Place was nice other than no elevator. Breakfast was fantastic and Terri was really nice. Only issue is one of the house keepers was mad and cussing for whatever reason but overall yes I would stay again .

The only two downsides to this facility were that all of the exterior doors had the card readers removed or disabled, which meant anyone could walk into the building. The other issue was that the toilet handle had to be held down for a very long time to get it to flush fully. Other than these two minor issues, it was a very enjoyable and satisfying place to stay.

The hotel was going thru renovations of their rooms. When we checked in the wi-fi was not working and didn’t get fixed during our stay. The Door to our room kept sticking and hard to open. Carpet in room was dirty and smelled like vomit. We could hear the highway traffic noise all night which made it difficult for us to sleep. Breakfast was okay but limited selection of healthy options.

First a notice on desk they have no internet, this is at check in at 6:45 p.m. Thinking the server was down and would be up shortly, never did get internet or notice before 3:00 p.m. that it was down. Confirmation of single queen, when we checked in was asked if we wanted a handicap room? They gave us a double queen. TV wasn’t working, had to call for help and wait for them to finish checking people in, good for them. Food was good and cook was friendly. Would not go back there.

The hotel is clean and has all the amenities you need but its dated (old TV, ancient thermostat) and it's way too close to the highway, heard trucks engine brakes the entire night. Breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful.

We arrived to discover the Internet isn’t functioning. Then the card reader wouldn’t read my credit card at all and my wife’s card only after multiple attempts. Then we got to our room and the keys didn’t work; had to go back to the desk and try again. Staff were friendly and helpful; the tech just seems to need an overhaul.

The girl that checked us in Friday night and the girl who did the breakfast set up were very nice. The rest of the front desk staff were not nice at all. They seemed annoyed that we were on a bike and were staying there. It looked like it was going to storm Friday eve so we asked if we could park our bike under the carport. They were rude when responding. They could have been a little nicer. The girl checking us out in the morning was also rude. Acting like I was bothering here and was very snarky with me. The facilities were nice, but the front desk staff were awful. Not people you want representing your business.

Breakfast workers were exceptionally effecient, a real plus to the property. I didn’t get a receipt from the front desk. Said a 3rd party would give me one? This is unaccaptable, I should ALWAYS get a receipt when requested.

The staff members at this facility were great! We had no problems checking in, & the breakfast staff on 10/18 was wonderful! They were both so friendly & helpful! We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Thank you so much!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Mary in the breakfast area. The free breakfast was delicious and there were a wide variety of items available. We will return when driving through West Virginia in the future!

My stay was excellent! The room was spacious, very clean, and wonderfully quiet, making it easy to relax. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely be staying here again.

The younger of the two receptionists was not friendly and didn’t make eye contact or smile or say hello. The first thing she said was “Last name?”. It looked like we were inconveniencing her just for showing up. The older of the two noticed and stepped in and made up for it by being a bit more friendly. The room key didn’t work because the battery on the lock mechanism was dying. The carpet in the room didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. There was no soap in our room either in the shower or by the sink. Breakfast was decent!

Been staying at this hotel for 30yrs and have always had a good stay. But this year it’s showing its age Rooms need to be updated there dark with old furniture the beds were lumpy Pool was dirty for the 3days we stayed. The staff were great along with the breakfast Sad but we will be looking for another hotel next year.
