very slow to drain water, there was no ice available unless we went down to the lobby, and no wi-fi unless we were in the lobby. We have always been pleased with our stays at a Holiday Inn Express facilities in the past, but this experience with you has given us cause to question our choice in the future. When I mentioned these items to the person at the counter, she said that a major renovation would be happening soon. I would sure hope so.

The staff is outstanding very accommodating and very friendly. The elevator does need to be updated a little bit. It’s showing wear and tear on the walls in the floor. My room was awesome and the shower pressure and the showerhead was the best I have ever been in each time I come to this area I will definitely book at this hotel

Our whole family agreed it was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. The staff was SO nice and helpful and accommodating. The kids loved the pool and the parents relaxed in the courtyard. Our room was clean and comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised we had a mini fridge/microwave/coffee maker in the room. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast was great and the staff person in charge of breakfast was just so nice. If we ever drive through the area again we will absolutely stay here again!

I booked a room thru Expedia as it shows 7 rooms available. The manager on duty, told me there were no more rooms under the Expedia price. I asked how much is the room if I did not use Expedia as I had been traveling all day and need a place to rest. He said "as a matter of fact" we have no rooms left in this hotel at all. I begged and pleased with him. He told me to go down the street, mind you I was from out of state and travelling with family, who was staying at this hotel. My son in law who is an Army vet and Diamond member, tried to reason with the man, but he would budge. I felt he was very rude and was not willing to work with us on any level. Very poor customer service.

They tried to charge my card before arriving and it was declined so they cancelled our reservation without even calling. We were forced to a different hotel and had to pay over double the price for 2 nights

The hotel was clean and the people there were just wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The lady that was in charge of the breakfast was so nice and even made us special things. The area was kept clean during breakfast and fresh food was always out the ladies at the front desk were also great. I will definitely stay here again. Next time we are in the area.

I was hesitant to book based on some other reviews, but I am glad I took the chance. I had nothing but a great experience in all aspects. I stayed with my husband and toddler son as part of our longer road trip. Front desk ladies and breakfast attendant were super nice and efficient. They gave us water and cookies when checking in. The room was clean and quiet. The shower pressure was awesome. Restaurants on both sides made walking to dinner easy. Parking was free and easy. By far the best breakfast of any hotel I’ve stayed at in years, they literally had so many options, my husband was laughing at me because I was so amazed- 2 different omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, biscuit and gravy, fresh cinnamon rolls, bagels, cereals, fresh fruit, tons of grab and go options and many drink selections. I really couldn’t believe it. The only problems we encountered during our stay were barely issues- the resistance on the bike in the workout room was broken, and there were only 2 towels in our room and we needed more. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation and look forward to it.

Liked that it was right off highway 119. Plenty of dining options nearby. I walked next door to Texas Roadhouse for take out. Morning breakfast had good variety to select and set up/monitor staff was very upbeat and did her best to accomodate 2meet your needs. I had my dog with. I did walk around parking lot around sm areas of grass. I ended up crossing street and walk her near car wash- larger grassy area. Was a nice sitting area outside in back.

Although the hotel is undergoing renovation it was clean and quiet. The lobby area was a little rough(because of renovation) but the room was excellent, clean,comfy. Breakfast was very good. Bonnie the attendant at breakfast was charming and helpful!

Check-in went smoothly. Very courteous & helpful. They are remodeling so everything wasn’t the best but still clean. Our room was remodeled and was very nice. We are pleased with our stay and will return to stay here again.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke. I was disappointed but too tired to care, but my bed looked like it had been layed upon. I checked it and it looked ok under the top blanket. I just switched the pillows around and turned the blanket. I wasnt happy about it but they need to do a better job about cleaning and not sit on or use the bed..I dont know what to think. I was just too tired to complain not sure Ill stay thrre again though. Thats just not right.

So where to start.. sheets where dirty in room 302, went to take a shower and there where 2 used washcloths hanging on shower curtain only visible from shower side. Everything else was ok. Noticed dirty deva at first but didn’t care, then after finding dirty wash clothes in shower I pulled sheets back and they were also dirty.. and I mean footprint big and brown blotches dirty. For 170$ I coulda got a better room downtown for sure
